Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed working with Todd, and the trailer had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been disappointing. Within the first season, the finish on several cabinet doors began peeling. We notified the dealership and agreed to bring the RV in after our camping season to handle it under warranty. When we picked it up months later, several documented issues were left unrepaired, and the overall tone from staff made it clear they were ready to see us go. It was disheartening, especially after how positive the sales experience had been. This spring, the same cabinet issue reappeared. Because of the dealership's lack of accountability and the way we were left feeling after our prior service experience, we chose not to return to Canopy Country and instead went to another authorized service center, who have been much more willing to help. I later wrote a private letter directly to the owner explaining our disappointment and hoping for acknowledgment. I have received no response. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think it's important for others to know that our post-sale experience with Canopy Country RV has not reflected the same level of care we felt during the purchase.

They sanitized my water tank, but left the fluid in the tank and didn't tell me. I found out when I filled the tank to go camping and white, foamy water came out of my faucet. Ultimately, I paid $2700 and never received an itemized invoice. Total ripoff!

When we got back to Hermiston we called Comeri and they got it right in. We were in no hurry for it so it took about a week to get our motorhome back. When we went to pick it up Mike was right there to explain and show everything to us. How things were working how things were supposed to work and if things didn't work where to look.
