10/10 very welcoming. Went because I had a nail in my tire, and as soon as I pulled up to get out, Jose was already at my door welcoming me with warm greetings and informing me he had already seen the tire when I pulled in. He explained all my options and gave me his recommendations, which I appreciated because of his upfront honesty and not trying to just sell me something. He provided me with more knowledgeable information about my tires, what to look for, and how to maintain them. I will definitely return here for all my tire needs and recommend my family to come here as well. read more

Went in for a used tire, I've always paid about $35 for used tires everywhere else. They charge you $50 plus tax for the cheapest tire. But you're paying $30 for tire and $20 for labor, that was kind of odd. The lady at the window has no customer service skills either. read more

Definitely the place to buy your tires if you want kind, honest and super efficient customer service! I have zero knowledge of tires, but knew I needed 4 new ones. Jose is very knowledgeable and asked about where my tires spend time on the road. He knew the best tire for me and had a great price. It was the end of the day and he stayed late to finish because he knew I needed to get to work. It's a good feeling to support a local family owned small business who care about their customers. read more

Horrible customer service called the day before to make sure they take teslas they said they did and was told by Maria Ramirez that it cost $20 come the next day and have a disagreement with her about how much was said over the phone now it cost $35 very rude and doesn't even let u get a word in would not recommend go else where please ! read more

Update: I've always loved this place. I've been coming here since I had my 93 Honda Accord in college. The people are always welcoming, informative, & reasonable. When it was time to pay, I complimented the lady's pen. She gave it to me!! She even sanitized it with a alcohol wipe! I'm telling you, this place is awesome. I always leave happy. read more

The greatest worker helped me today to replace my tires. Sadly, I didn't get his name. He was so patient and took the time to educate me on stuff about tires and gave me several options. I give Rameriz Tires 5 stars. They have taken care of my tire needs for two Decades. Always reliable and has what I need when i need it. If they dont have a new tire in stock they have ordered anf had it available the same day. I lived the area back in 1998. But I still drive to Bellflower if I need tires. I rather give my business to the Rameriz family than the big tire stores. read more

I was in need of tires for our family's 2006 Subaru Forester. I had been happy previously at various high volume tire dealers in my community of Norwalk, however, I heard this guy was a Lion Club Member in the neighboring community of Bellflower. I called Jose of the Tire Shop, gave the model of the car, current tire size, and manufacturer. Within 30 minutes, Joe had texted me back with four possible options. I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Came in for a simple tire repair from a nail. He checked all my tires and made sure they were inflated correctly and he also found a second nail on the same tire I came in for repair and only charged me an extra $5 bucks to fix the second one.
