Honestly I would give 5 million stars if I could. I could not be more grateful to Dr. Behbahani and his dedicated and amazing staff!! From the first time I called his office, I have had nothing but a great experience and going to Central Valley Dentistry was one of the best decisions I have ever made. A few months ago I needed MAJOR work done on my teeth and so I went in for a consultation. In the process of that, there was some things that came up that needed to get taken care of ASAP before any other work could be done. Dr. Behbahani and the office manager Judy worked diligently with me to provide me the care I was desperately needing. I was also in a really tough place financially and instead of turning me away, they worked with me and provided me with resources I could use to help pay for the cost of the procedures I needed done and they so very graciously provided care for me that I otherwise wouldn't have gotten from anywhere else. Central Valley Dentistry is honestly the best dental office in all of Arizona and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I was really apprehensive in getting some of the dental work I needed done due to the extensiveness of what needed to be done, but Dr. B and his staff spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions, even several times over, explaining in detail everything that would happen, and put me at ease, and at the very end when everything was done, my expectations where exceeded and I came out with a BEAUTIFUL smile. I have been a patient of Dr. B for over a year now and have found my 'dentist for life' or as long as he continues to practice! My previous dentist had referred me to a periodontist for some serious gum recession. The same periodontist performed the old school surgery twice on the same area within a two year timeframe without success either time. A second periodontist performed a third surgery on the same area without success. I started going to Dr. B based on a referral not expecting anything more than services I always received from dentists in the past....checkup, teeth cleaning, etc. When I met Dr. B for the first time he observed my recession issues and I explained my past periodontal experiences. He suggested the pinhole procedure as an alternative to the old school periodontal surgery. And to my surprise, he performed the procedure himself. Wow....my one stop shop for all of my oral needs! I've lost count of how many people talk about their dental experiences being terrible or negative or even painful, but that just isn't the case at CVD. The entire staff is genuinely kind and the atmosphere somehow makes the reality of being at the dentist a bit less intimidating. I've mainly gone for routine cleanings, but even when injections were needed it was literally painless (probably because Candace is an amazing Hygenist). I've been going to Central Valley Dentistry for about a year: 1. Dr B cares greatly about his patients and his team and it shows. After an initial misunderstanding, his response to my concerns and his willingness to not only take the time to discuss them, but also to listen and learn from them showed me that this practice operates at the highest level of excellence when it comes to customer service. Additionally, it was clear to me that he had used my experience as a teaching moment with his staff as they were all on the same page and had elevated their level of care, too. In an age where people give lip service to customer service, a business that walks its talk is refreshing and highly valued. 2. Dr B is on the cutting edge of dental care and offers procedures I'd never heard of before. I'm specifically speaking of the so called "pinhole" procedure for gum disease. I called their office as a new patient at 7 am with a missing front tooth. They got me in right away and Dr. B gave me some options to choose from and I choose to reglue the tooth for the time being. I've had experience with another dentists in Flagstaff, AZ who made my visit more about how he could get the most money out of me from a business standpoint and less about caring for my mouth. When I first arrived at Central Valley Dentistry I had a lot of anxiety and a lot of dental work to be done. I've had bad luck in the past with dentists so it was hard to even get myself into a new office. But a year later and I'm so happy I started coming here. With the help of Dr. Canoza who has done absolutely beautiful work on my crowns and crown replacements, and Peyton who helps me stay on track with cleanings, my teeth have never felt or looked better. And my anxiety over coming to the dentist has really subsided because here they treat you with respect and truly want the best for you and your mouth. It's here at this dental office that I learned that going to the dentist can be a positive experience. I am a new patient to Central Valley Dentistry. I was able to get an appointment for my routine cleaning within days of calling them. The day of my appointment I was greeted by the staff and taken back within minutes of my arrival. The X-ray tech was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. 2 types of X-rays were taken. The dental hygienist was again very thorough with her exam and showed me the X-rays as well as diagrams of areas that may be a concern. The cleaning process was three-fold. First ultrasonic water was used to remove plaque, then the scraping, she then used the polishing paste and applied fluoride. The dentist came in to look everything over in my mouth. She explained the X-rays and made recommendations to replace a few old fillings. That appointment could be scheduled within the week. I was very happy with my new dentist office and felt they went over and above to make my experience comfortable and informative. As an aside, I purchased anti cavity toothpaste from them and the cost was no more then I would have paid if I got it at Costco pharmacy. read more

Worst experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!! UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL! I was on hold 6 minutes to schedule an appointment. receptionist was rude and short with me. No guarantee that my teeth would be cleaned which was why I was calling. Xrays would be done first then a dentist review to discuss the "level of cleaning that I would need" and prices would be discussed. WHAT?!! I already paid for a cleaning through groupon and that's what I wanted, NOT an upsell. The groupon states I get a cleaning but they don't want to honor that, just looking for new clients to screw!! Probably a lousy dentist if they have to use groupon to get clients but I didn't think of that before. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry I purchased this loser "deal". If you want great service it starts with professionalism with the initial call and upfront pricing. I wish I could add another few stars. Dr. Babak Behbahani makes my trip to the dentist a pleasant one. Late one evening I had severe tooth pain and Dr. Behbahani saw me right away. I had not gone to the dentist in years because I was afraid of the pain. Dr. Behbahani took the time to sit down with me and explain that I had an infected tooth and the infection spread to two other teeth. I ended up getting three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I felt no pain. Dr. Behbahani made sure I was comfortable through out the whole procedure. He personally even called me the next day to check how I was doing and to make sure I had no questions. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I have referred some friends and family members to Dr. Behbahani and they all had wonderful experiences. Dr. Behbahani does great work and takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable. I will never see another dentist and I will continue to refer all my friends and family to him. Dr. Behbahani's staff also goes out of the way to make sure that I am taken care of. They are very prompt at calling back and getting me in for an appointment. Very pleasant to talk to as well. We have struggled for at least 6 months to get an appointment and insurance approval for the Invisalign fitting. In the beginning I had to call and follow up because I never heard from the office or the insurance company. My insurance company told me they didn't receive a request. It was the beginning of the year now and the insurance had changed. So the process had to start again. When I spoke with Melissa, on more than one occasion and voiced my disappointment she snapped back with "we are short staffed". I tried to explain how long it had been. She did follow through this time and finally advised the insurance approval had been received. Then we made the appointment, finally my daughter was going to get Invisalign...oops, no she wasn't because when they sent the approval it was only for a retainer and not Invisalign. I had stated we wanted Invisalign, not a retainer, even my daughter was witness to that conversation. So we were told by an older lady (Judy ?) kindly about the process. So I listened, she was adamant that they would submit the insurance request that day and I would hear from them in two weeks. All the while thinking this isn't going to happen just due to past follow through. To this day I haven't heard another word from them about the Invisalign for my daughter and it's been over a month. I just received call from them yesterday about my daughter's 6 month cleaning which was nice that they followed up with that call. It's a huge disappointment as we are talking about a teenage girl who just wants a nice smile. read more

I am a person that does not have very good teeth, but Dr B. did a really good job fixing my teeth and get rid of my crooked teeth. He put caps on 3 front teeth and now my smile is even. He also did a bridge on my right side bottom teeth because I was missing a tooth for years. I had to have the work done over several visits, but they take the time to make sure everything is in and fitted correctly and looks great.
