I gave my phone number and a technician contacted me 15 minutes later. The technician was rude on the phone and told me that he would arrive in the next 20 minutes after talking to him. It took 2 hours for him to arrive, and I was unable to get a hold of him while waiting. After arriving, he continued to be rude and charged me $205 for 30 seconds of work (I should have just used a credit card for the amount of work he did). I would highly recommend another locksmith service, without a question.
