Issue unresolved even for 10 minutes the tire didn't maintain the pressure after claiming to be "fixed". Also to add. They put my family at risk as we were suppose to go on a roadtrip. So glad that I came here, this guys know how to treat a customer right, I ran over a bolt with a washer on the 105 and penetrated my tire, I stopped at another store and was treated like I bothered them so I left but not this guy's, when I walked in there office the guy was on the phone and placed them on hold and I told him my situation and said he will have his guy help me right away the guy was quick by the time I knew it he had fixed the tire and was installing back on the car, when I went in to pay they explained what they did to fix the tire and showed me what they used, it was great I highly recommend them and the price was reasonable for fixing a flat read more

Second experience here and I was recommended by my dad and my GF to come here, but I really regret it. I brought my car in for a flat repair, and right after they patched the tire, my dashboard showed a sensor error for that same tire. The dealership told me it likely wasn't calibrated or installed correctly and to drive 40 miles for it to reset . I did drive it, but the error stayed. When I went back, the same tech told me all four sensors were bad and wanted over $300 to replace them, even though only one tire was showing the issue. My mechanic later confirmed it just needed calibration. I'll be taking it the dealership and sending them the bill. Very disappointing experience. read more

Car was taken in for a flat tire, was charged $45 for rotation and flat/ patch fix. Later on I noticed they had placed the tire in my trunk on top of my son's stuff and never placed it where the spare tire should go. We called in they said they would fix it for $5. I drove in and asked them why they would charge $5 when $45 should have covered the tire being put back in the first place that that was overly priced for a job not even completed. He then said he was confused and quoted my husband $5 thinking it was another car and would put the tire back on for free. I was on the phone when my husband literally told him he had just gotten serviced that day and "they forgot" to put the tire back and he said it would be $5. Fast forward, the guy who fixed it had an attitude and didn't seem happy about having to fix it. And the next day I'm driving the car on freeway and people are honking and telling me to pull over because my spare tire is about to fall off. I had a very unfortunately incident wherein my front tire popped. They were the closes in the area and i contacted them and they told me they close at 7pm but my flat tire assistance took forever and i was running late called them and they still accepted me even if its already 6:50pm they are God sent. They are for real family. Once i got there they werent rushing and still took their time to accomodate me even though that would mean That they would close past 7pm . I highly recommend this place Excellent customer service and fast service at that! My tire cost me 60 dollars and I think its a good deal specially now that I need it ASAP. I went to this used tire shop 02/23/26. My car was showing that I had a flat tire on my left side in the back. When I pulled up to the shop I was met with one of the attendants. He approached me with an attitude and said "yes"? I said "hello, one of my tires are going flat can you please help me"? With an attitude he replied urgently, "which one"! Mistakenly I told him " I think it's the front left one, can you check?" He huffed and rolled his eyes to walk around to the left side of the car, he kicked on it a little without checking the pressure on the tires and said "its $60, six zero" I laughed a little and said "ok $60 that's fine". He then said "you need to get out!" I was irritated at this point, I took a deep breathe and exited the car. As I walked to the waiting area he jacked up the car and took the tire off, never checking the pressure like usual at other shops. He took my tire off rolled it to the back and rolled the tire back to my car. He put the tire on and let the car down and as he walked away said "Go pay!" I ent inside and the gentleman behind the counter looked a little confused, and I said " I just want to pay for my tire". He says "oh, I didn't know, he didn't tell me anything. How much did he tell you"? I was honest and told him $60. I gave him a $100 bill, he returned my change and told me to have a nice day. I turned my car on to leave and my sensor is still reading low tire pressure. I felt like something was off, I turned around and drove up the street thinking it just needed to reset itself and it never went off. I went to another tire shop further down and explained what happened. The gentleman was pretty understanding and irritated that I just spent $60 for nothing. He checked the tire pressure and then looked at the tires and seen that the rear left tire had a nail in it. He told me the tire was fine it had a nail and it can be fixed with a patch for $20. I thanked him, and he preceded to change the tire. I then called Family Tires and spoke with the gentleman in the office and told him that his guy just took my perfectly fine tire off and charged me $60 and left the one with the nail on. He was understanding and we agreed that it was a misunderstanding. Yet I still don't understand why it was almost painful to talk to me or give me service. He clearly showed me with his actions and demeanor that he doesn't like blacks, unfortunately we're also he on earth with him. the gentleman was apologetic and told me to come back and they'd switch my tire back. I asked that I not be serviced by the same attendant. At this point I don't feel like the tire was ever changed. More so, that he took the tire off and just put it back on. When I got there the same attendant was standing where I pulled in, like he was trying to guide me where to park. Now body language and everything is different. I'm being looked in the eyes and talked to as a human. The gentleman from the office came out and instructed another attendant to "switch the tire back" and told me he'd meet me inside to give me my money back.it was an easy transaction. As I'm standing there on the side of my car to watch what's going on as I should've done before, the scammer tried to say "sorry", like that meant anything after he clearly just thought he got over on me. I told him to keep the apology, I didn't want it. I was standing about 5 feet away on the phone with my aunt in disbelief, and the new attendant turned around and said "do you have a question for me"? I told him no am I not supposed to be able to watch what's going on. I just walked away, completely over it and feelings hurt that people are really doing bad business out here. SMH. I want to thank the gentleman in the office for making things right. On the other hand I'd never return here in the future. As a woman, and a black individual I'm very displeased at the service and quick come up off my hard working dollars. We aren't worthy of equal service. read more

Horrible customer service! I'm usually a very chill person but their workers made me really upset. I just moved to the area and found this place online I show up because I had a nail in my tire, workers see me get there and ignore me. I waited for them to finish what they were doing then a younger guy approached me I told him the problem and they had me standing there for 20 min before they rudely told me they could not have me standing by the cars and that there was a sitting/waiting area inside. Females already do not feel comfortable going to tire shops as it is and their terrible customer service did not help. This used to be a good tire shop before the son took over the tire shop and is now running it the son is nothing like the father the son will take advantage of you and your situation and over price you with a sale In the past whenever I had flat tire problems, I will get my car towed over to family tire and they would take care of it for me with a reasonable price. I just recently had my car towed over there and left out front with the keys in my car , so when they got to the shop and opened up, they can service my car right away. I called them when they opened. I'll let them know my situation. I had a flat tire I needed it replaced. They never took care of it to the end of the day and he charge me $137 for a tire which was ridiculous, I no longer recommend a family tire or will use them read more

I went into Family stores because air was leaking out of my front left tire. Instead of trying to sell me on some new tires they told me they were gonna inspect in to see if they could repair it. There was a huge nail inside and they were able to repair it for a low cost. I was in and out very quick. Mike and his team are friendly engaging and honest. Best time I've had, going in for car maintenance. When one of my headlights recently blew out, I headed to Autozone to get a replacement. I soon realized that all my tools were still in FL! I use to go to this tire Joint ecery now and then to replace my rear tires on my 240sx... Recently got a G35... Went to this shop after 5 years of not bieng here, "watchman" mikes dad who is the owner has a worker there name Rudy. Simply went to get my rears switched as they were bald on my G35... 120$ in and out within 40 mins... COOL... After paying, i was about to drive off and notice i forgot my tire key.. They went to retrieve it i insepcted my rims and rudy snapped off one of my rear tire studs. I then told Mike about it guess he is running the show... He said i should be fine ti drive with 4 studs bolted to my tire... Come back tommorow we will fix it for free... Drove off, and tire broke off all my studs slammed on the ground and ruined more then my used 120$ tires because of an improper unprofessional tire technician who could not install my tires correctly then is not man enough to tell me he broke the stud... Sure it is my fault driving off... BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOW because of this error. I could of been on the freeway and my life was at stake... I've been getting my oil changed and tires worked on at Family Tires for years but I went to a tire shop in Costa Mesa to have them look at a leak since I was in the area. The owner quickly told me that they were all cracked and ready to burst but he also told me there was nothing he could do at the moment so WTF? So I go to my trusty Family Tires and they tell me it's not that bad but I could use an upgrade. Thankfully the warranty covered road damage so I only had to pay for the labor. He orders the part for me and says it will be ready later in the afternoon. I take a few hours to run other errands and return back just as they are delivered.
