In fact their one of the only parking garage in the city that offers free parking during snow emergencies. Outside of snow emergencies their rates are still excellent! You can take trips like this in other parts of the country, but New England because of it's age and history, is just brimming with places to visit. They also have an abundance of individually owned shops and stores in the downtown village, while the harbor is full of nautical things to see and do. We found Newburyport to be a cute little fishing village, which is not too far from the Mass/New Hamsphire border and is well worth a day trip. There is a parking lot with 3 hour parking for 3 dollars as well as street parking, if you can find it ^_^ This is definatly a great place to spend when the grass is green and the sun is shining.
