I was not nimble enough to get up under the dashboard. Mechanic is busy with a customer, but I asked how he could help me. I had my users manual open to the correct page, and told him I needed a fuse replaced. He asked me to give him 5 minutes. He politely asked the customer with whom he was working, if they would mind him taking 5 minutes out. He looked at the diagram and replaced the fuse. "You're all set", he told me. I thanked the other customer, and gave the mechanic a tip for his time, and consideration. Simple appreciated fix!

NOT SO FAST OLD MAN! The good folks at Sullivan told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the screw was too close to the sidewall. What they didn't know is that I knew exactly where the screw was. It was well within the tread. But they REALLY wanted to help with my problem, and offered to sell me one tire, for nearly $400. Installed I assume, or maybe not. So, I took my leak elsewhere. Got it repaired for $40 and made a friend. The man has been in the tire business for decades, and just shook his head when I told him the story. Here's the thing: I never begrudge a man a day's pay, but do not try to take advantage of me. I'm too old and I worked too f***ing hard for my pension to get porked because the rubber merchants had a slow day. Sullivan Tire will reply, bleating their side of the story. And that's fine. When I arrived for my appointment the following Monday, they didn't remember the oil change or the mirror replacement, so I had to remind them. Regarding the plate light, I provided the wrong one--that was my mistake. The team did a great job replacing the mirror, and I truly appreciate their time and effort. The oil change was a bit pricey, but I also appreciate the service. However, I never asked for the check engine codes to be deleted, yet I was charged $250 for that. What I specifically requested was for the EPC light and the shaking while driving to be checked, as I believed they were related. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was off, but it came back the very next day. Again, I never asked for the codes to be deleted, and the EPC light was still there. I understand that this is an old car with many issues, but I've been driving with those check engine codes for two years without any problems. I am not a native English speaker, but I know what I said--I'm not that bad at English. The workers here are very kind, but not the best listeners, I believe. They ordered the wrong parts,…read moreinstalled them against manufactures recommendation which was stated right on the installation sheet and damaged our truck!! Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!
