In fact, it turned out that my realtor George Brown had represented the sellers when I bought my house 20 years ago! So this would be the second time he's sold this house. I figured he would have a good idea of what my house would sell for and how long it would take, but I was surprised at how closely he nailed both; apparently he really knows this market. He came to the house and told me exactly what was needed to get the place sold and also make sure the buyer was getting a good house. I did some repairs and upgrades he suggested (mostly small things like paint touch-ups and minor repairs), he put up the sign and flyers and had a couple of open houses, and we had offers almost immediately. When it was time for closing and paperwork, Brianna helped us through the whole thing and made it easy. Selling this house was a lot easier than I assumed it would be, and during the process I felt like they were really working hard for me. George was almost always available to talk to me on the phone when I had a question, and if not, I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a callback. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are nice people and really good at selling houses. I received a check eighteen days after moving out for $670. The invoices claimed $2,000 in yard care and $280 in inside cleaning. I can't claim fraud, it's possible that my property manager Jason Oliveira is blind or incompetent at his job. It is possible that M&M Property Management calls in their contractors regardless of how the property was left. I don't know how they function but do know that this is not best management practices and appears shady.
