Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

Alrighty then... I wrote a review on some work Chris did last week and gave home well deserved high…read morepraise. But I also noted that he was going to try to get parts we needed to cover some warranty work. If you know about warranty's on RV's, you know it could be a hassle. And if you travel full time moving place to place, you know how time consuming getting an appointment can be... mobile RV techs are always super busy, and how challenging it can be to get the warranty company to approve things. Well Chris had approval within days, parts ordered and he got them yesterday.... Today, he was here and now he is gone! He replaced/upgraded our toilet, bathroom sink and fireplace! He had to do some cabinetry support and frame work for the new and BETTER Furrion Fireplace and it looks amazing! Better than before. So here it is folks... this man has held true to his word. When he tells you he is going to do something, he is going to. If he says he will try... he really will... I can't believe he got the fireplace as fast as he did! He did it all in the time we had and we will be rambling on down the road again on Friday... because Chris is a man of his word. Integrity... doing the right thing when no one will know. He could have just passed on our needs... he solved it. Honest... he didn't play around when it came to his word. Value... we definitely got a huge value out of Chris... the work he did far passes our cost... there was some for things that weren't covered or only partially covered. He sat down and discount some of our out of pocket costs... I'll say it like I did last time... call Chris.

I dropped off my truck on 3/2/2026 for a new stereo installation after explaining the week prior…read morethat my old stereo was cutting out and draining the battery. I was told to just drop it off on 3/2--no specific time was given. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, George didn't know who I was and said he had marked me as a no-show. That should have been my first red flag. I left my truck anyway and was told I'd get a text when it was ready. By 3 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to find out it had already been done and no one bothered to notify me. When I picked it up, I was told the dashboard piece we had discussed the week before wasn't ordered and would take about a week. Two weeks later, I had to call again, and once again George had no idea what I was talking about--though somehow the part was there. I scheduled another appointment, and the same thing happened: no call or text when it was ready. We had to stop by, and my truck was just sitting in the lot. To make things worse, the stereo is still having the same issue--music cuts out randomly. I stopped in again on 4/3 and scheduled a follow-up for 4/9, but needed to reschedule. When I called, George again didn't know why I was coming in, put me on hold saying he was "under a car," and never returned to the phone call. I waited nearly 10 minutes before having to hang up and go back to work. I followed up with a text and never got a response. At this point, I'm done. The communication is terrible, the issue was never fixed, and I've had to make multiple trips for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I just wanted a working stereo--not this level of hassle. I'll be taking my truck somewhere else.

I know you were very busy but I want you to know how much your work is appreciated by myself and any coach owner who is broken down while on the road, a long way from home and away from trusted local mechanics. It is a very frustrating and scary to have a broken motorcoach while on the road. Our 3000psi manifold pressure switch is now repaired and all cleaned up from the hydraulic fluid leak. Finding a mechanic that is responsive, honest, easy to work with, reasonably priced and takes pride in their work is a blessing because one never knows who you can trust. These are attributes that are hard to find todays world. We are back on the road with no further issues. Thank you again

I called several RV service shops as well as another mobile repairman. While I got a very fast response from the other gentleman, he was unable to complete the repair and each shop claimed that they could not work on my type of RV. Mike made room for me on his busy schedule, came to the house and didn't give up until he found and repaired the problem. And on top of all of that,​ he was very reasonably priced!! I recently had to have my driver's side window in the car replaced because someone had broken in, and the glass they received was scratched. They installed it so I wouldn't have to drive around without a window (during rainy weather) while we waited for the good one, then installed the new one without charging me for additional labor. just now I was recommended to M-Tech by several other…read moreriders. Dropped my bik off for fork seal repair. Had a call two hours later (after shop hours) that the bike was done . Picked up the bike rode home (2 miles). Went out of town for a week. Went for a 100 Mile ride. 30 miles into the trip I went to stop and the forks went soft. Limped back home. Called Sage and brought the bike back in. Once again dropped it off and it was done two hours later. They had the wrong spec on the oil level. Initial service was speedy. They got me back up and riding and admitted to the error. That means a lot in Bend anymore. 46 year native. This is like the old school shops. I'll be taking my bike back. CST

When I returned the bike, I provided pictures showing what I'd originally expected to be done before ordering the bars like you and I had discussed. I ended up paying an additional $500 in labor and still have wires exposed and clipped together with zip ties. This is extremely disappointing spending $1250 in labor and not getting the job completed. For these reasons, I'm unable to continue doing business with you or recommend any of my coworkers or friends to have work done on their bikes at M-Tech.
