I had gone to them over a year ago, had a bad experience, and decided to put it behind me. Now,…read moreafter a year I find out what these morons actually did. On my first of three visits for one appointment I had the eye exam, picked out my glasses, and left thinking everything was good and I'd pick up my glasses in two weeks. I got the call, came to get them, put them on and immediately knew something was wrong. The left eye was blurry, and was clearly not correct. I told them this isn't right, and grudgingly they conceded and let me make another appointment to come back for another exam, free of charge. I came back after a week, did the exam, and the doctor admitted the prescription seemed off on the left eye. They sent off the glasses, and two weeks go by, I went back and pick them up. Same issue! The left eye is still all blurry. I start to get upset, but stayed calm enough to say this isn't right. They said, "If you come back for another visit then it'll be $75." I said that was fine but I wanted a different doctor this time. They agreed, and after a week I went back. When I showed up for the third appointment there were no other customers, just me. I had a business meeting that day but I thought I'll get to the eye doctor, early, check in, and be back home to get into Zoom in time. I sign in 15 minutes early, but I had to wait a few minutes, then one of the receptionists takes me back, gets my info and walks out. I look at my watch and say to myself, "Okay, my meeting is at noon, and it's 11:00 right now, so plenty of time." I live about 10 minutes from here, so I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I look down at my watch watching the minutes droll on and no eye doctor. After 27 minutes, 27 MINUTES, I finally say, "Screw this", get up and walk to the front where there are still no other patients. I say, "Give me my money back." Then the doctor comes out of his office and acts like he's going in to see me in the other room. He says, "Where are you going?" I say, "I'm leaving, you have the audacity to keep me waiting for 30 minutes. I have a meeting to go to." Then this turd says sheepishly, "I had a family emergency." Now break this down and think about it. He thinks he can just say, "family emergency" and that trumps everything. So IF it's a family emergency then why are you still here? IF it's an emergency then why didn't you get one of your receptionists to tell me I'd have to reschedule? IF it's an emergency why did you ask me where I was going? I said, "I'm done with you and this place, give me my money back." Keep in mind, the money issue is because I use my insurance and I can only go once a year. The receptionists tell me that I'll have to talk to the Office Manager. I end up talking to the Manager and she says, "Sorry, can't refund for services rendered." Okay... that's how life goes. I accept the fact that these morons exist, they have no idea what they're doing, but I'll just move on with my life and not deal with them. No point in letting them get the best of me beyond me knowing I'll never go back. THEN I FOUND OUT WHAT CAUSED THE WHOLE THING! Fast forward to today, I had to wait a year to go to the eye doctor since I had no insurance to use because of these Vision Asshats. I drive over 40 minutes to my old doctor. Take my frames from the previous year with me because I did like them and I figure I'll have to spend the money to get lenses anyway. The idea was I'd use my new insurance for the computer glasses I need, and use the frames from the previous year that caused me all the trouble, and use them for my long distance driving. After I get the exam they look at the old glasses. They say, "Yeah, these are way off in the left eye." I say, "Yeah, I thought so." So now I'm feeling good about myself that I'm not wrong, that there was an issue. So I pick out my new frames, order the old frames some new lenses for the purposes of seeing at distance and I'm about to leave. Then the lady helping with the glasses looks at me and says, "Do you want the blue block on these again?" I say, "Excuse me? You mean on the new frames, the one I ordered for when I'm on the computer?" She looks back at her hand to make sure she's holding the right ones and says, "No, the old ones. They have blue block on them." Then it hits me! I know what these geniuses at Vision Professionals did, they put in the right lens as far-sighted, and the left lens as computer distance! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who does that? Do they expect me to close one eye when driving, or when I'm on the computer?! If this was intentional then they're malicious pieces of crap, but if an accident then they're just incompetent. Go here at your risk people, you have been warned.

I agree with the other patients who said their prescriptions were way off. I mean, how hard is it…read moreto read the numbers off of an autorefractor? The optometrist did not impress me at all although the short young lady that did the testing was just as nice and friendly as you will ever find. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a proper prescription.

I'm very satisfied with Eyemart Express. They are very care!…read moreI was there after I purchased a glasses and then I got a little scratch on it because of the frame wasn't fitting me. And, one day I was around Grove city looking for a Panera bread shop, so suddenly, it's the Eyemart Express I saw near. Then , I stopped by there and, the sale advisor, listened to me carefully and , she said that I have a full warranty and she's going to order new ones for me. I was glad. Finally, they made it and they shipped after they told me that the glasses were ready to be picked. But, I was busy in Chicago when I received the message. And I tried to reach out them and asked them to ship it for at my address in Columbus. After 24 hours, they made it. Eyemart Express is wonderful. They are delivering more than a service, they are angels. Thank you.

The Rx was provided 6 months earlier. I was told to come back in 6 months so my insurance would cover the frame cost. Ask if they could repair the worn-flaws to my current pairs, that I bought there, . . . "You bought those in 2023 and the warranty is expired." Thanks for selling me glasses and frames that last 2 years. Asked of they could arrange the repair of my Oakley sunglasses I bought there? . . . "We don't deal with Oakleys anymore so 'No'". When I pointed to the sign in the store that identified "Oakleys" as a product provider the rep said, "That's not for Oakley sunglasses, sorry." Terrible products; worse service. Never going back.

And apparently the doctor is only in 3 days a week and no one could give me a copy of my prescription. Bought 4 pairs in April. One frame already broke at the temple, not a missing screw ... can't get a replacement part because it's their in-house frame company. And can't get repaired. First pair of glasses I've EVER had to throw away (40+ years of various glasses). Also 2 pairs of lenses aren't fitted into the frame correctly... just waiting for them to come out. My insurance is supposed to cover everything from vision works minus a co-pay and the test. However when I dug deep into my plan it doesn't cover everything if you have eyesight as terrible as mine! I have a couple of gripes yes, first being they told my son he has scarring on his eyes but the eye doctor was busy with another patient and couldn't answer any questions we had, they said they would get the information and call us with it. Never got that call, will find out in about a year I guess. I have a strong prescription, +5.25 and +5.50 (legally blind in my right eye no matter the prescription and yes she did humor me by writing a prescription for this eye instead of a filler lens) I hadn't seen an eye doctor in many many years and had been wearing +4.00 readers but they just weren't helping that well anymore... I do see much better than before, but still can't read license plates on cars in the next lane.. Still have to be closer to billboards to read them, even with bi-focals reading fine print is practically impossible!

This is in regard to my OVERALL Warby Parker experience and not necessarily Easton. I cancelled…read morethe order but clearly the customer service rep continued to not listen. I changed the address in the record LONG before the order shipped but the glasses will still be sent to my old house. Warby Parker is really terrible and I will return the glasses IF they are ever received......which I doubt they will be. The incredibly rude customer service rep simply talks over you and from a script having nothing to do with my question or concern. At the end of the unbearable conversation with this less than professional person, I cancelled the order and I would bet $1000 the order never got cancelled. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM WARBY PARKER - it is not easier; it is not better and it is not cheaper. It is just hours and hours of a nightmare dealing with this company.

I stopped by today because I broke my glasses after having a bit of a fall. I went in and talk to Christine (Maybe Christina) at the counter thinking my glasses were trashed and I would have to get new ones. But she was really nice and helpful and fixed them right up for me. Warby Parker had the best glasses and the best people working for them! If you need glasses you totally should come here!
