I received what I considered to be very poor treatment at CTA&A. Particularly in the past 3 months while having terrible symptom. They on 2 occasions refused giving me an injection. The first time it was because I had trouble procuring an asthma medicine from the pharmacy at HEB. The 2nd time was earlier this week refusing my injection because my dosage had expired. Now I have been waiting for a month to get my injection because my symptoms were terrible. So I went in on Tuesday and they refused the injection because it expired the end of may. Of course didn't warn me about the impending expiration. Basically they treat you like a 5 year old and are condescending and don't care about your symtymes. The complete opposite of my former allergist. I would suggest you avoid them!

I caught a severe sinus infection with a fever due to them not seeing me after prescribing me a nasal spray. I highly wouldn't recommend Dr. Webb or his nurse Suzanne because I mentioned to her if he wasn't able to see me it would get worse and she blames it on the weather instead of listening to me telling her that the over the counter and nasal spray didn't work. I did reach back out because I felt terrible and spoke to the on call doctor and he suggested I go to a clinic. Local clinics are way more helpful than this associate office. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Each provider took the time to explain everything that they recommended as well as listen to symptoms and concerns. Once the assessment was complete, PA Guajardo took the time to go over my CT scan results allowing me to fully understand what was going on. Most providers just tell you what they say, prescribe the medication and get you out the door. I did not feel like that at all and will definitely be back! When we arrived at the appointment, they had not yet approved his insurance and told him he was there for an allergy appointment. He corrected them saying it was for sinuses. I drive 55 minutes and it was closed Today, I went to my 1:00pm appointment for my 4 year old son and they left us outside the clinic Nobody pile the door until 1:15 and nobody greeted us, they don't call us until 1:25pm the ladies saw us seating outside and they didn't care about opening the door or checking us in.
