Had some repair work done here. ABQ Collision did a great job. Repair cost was reasonable, and Leroy did his best to make sure that all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. During the repair, ABQ Collision forgot to re-affix the under-tray, which came lose, and replaced the entire thing at the cost of the part. Some areas for improvement: 1. ABQ Collision did not promptly let me know that my replacement headlamp had arrived and I could bring my car in. I found out the part was there when I called to check since I hadn't heard anything for a while. 2. ABQ Collision was reluctant to admit that the under-tray issue was their fault, and did charge me around $60 for the part. I would have expected that to be written off since that was their mistake and the cost was relatively small. Still, I'd gladly come back. read more

I'm so happy with the service at ABQ Collision! I recently paid off my car and with that comes repairs and updates I wouldn't otherwise do. My passenger side headlamp was out. I know the dealership could do it but why go there when there are other (closer) options in town. I found ABQ Collision on another search site. I called and made an appointment for a lightbulb replacement and headlamp restoration. It was seamless and the service took less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable! When I picked up my car I was so pleased with how clear the headlamps came out. It was just like when I drove my car off the sales lot for the first time. I took my Ram pickup here after it was rear ended at a yield. It ended up needing a rear bumper replacement. ABQ collision did a great job with painting and installing the new bumper. Their work is great and my truck looks like new. read more

Super disappointed with the service here. I try to go to local shops as often as I can. The man who helped me was very rude and difficult. I came in an attempt to get an estimate on some rear bumper damage and he was beyond unhelpful and refused to give an estimate. He told me that he couldn't tell me a price until after he had worked on it. I asked if he could even just give a ball park and he refused. To me that felt extremely untrustworthy and like he was trying to take advantage of me. I won't be going back here ever again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this shop like the plague. read more

My first encounter was with Maggie over the phone who was so kind, patient and helpful with me in answering all my questions about processing insurance with them, getting a quote, scheduling etc... They were over the top cooperative and beyond accommodating​ to my schedule. Because I live 2 1/2 hours from ABQ Collision and travel out of Sunport frequently, whenever possible I manage my appointment in Albuquerque around my travels. Maggie kindly drove me to the airport after dropping my car off, it was like being with a friend. Leroy at ABQ Collision is "The MAN"! This is the second time in less than a year and a half that our 4Runner has been rear-ended and ABQ Collision has made flawless repairs both times. This time around, the other driver's insurance company tried to replace the bumper cover with an aftermarket part, but Leroy went to bat for us and got the OEM replacement. This guy is a crook. He installed a bumper on my vehicle and it looked terrible. He said that the heat and cold will make it expand and contract and if it didn't get better he would adjust it. I went to have it adjusted and he said that whenever you have a bumper re done that it will look bad with gaps like mine was. I told him that if he couldn't do the job correct why did he do it. He then said he would fix it free of charge. I called 3 weeks later and he said you know what I'm not gonna fix it. He lied and does horrible work. Please do not go to this place. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car in last year for damage to the body. They did not fix it right so I had to take it back a second time. They gave me attitude when I told them they needed to fix it. Because they took longer then the 30 days which is how long I could have a rental car they wouldn't pay for my rental car so I had to pay out of pocket when it was their fault it was not done right. Now a year later my bumper is falling off because it was not put on right. DO NOT give them your business! There are many other places that are way better and they will do it right the first time. Super friendly and helpful! Took to the time with me to be understanding that I wanted to keep my car as original as possible while repairing it to look brand new. I was concerned about being able to match my paint since it is a special color but I can't see a difference at all! Overall extremely pleased with my repair to my bumper and at an affordable price. Went to abq collision because they were highly recommended by duke city dent for my daughter's mini cooper. Needless to say, they did an awesome job fixing my daughter's car for less than most body shops' estimate. We even ended up not filing a claim with our insurance company. I recently had some serious hail damage on my 2014 Honda Civic. I called ABQ collision and he said he could fit me in next week. I waited a week then took my car in. Leroy remembered me and treated me like a King. My car was repaired in 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up it up it looked like a new car! He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this place. I have had bad experiences at Quanz and Car Crafters but I found someone that I can trust and charges a fair price and does awesome work. It is never fun to take your car in but if I ever need to I know where I'm going to take all my cars. I would highly recommend this place! He is a winner! Great customer service as well! read more
