    I purchased my first Harley from Central Texas Harley Davidson over a decade ago. After leaving the State and coming back, then a brief spat with Indian Motorcycles (just to remind myself what's out there) I decided it was time to stop wasting my time and money and just get a Harley again. Johnny, Ace, Ric, and Bryan made it ALL too easy to trade in my 2021 Indian Scout Bobber and get the best out-door-numbers on a 2022 FXBBS Street Bob 114. Haven't been happier getting back on a Harley! After this, Jack, Wendy, and Bobby from the Parts and Service department have been nothing but helpful in helping me adjust my bike and going through customization options. What I absolutely love about Central Texas (and I have been able to compare to several dealerships across the States out there) is the environment that they cater. Every time I walk in, there is a genuine mirth in seeing familiar faces that I can't walk even a few steps without someone greeting me, bro-fist, man-hug, shoulder pat, something. It feels beyond gratitude of just someone that dumped a bunch of money there, but more like a genuine, "glad you're here" attitude. Combine this with the multitude of events year-round and the Central Texas HOG chapter that is friendly and welcoming, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else, except if you're on the road.

    First let me clarify that this review for Central Texas Harley-Davidson Round Rock location is for the music events they hold onsite only & not for the purchasing of a motorcycle...I'm at Harley for the music & Alcohol ;). I have to give props to CTHD because they know how to put on a great event for everyone to enjoy filled with live music, awesome motorcycle watching, yummy food, & drink & even give personal touches of having free popcorn & frozen non alcoholic drinks! I've been to many events held at CTHD & they are always so much fun & are even kid friendly! AND you don't even have to ride a motorcycle to enjoy these music events..just roll up with your car or truck :). I love that I can grab a drink, chill under the covered tent & just enjoy the live band..no pressure, just pleasure. At these events there is normally always a food truck & sometimes there is even free food offered to everyone who comes out. Just check the website for Central Texas Harley Davidson Round Rock to see what events are scheduled. With our Texas heat if it gets to hot for you just go inside & cool off in the AC, grab your free popcorn & walk around to look at all the awesome motorcycles or just chill in the little lounge inside CTHD.     Bought a used FXLRS from Bryan Parker and had a great experience. Came in spontaneously, had a test ride, negotiated trading in the bike I rode in on, got a good deal, and left on the new to me bike the same day. Could not have been better. Thanks to Bryan as well as Ace in finance for making it happen!

    Needed to get on the new Pan America ASAP, didn't get sandbagged or B.S. , got the bike as soon as it came off the truck, I did get hit with a mark up on msrp but you got to pay to play, and the Instagram love was awesome , super happy with the purchase had more buyers remorse with a 1950 FLH

Within approximately 50 miles, I discovered multiple defects that should never have made it past a pre-delivery inspection: peeling and bubbling paint on the driver's door, defective window tint, damaged steering wheel trim, a rear bumper scuff, and damage to the front grille. I dropped the vehicle off on June 16 and was initially told it would take 4-5 days to determine the next steps. Instead, the process dragged on for weeks with little communication. Most updates only came after I reached out myself, and the response was usually that they were still "waiting." It took nearly two weeks just to get the paint repair approved, and only after Honda Corporate became involved and opened a case. I also went more than a week without a loaner while my brand-new vehicle sat at the dealership. While Eduardo was professional and courteous whenever we spoke, the overall experience has been unacceptable. Spending nearly $60,000 on a new vehicle only to have it spend its first three weeks in the shop for multiple defects is not what any customer should expect. The most frustrating part is that I still don't have the vehicle I paid for. A brand-new Honda should not require body shop work almost immediately after purchase, and customers should not have to chase down updates for weeks to find out what's happening with their vehicle. Between the quality control issues, lack of proactive communication, missed timelines, and extended repair process, this has been one of the most disappointing new-car purchase experiences I've ever had. I expected far better from First Texas Honda.

    I'm not one to ever write one star reviews, those are usually reserved for the dregs of society…read more But for Hunter Road Power Sports, I shall make an exception. I brought my sons go kart here to repair a simple worn out wheel bearing. The repair technician convinced me to get two new front wheels. No big deal, right? After picking it up, I get home and start to drive this thing down the street before I let my son use it. I get maybe 100 feet down the road and the front tire assembly explodes in a cloud of scattering parts. When I looked at what happened, they replaced the old rim with a new rim that had a larger axle bore diameter. This allowed it to slip over the existing bearing spindle and lodge The tire against the frame, rendering the go cart inoperable. The spindle and wheel were totally destroyed and these guys could not get replacement parts. So I was left with a basically unusable go cart with no hope for repair due to a $300 repair these guys attempted to make. It's clear to me that the mechanic did not even test drive the vehicle before letting me pick it up and potentially let my son drive it without test driving it myself first. Had that happened, my kids would not have had the same reaction time as me and probably would have crashed into something on the side of the road and gotten hurt. I ended up just giving the go cart away to somebody and buying a new Polaris for my son. If you are ever in need of a go cart repair and these guys are your only option, do yourself a favor and just donate it to charity.
