They kept my vehicle over 6 weeks for repair after a minor accident. When they finally called and said the vehicle was ready for pickup, I found body panels that were not aligned, hood not aligned, damaged parts still on my vehicle, a new headlight was installed but was not adjusted. It pointed to a spot about 12 feet in front of me. The paint job was terrible with rough spots on the hood and drips and runs along the bottom edge of my fender. They installed paint protective film (that they were not to install per the work order) and trapped several bubbles under the film. My advice to you would be to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

I intended to get a few estimates for a damaged front bumper cover but the owner, Alex Ramirez, came across as so sincere, professional and caring in his explanation of the steps that needed to be taken to restore my car's appearance that I felt I was in good hands and that there was no need to get competing estimates. My impression proved spot-on and by the end of the day that I dropped off my vehicle the front-end looked showroom new, and I paid what I felt was a more than reasonable price after Alex generously provided a discount because I paid out of pocket. (The discount was much appreciated because I am a senior citizen living on a limited income.) Everyone at A&R was helpful and professional. I called and left a message, they actually called me back. I got in for an estimate the next day, and ten minutes after I got there, my car was fixed. It wasn't a big fix, but it was a fix and I got an estimate for when/if I wanted to replace the fender guard with a new one. Charge for the temporary fix - $0. I chose A & R Auto Body based on a 5-star rating on Yelp, and the fact that they offered to meet or beat competitor's estimates which I didn't see on other sites I checked during a search. Drove over & spoke with Alex, the owner which surprisingly went positively. Alex was professional & approachable, and didn't waste time working out an estimate for a new bumper & a little body repair right then. I sat there while he called to see if he could get the required bumper for my F-150 pick up on the quick, then of course he had to make sure the matching paint was available... Alex was flexible in trying to work me in on a schedule that he said was booked solid for the next 2 weeks. Amazingly he was able to get the new bumper within a couple days & said he'd work a Saturday in ensure my truck would be ready within a week! "Not kidding"! So I left my truck on a Thursday, and was told it should be ready by the following Monday morning. But here's the real kicker. Alex called me on Saturday early evening to advise that my truck was ready and I could pick it up then if I wanted. Who does that!? I went, it looks great, & drover er home 2 days early... Bottom line is: If your looking for the big fancy facility where the aesthetics feels good but you sort of feel like a number, then this isn't your place. However, if you appreciate personal, friendly, professional service from a smaller business owner who will work with you directly and get the job done right, this is the place. Dropped the car off on a Wednesday and got the call to pick it up two days later - less than half the time I was expecting. The repair was perfect - couldn't tell anything had ever happened. My car had a dent and a bunch of scratches on the passenger-side front door. I didn't want to go through my insurance for fear of them raising my rates. So A & R Auto worked with me on that and gave me a really good price. Alex described to me exactly what needed to happen, and how it was to be done. I very much appreciated the time he took to educate me. Very professional. Very respectful. Celia who managed the desk, worked up the quote. Celia is great, making my entire experience a pleasant one. She was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful when I called. I only wish she'd told me from the beginning that payment needed to be in cash or cashiers check upon pick up. I had to hustle to get to the bank before it closed. In the end it all worked out. I backed into a pole and caused some damage to my rear bumper . It shoved it up and made it impossible for me to raise the hatch on Xtera. I went to several body repair shops and they wanted me to schedule a time for an estimate and then shcedule a time for repairs. My final stop was A&R Auto Body. They looked at it and said it would take 30 minutes to fix it where I could raise the hatch which is all I wanted done. They stopped what they were doing and fixed my problem and I was on my way.
