A valued customer and friend for over 35 years, I was told by Jim two weeks ago that they were busy and to call back in a week which I did. Mind you, I have sent friends and co workers to them on referrals for 35 years. After trying to get an appointment for two weeks with 3 unreturned calls until today on a 4th attempt,Thursday, September 28th Jim picked up and stated that REGENT CARPET CARE NO LONGER CLEANS CARPETS! That area of their business is now on the back burner. Where was the honesty and customer service from the start? A sign of the times! Extremely disappointed in Jim and Jeff. read more

I have used Regent for several years and have in the past been happy with Jim and the service. This week they missed 2 scheduled appointments. I had to leave work twice and wait for them to no show. I can no longer recommend them especially if your time is of value to you. read more

I would 100% recommend Jeff and his company. They did excellent work for me at my new house. Very satisfied with the results. All the employees (some of whom have been with Jeff for decades) were easy to have around for a week and they worked really hard. Rene, Louis and Benjamin were stand-outs but everyone was great. Jeff was extremely conscientious about doing the job right and the crew was very thorough. They showed up on time every day they said they would and even worked a Saturday as I had a schedule to keep. A bonus: they were respectful of my property and kept things clean and neat at all times. This is not always the case these days. The price was reasonable and there were no surprise costs. I got another bid from a competitor and the choice was clear after meeting both representatives. BTW, I found Regent 24/7 through a referral (not online) but am happy to put the word out on Yelp. If you need help with these kinds of issues, look no further than Regent 24/7. read more

My mom found this company like 15 years ago, we have used them ever since. RENEE and his worker have always done a FANTASTIC JOB, they came yesterday and again we are sooooo happy with their work and they always give us a fair price because we are long long time customers. Called Jim the owner and booked an appointment quickly, so thanks to Jim also. I can tell you now, dont bother calling other companies REGENT IS THE BEST and we will use them for good. TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED, CLEAN, RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST!!!!! This review is long overdue; but I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and appreciation to Jeff (one of the owners of Regent) and his crew for everything they did to help make my horrible situation much better. During the week of Christmas, I had a hot water leak underneath the subfloor of my house. In order to locate and repair the leak, all the insulation underneath the subfloor needed to be removed. I called Regent for Emergency Services. Jeff answered the phone and told me he could come the very next morning. He arrived as promised, on time the very next morning (which was Christmas Eve day) and had a full crew working the entire day. To my surprise, Jeff even asked if one of his workers could check on the house over Christmas weekend to make sure the equipment was working as expected and make any necessary adjustments. Removing all the wet insulation from the small crawl space under my house was not an easy job; but, Regent's entire crew was always professional, respectful, and hardworking. They were always pleasant and polite, provided daily status and cleaned up everything prior to leaving each day. Jeff also provided a very detailed report with pictures and went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company covered their fair share of damages. Jeff even went to bat for me to get additional insurance funds due to additional damages caused by insurance adjuster delays. Jeff and his team are top! I have water damage in my house since the rain has hit us so hard lately. I called Jeff and had an appt on Saturday. Luis and his guy came evaluated the water leakage and started working on it immediately. I just had them come back this week and once again, I'm totally thrilled with the job. I'm expecting house guests, but with the holidays, I was pretty last-minute with my scheduling. Fortunately, Jim was able to send someone out within a day or two of my email (I love that I can email for appointments!). The guys showed up on time, and were very pleasant and professional. I asked them to steam clean the couch, chair and rugs again, but also wanted to have the kitchen and bathroom tiles steam cleaned. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My mom's place suffered severe water damage while she was out of town, and when I discovered it I was referred to call Jim & Jeff at Regent. They sent their guys in an hour, and set up all the necessary equipment. The job required restoring the water damage in addition to mold remediation - definitely something we didn't ever anticipate, but they always were a phone call away if I had any questions. As work progressed, they were very informative and put my nerves at ease, always communicating with me as to what time they would arrive and what it was they were going to be doing. Great service and fabulous cleaning. Spoke with both Jim and Jeff to arrange a time for them to arrive. The guys who did the cleaning were in and out in less than 2 hours. Of course, I got all the things off the floor before they arrived so there was little moving for them to do beyond the moving of the big pieces of furniture. All of the spots came up and never returned, and the carpets were dry within a couple of hours as promised. I was truly amazed. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. Due to a back up of the Los Angeles sewer system, seven ground floor units and the garage of our condominium were flooded with sewage. Our property management company sent Regent to deal with this crisis. Every facet of Regent's handling of our situation was exceptional! From the moment they arrived on the scene, it was clear that they knew how to handle this type of problem, which reassured the affected homeowners as well as the Board members that we were in good hands. First, the workers virtually worked around the clock to clean up the sewage, and then over the weeks that followed, did a spectacular job in sanitizing the garage and the damaged units. As the VP of the HOA Board, I served as Regent's primary contact for progress reports. I must have spoken to Jeff a minimum of three times per day, and over the course of five weeks, I believe there were only a handful of times that I had to leave him a voicemail (which he always returned within a matter of hours). I was particularly impressed with Jeff's initiative in reaching out to me with status updates or new information. He and his business partner Jim were available around the clock to answer my calls as well as those of all the affected homeowners. As a former director of a customer service help desk, I can say that Regent's customer service standards are at a level that all companies should strive to achieve! Best of all, Regent delivered high quality service at a very competitive price. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to explain different sanitizing protocols and options to our HOA Board so we could make informed decisions regarding those that were most cost effective without sacrificing quality. The hygienist who performed the lab testing to ensure that all areas were properly sanitized stated how impressed he was with Regent's work. They always arrive on time. We've had them in two houses and now a condo. We're gotten good at making messes-two boys, four dogs, remodeling and entertaining. GREAT CARPET CLEANING! I found Regent Carpet Care on Angie's List, where they have excellent ratings. I dropped off a filthy wool area rug at their facility (although they will also pick up carpets, or clean them at your home), and it was finished the next day. Their price to clean my rug was competitive, and it looks great. And they're nice people - a pleasure to deal with. I will be hiring them to do the rest of my rugs. I called Regent Carpet Care to get an estimate to get my carpets cleaned; Jim had his guys come out within hours to check it out. Rene took measurements and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes and was completely honest with what I could expect for some of my pet-stained areas.
