called with 20 minutes notice and spoke with daniel. told him i had a commercial food truck with a flat tire and he said to bring it in. i thought it might be a slow leak but it turned out the rear dually had an inside tire that blew out. see picture. as a result all the weight distributed for two tires was on one, making the pressure 45 PSI instead of 70 PSI. fortunately they had a new tire in stock and checked the other tires for pressure and leaks. in and out in 30 minutes. super friendly and professional. no sliminess or bullshit. just straightforward and honest service. $175 all in. i see why they got five stars. will recommend them to all trucks in the commissary nearby where we park in paramount. read more

So I was searching everywhere for tires and I came across this place by chance. I was looking for an honest place with great service. I was also looking for a place that would listen to what my needs were. This place delivered on all my needs. I got an honest great deal with impeccable service. They said my tires would take 1.5 hours to get to their shop and that's how long it took. They said 15 minutes to install all four tires and true to their word 15 minutes is all I waited. Fair price for tire rotation and prompt service and even used a torque wrench to snug the lug nuts down to the correct spec. Only reason I could not give 5 stars is because I asked for the tires to be roared in the rear tires to the front and cris cross the front tires to the back. The gentleman informed me that he couldn't do that since my tires were radial and they would develop bumps and wear out. Close to home and although there are other tire shops nearby, this place is my first choice. Bilingual service, always attentive and honest with their customers. I see how they treat customers and have a good rapport with their clients. Place is always busy so come in and be ready to wait a bit if you see all 3 work bays occupied. I was there a couple of weeks ago to have new TPMS installed on my wheels, it was easy as pie, the owner was able to program the sensors onto my car and I was ready to go. Great llantera I came pretty late in the evening and they stayed open a little extra time just to fix my tire that had a screw in it that was about 3 inches. Very friendly humble workers and owner. I called 3 other places in the area until I found Central Tire Service. 2. They're honest and knowledgable---I was told by Costco that I needed my alignment checked with the degree of how uneven my tires were. The owner, Elisio mentioned how the make of my car (Mercedes Benz) has particular suspension and tires naturally wear out that way if they're not rotated routinely (uhh, yeah that would be me). I basically wasn't charged for a service that I didn't need and I appreciate that given I'm a woman and super pregnant and can be pretty gullible when it comes to cars. 3. Quick - in and out in 30 minutes 4. People were super nice and friendly! I practiced a little bit of my Spanglish, asked about where they got their tires (actually kind of interesting) and transactions went smoothly. They gave me a 6 month warranty on my tires. I get there and he says he misheard me and that the tire I wanted was more than he quoted me for so I asked if he could meet me halfway since he misquoted me and said that he couldn't as I left and waisted my lunch which would of been fine if I got the tire. Got a flat tire the night before and panicking that if have to go buy a new tire. Found this place online with a quick search, I could walk to work from there after I dropped of my car. Seemed convenient enough. I went in, wasn't greeted immediately, but there was another guy in front of me, so I just hung out for a few minutes. They fixed my tire, cleaned out the fix-a-flat I'd put in it to get it to the shop, and got me good to go in less than 20min and for $13!! Incredible deal!! I emailed the company last night and got a response in less than 30 minutes. *impressive* I got a good range of the amount for used tires (my axle messed up one of my tires and it was recommended that I get a used one until I can get the axle fixed). After the size of my tire was assessed, I was out in about 10 minutes, and it only cost me $35 total to buy said used tire which had about 70% tread left. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place when I bought my other tires brand new a few years ago! I had a tear in one, so he replaced that one with a tire that was just as worn as the other 3 and did a balance/rotate. Out the door cost was $35... Only (minor, if not funny) drawbacks: the half naked girls on the posters (I'm all for lookin' at some other girl's hot ass, but not when I'm getting tires; I'm sure I stand alone) and the wait (only 2 guys at the time). I have always gone to this location to buy tires for the past 15 years for all my 4 cars and always felt the staff was reasonable with the price and very polite and honest. I have bought new and used tires at this location for many years. However, this is the first time feeling that I was overcharged for a used tire. As I'm standing there, he is quoting other people a lower price ($45) that he quoted me. He charged me almost double the amount he charged the other customers. I even brough it to his attention and he mentioned that the tire he has for me is better condition. I needed the tire as I was on lunch break and they had already taken the wheel off the rim. Then he claimed he didn't have other tires for less. My car uses an R16. I feel bad because I have always supported this small business and so has my family members, but I feel that this employee was not honest. A used tire not any name brand shouldn't cost that much ($75). I had bought a spare tire there about a year ago that included a rim and about the same thread there for $35 and now he charged me $75. I guess it is what it is at this point but I'm sad that I feel this way about this company as I have always though highly of them honest/integrity. read more

Had a blow out last night and didn't want to get a new set of tires as the old had 70 percent of tread left. Called 5 places to find a used one until called this establishment. They said they had the same exact tire with the same tread Showed up and was greeted by a nice gentleman who happened to be the owners son. They replaced the tire and even checked the other as it had a small leak. In and out within 15-20 minutes. Best thing they did was used a calibrated torque wrench, which I never see other places use. I was recommended this place by a family friend who comes here. Was in need of a new tire because my front passenger one was growing an air bubble due to driving on low air pressure. I was quoted $114 from my original tire shop in South Gate. The guys here were friendly, and gave me a good price for a semi used tire. I had the option of choosing either a $45 or $70 one, of course, im stingey, so I went with $45, which they said would last at least a year. The service was quick, some snazzy things were performed before putting on the tire which both entertained and gave me some weird sense of reassurance that everything in my life was gonna be okay, and they checked and aired up my other tires for free.
