Absolute worst customer service. Had to call them 6 times to get the correct prescriptions called into pharmacy and a week later still don't have all the prescriptions we need. As a medical professional myself, I don't know how they think this is acceptable care for patients. read more

Don't choose this place for your health needs. Terrible service. My stomach gets in knots every time I have to go in for my allergy shot. Very bad communication, billing issues, unprofessional staff, and lack of care to patients. Limited hours for allergy shots. Place looks closed all the time because there are no lights on in the inside. Staff are typically late and arrive after they are supposed to be open. They are not flexible for patients who have disabilities, nor care to help. Be very aware and keep track of costs or they will hit you with a large bill without communication. I'm annoyed with this office. Every time they say "they will call you with an estimate and leave a voice mail by the end of the of how much it will be". They don't call with an estimate. They only call with reminders of your appointment. I told her they didn't keep their word and I never received an estimate. The only reply I received when I show up was "I'm sorry bout that" with no explanations. So it's a surprise. So what would happen if a patient doesn't have the funds needed and has to cancel? Are you going to charge the "no show fee"? Not fair nor professional on their part. Every time I call they say they will look into it and see how much it will be and I don't hear from them. read more

Summary: After making regular visits and payment here for 3.5 years, I was hit with a bill from 2017. SEVENTEEN. Of $200. Horrible office manager. I've been receiving treatment here for almost 4 years and because I have experienced relief from allergies I would often recommend CTXAA. Over the years, the front office staff has been hit or miss with some being really friendly and easy to work with and one or two just being rude and testing you as an inconvenience. There was one time I asked if I could pay with CareCredit and the woman replied they didn't take it with an ugly tone. I said okay but pointed at a sign that said they did. She begrudgingly asked the ladies behind her and they told her they did indeed take CareCredit. Honest mistake but I don't understand the attitude problem. If you've read this far this is why the thought of ever coming back here repulses me. I've been a regular patient here: I'd have appointments about every 6 months, made the transitions from allergy shots weekly, biweekly and eventually monthly. During my visits or shots I'd periodically ask to pay my full or partial balance. I hate getting behind on things and I've always been someone with a high sense of responsibility. A few months ago I received a voicemail about a balance I have due. Weird, they don't usually call me for that; they send the bill in the mail. I figured I'd just pay it the next time I go in as usual, but since I'd only been getting shots it shouldn't be too much. I receive another call and the person on the phone tells me I have a balance from January 2017??? I told her that it couldn't be right because I regularly pay my balance for 4 years and am I current patient. She said she'd look into it. I didn't follow up because I figured it was a weird mistake and I truly just don't have the time. One of the next times I go, it's for a follow up visit. I sign in and am told that the office manager needed to speak to me first. I waited about 20 minutes. Rested my eyes as I'd just worked overnight. She took me to a room and told me of the 2017 balance of about $170?? I once again said that couldn't be right. She tells me that there was a mistake in the way they were taking payments. A 3.5 YEAR OLD MISTAKE?? At this point I'm so frustrated and emotional due to lack of sleep and the fact that I was wasting time in this room before my appointment when I had school work I needed to get to (I am a full-time graduate student so every single second is precious). She asked me how I wanted to pay. Who in their RIGHT MIND would just willingly, without question, pay this?? I asked if I could see the records and she left to print it all out. This was another 10 minutes. Mind you this was 3.5 years worth of appointments, shots, payments, 3 different insurances, at least 4-5 payment methods. I didn't have the mental capacity to go through it all with her, and of course the time as I had research I needed to complete. I told her I'd figure it out at home. By that time I had wasted 45 minutes and didn't have time for the appointment which would've cost me $50 more on top of what she was trying to get me to pay. I figured I'd at least get the shot. As Amber is getting out my shot, the office manager (I think her name is Rebecca) comes out and stops her, and tells me I couldn't get a shot until I pay my balance. I don't know if it's because I'm young but the way she treated me up to this point was disgusting. When she came and denied me of the shot, she was treating me as someone who chronically skips out on payments WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN THE CASE. I've even PREPAID a zero balance once (I wanted to use my FSA before it ended). You're telling me that even when I paid on a zero balance, that even THAT didn't apply to my "2017 balance????" The treatment by the office manager (REBECCA?), and what appears to be either dishonest practices or failure to take responsibility are what will keep me from ever returning. Please RUN, won't walk, in the opposite direction. I'm now in the process of finding a new clinic for the new year. read more

We went to this clinic for years and paid on time every time. They decided to do an audit of their records and send a bill for a service that was completed 3 years ago. When we tried to discuss the issue with them, we were told that their previous bookkeeper made some errors and they were going back and collecting from all their patients. We told them their internal billing issues are not our problem and back billing us for a service preformed three years ago did not seem responsible. The response was to ignore requests to speak to the practice owner and to just to keep sending us the bill ($91). We finally paid it out of frustration, but my gosh is this terrible service. I am not even sure this is legal, but have no interest in fighting collections for $91. I am figuring that is what they are hoping for. read more
