However, upon arrival, I was informed that a new referral was required despite being an established patient with a point-of-service plan. What was most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the front office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and a lack of knowledge regarding insurance procedures, which further complicated an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!

She is literally the obstacle to my life being better and less painful, but ego and selfishness shined above it all. I am so sad and disappointed by how cool Health Care professional has been. So I don't know how some people have had good experiences with her unless she was having a bad day and did not know how to apologize. Or maybe she's Picky about who she's kind to? I don't know. I just know is that I'm sad and in pain because of her.
