Central Paint and Body Shop did an AMAZING job fixing my car. I was rear ended recently and went to the shop to get an estimate. The price was very affordable and lower than I expected. The people in the shop were straightforward, honest, and friendly. They ordered me a new bumper and installed it in just a couple days. I was a little embarrassed dropping my car off to get fixed because it was super dirty. I'm a working mom and cleaning the car always seems to fall to the bottom of my to-do list. I couldn't believe it when I came back to pick up the car... My bumper looked perfect and they cleaned my car!!! Outside AND inside. This might sound over the top, but the experience I had at Central Paint and Body almost made the fender bender worthwhile. I really can't say enough good things about them. I went to central paint and body to have a very tiny curbed wheel repaired and my antenna cover painted (small chip) and reinstalled. I verified with David Jr that the car wouldn't be taken to an auto car wash and he informed me it would be washed by hand in their car wash bay. I received a call from David Jr that the car would be late getting repaired, I told him that's ok as long as it's done right. I went to pick up the vehicle after it was already dark but noticed the car wheel was not properly machined and the curbed damage was just shaved down and shined making it way more noticeable than before the "fix" the next morning I noticed a chemical smell when I went for an errand and that the headliner was misaligned from the repair and called the shop and was told there should be no smell because all they did was repair the wheel and took my car through Mister car wash. "What?! My car was a day late, I paid for an extra day car rental and you told me it would be hand washed but you took it to Mister wash?" Sure enough swirls and scratches all over my rims, paint, chrome, lights... I had to do a claim for the work which doesn't cover the headliner and was told by Farmers to contact the shop which I did and David senior told me "we are done" and hung up the phone. All I wanted was to take care or my vehicle and restore the damage done by this shop and instead they treated me horribly and made my vehicle look worse and I'm paying for their errors. Please be informed prior to using this shop. read more

This shop is incredibly honest. I came in because my rear bumper started to peel back, and they fixed it for me in such a way that they just placed a small rivet to secure it. I was originally quoted $50-60 for the repair and they then told me what they did was free of charge, so I left the person who did the work a decent tip. It was incredibly kind and honest of them to do that and I couldn't not pay them for their time in some way. read more

Had a collision and had to pay out of pocket for repairs - Family owned business, took good care of me, and did repairs at a value lower than I could ever imagine, and my final tab was about $100 lower than the estimate they gave me.......now that's honesty. If I could give zero stars I would. My brother bumped another car in my 2009 Toyota Corolla and there was some damage to the passenger side front headlight and bumper. We took it to Central Paint and Body shop and they said it would take one week to fix. They gave me an estimated date on when it would be ready. On the day it was supposed to be ready I called and they said it would be another week. Fine. I was okay with waiting as long as the work was good. So the next week I called and asked if my car was ready to be picked up. The woman on the phone laughed and said "nooo". Okay, so now I am a little frustrated, it will be a little longer she said. Now they have had my car for over a month and I need it to get to and from school. There was no structural damage to the car and yet they have been "working on it" for over a month. Whenever I call they tell me "Well we have ordered the parts and will be sending it to get painted soon", this is what they told me two weeks ago. Do not recommend and I will never go back to get my car fixed. read more
