Really happy with the service from Fresh Clean Group! I took advantage of a special deal where they cleaned my air ducts and included the dryer vent cleaning for free. Since it had been 10+ years, the vents were incredibly dirty, but the team did a great job getting everything cleaned out. I also decided to add the furnace cleaning to make sure we're doing everything we can to keep the air in our home clean. After they left, we realized the dryer was still having an issue with the vent being clogged. What really impressed me was that they didn't just leave it at that -- they scheduled a follow-up visit to figure out what was going on. Turns out our dryer vent exhaust runs all the way up through the roof (which seems like a pretty terrible design!), and the team actually climbed up onto the roof and cleared the blockage there. Great follow-through and customer service. I was so satisfied with their work that I also had them come back to clean our compressor/AC units. I had hired another company a couple of years ago that basically just washed the compressors from the outside. Fresh Clean Group took a much more thorough approach -- they opened up the units, removed all the built-up debris, and actually sprayed and scrubbed the coils. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the work, professionalism, and especially the fact that they followed through when an issue came up. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right rather than just checking a box. I hired Clean Group LA for AC and dryer vent cleaning, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Severe Mess & Property Damage: The crew left debris throughout my home, requiring over an hour of vacuuming. Dirty water spewed from the return vent onto the walls, and non-washable kitchen mats that I set aside were completely ruined during the dryer vent service. Appliance Issues: Immediately following the service, my dryer began making a loud, severe noise, forcing me to haul wet laundry to a laundromat. Unprofessional Scheduling: owner scheduled a 10:30 AM follow-up appointment without checking their staff's availability. The technician was on her day off and out of town, resulting in a complete no-show that forced me to miss work meetings. Fresh clean group came to clean up after remodeling. Since it was a rainy day, the windows and screens were scheduled for cleaning on the next day. The cleaning crew did a good job, however, I made a mistake and paid full on the first day. The windows and screens were cleaned nice but it was dark when the cleaning was done, so I couldn't tell if all screens were cleaned. Next morning, I noticed 3 screens needed cleaning, So when I called next day after multiple messages I finally got to talk to Alexia and asked for them to come back and clean it, I was told that I should do it myself!!!! I wish I would have not paid in advance, lesson learned. So if you decide to go with this company, do not pay until you are 100% sure all the promised job is finished. read more
