Need new accounting staff highly rude and disrespectful .also lack of professionalism

Doctor B and his staff have blown me away once again by far exceeding my expectations! I went in for a new crown and a couple of cavities which were done painlessly and professionally. When Doctor B was finished, he asked me, "do you mind if I work on your front teeth a bit so they they are more even?" (grinding them down). I made an appointment based on Yelp reviews. I hadn't been to the dentist in "a few years". I do brush and floss regularly and try to take care of my teeth because: hate dentists. I was blown away how respectful and not-pushy they were. I got to see my digital X-rays and review with the Dr. Discussed concerns (my wisdom teeth) and the future process to deal with it. They were extremely thorough and friendly and totally concerned with my comfort (why I stopped going to dentists). Plus all the latest technology. Great experience and I booked another cleaning. Basically got a clean bill of health (aside from Wizzys). Recommended. Edit- 7/18/17: I got a little chip in a tooth that was digging in to my cheek but i was leaving town the next morning. I called and they a got me a slot that same afternoon to fix it. Took a quick x-ray, cleaned up the sharp edge and sent me on my way... no charge! Fast, friendly and clearly focused on creating long term customer relationships. Win. read more

Dr. B has been my dentist for quite a few years. He's kind, friendly, and attentive. His staff is second to none. I've had two root canals with his office. Two!! Each time, they saw me immediately. My second root canal was yesterday. That's when I met an amazing addition to his staff. I say this because only Dr. B works on my teeth. Well, until yesterday. Yesterday, I met Dr. K. Dr. K is Dr. B's brother!! He's so cool and amaze balls. Dr. B, you still awesome, but your brother was awesome as well. Bottom line. I don't like new dentists. Most dentists see that I have cavities and want to drill into my teeth right away, but Dr. B has taken a less-invasive approach, and we've been watching a couple spots for a few years, and they haven't gotten any worse! I called out of the blue on a busy Friday afternoon. My tooth had chipped and my long-time dentist was out of state. Not only did the office tell me to come right in, they profusely apologized for having to make me wait. I was thrilled to wait. Then I met Dr Behbahani, who was extremely personable and professionally thorough. And to top it off, the x-rays and smoothing and bonding of my tooth were done at NO CHARGE! I would agree with other posts that Central Valley Dentistry is a money machine. I recently added dental coverage to my employer health care plan. When I called CVD to inquire as to what my co pay would be for exam, cleaning and x-rays. Mellissa sighed and said that she would have to take all my information and call the provider. I said 'Great! How do we start?' Mellissa went silent. Then she said that usually the plans cover all that and would I like to make an appointment? Um, no, I would like to know what my out of pocket expenses will be before I make an appointment. Again, silence. Then Click - apparently Mellissa had decided that it was just too much work to gain my business and simply hung up. read more

There is something fishy going on here. I suspect this dentist provides some sort of reduction in cost or some other benefit in exchange for a 5-star review from his clients. He is essentially trying to game the system. At any rate, I had an appointment at 10:30 and arrived a few minutes before. They had me sign a few forms and then made me wait about 20 minutes until somebody took me back. When I initially made the appointment, I said that I wanted to get my teeth cleaned. Instead what happened, is that all of my teeth were x-rayed, counted, poked and prodded. A dental assistant explained to me what she had found, then the doctor came around to tell me his thoughts. Then they said, "Thanks!," gave some toothpaste and a toothbrush and told me to wait in the lobby again until somebody was ready to coordinated further appointments with me. When I speak to someone at a dentist office and tell them I want my teeth cleaned, I have a reasonable expectation that my teeth be cleaned before I leave. I consider my time and money to be valuable and any business that does not feel this way about my time and money will not be given a positive review. I wasted over an hour getting my teeth x-rayed at Central Valley Dentistry, because I will not be returning. In the future, I would recommend that they do what the client requests and instead move the x-rays to the second appointment or split it up into multiple appointments. A few years ago, I went to a dentist in Avondale and immediately got my teeth cleaned, so don't give me that bullshit excuse about how you need to get your teeth x-rayed first. In addition, My dentist in Washington State informed me that Central Valley Dentistry took too many unnecessary and redundant x-rays of my teeth, essentially billing my insurance provider twice for the same thing. He informed me that insurers in Washington would not pay for this sort of thing. You have to ask yourself: why would a dentist office take unnecessary x-rays and push back a requested teeth cleaning to another day? This office is clearly trying to squeeze more money out of their clients. read more

Beautiful office, awesome staff. The hygienists are very nice and have a gentle hand when they do the cleanings. Plus there are little perks that a lot of dental and medical practices seem to forget these days. They are really good about reminding you for your appointments and I have never had longer than a 5 or 10 minute wait for my appointment. My only quibble with them, is that they are always going for the upsell (whitening, straightening, oral cancer screening?). Thankfully, they've toned it down quite a bit recently, and if you give them a firm "not interested" they leave you alone. read more

Dr. B is the best. I am Pretty sure the B doesn't stand for Best or Bomb, but it most definitely should. I like my teeth a lot. I take really good care of them. Never had a cavity. Never needed any major dental procedures. Candace took me back to have a look at my grill. Did some x-rays and got right down to cleaning them bad boys. Once finished Dr. B came over and complemented my smile, he told me that he wanted to keep an eye on some staining on the surface of a few of my molars. Gave me some tips on how to prevent them from becoming full on cavities. Yes, sir. This was the boy's first cleaning at 9 years old. But he also takes really great care of his mouth. Brushes twice a day for at least 2 minutes. He has the cutest smile so I want to make sure he has it for the long haul. He was completely fascinated with the entire procedure. He was asking a lot of questions about his teeth and the x-rays and what would be happening next. His first visit was a complete success. No cavities! Dr. B and Candace both really liked the boy and even another hygienist came over to tell me how sweet and inquisitive my child was! Could seriously bring a mama to tears! The fact that they were super cordial to the child and his questions means the world. I love people who don't treat a child's curiosity as a bother. Anywho, Dr. B suggested that we get the child's molars sealed to prevent cavities. Whatever you say doc. Done and done! Sandy at the front desk made us an appointment for the following week. Completely painless! And the sealants went on a week later without a hitch. Even got our next 6 month cleanings scheduled. read more

I was on a routine visit when my hygienist noted on my x-ray that my crown had a small gap, after consulting with Dr. Cho we planned to have him redo it. Had it not been taken care of, I wouldn't have know and could have had some serious dental issues down the road! The new crown is perfect!! I love coming here! I've been around the block with dentists. I have terrible genes and have had my share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth removed. Dr. B was fantastic from the beginning, even when I just came in for a seond opinion. They took a few extra xrays to get a good look at the infected tooth at no charge. He sat and talked with me about options and pricing for like a half hour! Then I got my infected tooth and a wisdom tooth removed in one shot just today and I was crazy nervous- but I didn't feel a thing! I'm thankful I didn't have to be put under. Much less expensive. I did not want to like them as it would be the perfect excuse never to go back. It had been 5+ years since I have stepped foot in a dental office, partially because I was not insured and partially because I am a big baby. It started out really good as they were running 25 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, then all went bad after that as the staff were really nice and welcoming. They truly made me feel like I was their most important client of the day. They talked to me about my dental issues without any up selling that I have come to expect. As some others have mentioned, Dr. Cho is great. He took every opportunity to whip out his iPad to show me illustrations of issues I am having making it very easy to understand. read more

This is by far the best denitist I have ever been to. Everyone in the office is super friendly, well educated and very helpful. You can tell that everyone really gets along and they work well with each other. After years of shopping around for quotes and advice on getting Lumineers, I finally decided to give it one more whirl with Dr. Cook. I loved his honest approach as to what would work for me and what wouldn't. I had had several dentists agree to only do the top 4 and promised me I wouldn't walk away unhappy. When I talked this over with Dr. Cook he advised me that only doing 4 wouldn't satisfy me and I would most likely walk away hating my new smile. I decided to go ahead and get the Lumineers after my consultation with Dr. Cook. It was the best decision ever! Words cannot describe how much I love my new teeth. They look completely natural and they feel natural as well. Dr. Cook really knows what he's doing and he wants to make sure his patients are satisified with his work. I am very pleased with the care and service I've received at Central Valley Dentistry. I was in pain and they got me in the same day. Dr. B gave me options and recommendations and was able to repair my fractured molar (root canal) the same day which gave me a lot of confidence. I love all the new technology they use and was very happy to have my new porcelain crown designed, created and installed in the same sitting. NO MORE PAIN!!! I went into this office based on Yelp Reviews. After being placed in the dental chair and anesthetized I waited so long for the DDS to come back that my anesthesia wore off. When I alerted him to that, he jabbed the needle in my mouth as if I was inconveniencing him! I would only recommend this office to someone I did not like! read more

Feeling very grateful to have chosen this place as my new dentist. All the employees were incredibly accommodating and sweet throughout a very long day spent at the office. Each person that worked with me was fully transparent on what they were doing, were direct on what was going on with my teeth and my treatment plan while also not shaming me for not going to the dentist for a few years. They broke down the cost of the entire treatment plan with insurance so I know what to expect for my upcoming visits and can plan accordingly. They also asks questions about what matters to you most (I.e. comfort, function, longevity) regarding your visit experience and if you were feeling anxious or fearful being at the dentist, which I thought was really amazing and have never had a dental practice do that before. I spent a good amount time at the office due to needing a crown and they were busy but they consistently checked in with me, provided me updates and even sent me home with a little treat since it took longer than expected. The doctor was also very persistent in making sure my crown fit just right before I left and though a little sore, it looks and feels great. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I just finished my second cleaning here! The first time was kind of a nightmare. The cleaning was ROUGH, I felt like my gums were being STABBED. because of the location's convenience, I came back and I'm GLAD I did. The dental hygienist (Candace) did a GREAT job. Since I moved to Arizona I've had a difficult time finding new doctors and dentist for my son. Found this place through the insurance website as one of the providers. The best part is that it's literally 5 minutes away from home. This office is really nice and the staff is amazing as well. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed my son came in for his annual routine check. He had a great connection with the staff and the dr was nice and honest. I am sorry I am horrible with names so no I don't remember any of the names sorry! When it was time to leave there was some issues with my sons insurance. He has a new insurance and It seems to be fairly new in the system as well. However the staff was so patient they even called the insurance to figure out everything. The office manager explained my insurance to me a little better (I can't believe I was so unaware). They handled the situation in a very friendly and professional manner. I appreciate their AMAZING customer service. I am definitely going to recommend them to all my friends and family! Oh and they have Netflix for the kiddos and you lol. This place is fantastic. Prior to coming to Central Valley Dentistry I had a HUGE and I mean HUUUGEEEE fear of dentists after a bad experience I had in the past. CVD changed my mind from the second I walked in the office. The front office staff are always friendly and sweet. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get back into the chair. Dr. B is kind and non-judgmental. He takes his time with his patients and makes sure to answer all the questions he needs to in order to make the patient feel safe. The prices are reasonable and in line with other offices in the same area. Getting a same day permanent crown after my root canal was amazing. Was a bit skeptical at the beginning because of this one review I read here on yelp but I loved the response Dr B gave him so I decided to give them a try. Got an appointment very quickly, at the initial appointment I got tons of pics taken (of my mouth of course) just an all around very detailed visit. Got the cost and Paid for all my work in advance. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Which is always a plus. First visit went great. I got a deep cleaning and was here for about 2 hours from start to finish. I have gone my entire life without going to the dentist so 2 hours of work is reasonable. I found out that I seem to be very immune to numbing medicine because the poor girl kept having to put more and more shots in my gums to numb me. Ended up doing a shot in my pallet which seemed to work. My top front teeth just seem to take forever to feel numb. Got about 7-8 injections total. DIDNT FEEL A THING on any of them. Super comfortable. Going back to do my filings in two weeks and I'm not nervous about it at all. This place is great, affordable (with insurance idk how it's like without but I'm sure it must be affordable as well), Dr B is great and everyone else is great. Even my husband is wanting to switch dentists since he had to wait 2-3 weeks for his crown and at Central Valley they can make your crown for you pretty much while you wait that same day!! I'd recommend everyone to see Dr B and his staff. read more

I had a great experience with the staff here. This was my second visit and unfortunately it was for an emergency root canal. It was midmorning and i called the office complaining of tooth pain and they managed to squeeze me in even though they close early on Fridays. I was so lucky and thankful. I was helped by Anthony and Dr. C. Their personalities made me feel at ease and definitely more relaxed. I felt that they cared and were always making sure that i was ok during the procedure. I was also impressed that they were able to make a crown within minutes. It would have taken my previous dentist a few days to do it. Very thankful for it. The procedure took time and took them way past their closing time but they stayed and took care of me and my dental needs without feeling rushed. By the time i left the office my pharmacy had already texted me that my pain meds were ready for me to pick up, the staff was way ahead of their game. I appreciate that. I give Anthony and Dr. C (and of course the staff) tons of kudos for going above and beyond. Two thumbs up!!! read more
