I cant be more serious about a business review than I am about this one. I am in my mid 50s and have bought many cars , trucks, boats and recreational vehicles in my lifetime. I suppose a lot of consumers like me go into the process with some level of reservation. Some places play games , some have horrible service and some just don't seem to care. I purchased a new 5th wheel from Jacob. When I pulled up the first time and was walking toward the inventory they have on the ground there here comes this young guy running toward me with a gigantic smile on his face. I thought " oh boy here we go", assuming I was going to get the new young guy that knows very little about what he is selling. I couldn't have been more wrong! This is the sharpest most well spoken and respectful young man I have ever met. He spent a lot of time with me over multiple visits and I always felt as though I was a priority. Basically he did his job x 1000% and I hope anyone that reads this and gives these folks a shot gets the pleasure of dealing with him. Christine is one of the owners and once a decision was made on the 5th wheel she was very involved in the rest of the process. She is extremely knowledgeable about anything regarding financing and warranty and again made me feel like a priority every time I came in. Cynthia handled the paperwork Never did I feel pressured. She secured awesome financing for me and the process of signing everything was fun and did not take nearly as long as I expected. I have been to this dealership about 10 different times now and every person I have spoke with from the office to the shop to the parts department has been awesome. I'm thinking it would be nothing but a disappointment to go anywhere else for an RV for parts or service now after this experience. Not our first trailer purchase in life, but definitely the absolute best trailer purchase experience. Top quality selection, VERY informed and knowledgable staff and Incredible service! Every question quickly answered, reasonable on the pricing and open to discussion on any of our concerns. Even open to making our ideas of customizing some aspects. Jacob & Travis in sales were SO informed and felt like friends concerned with what we want, not pushing for a sale; advocated for our needs and were patient with our process. Well worth the drive for us from Oregon to WA, about 3 hours, to experience this group of people. We went for the top quality and well priced units, but we found an exceptional business. When you know you plan to get a new unit, most people already have an idea of what they may want or even a specific sku... however, what is most wonderful is to have a great experience around that...and if you don't already know what you want, then you want to have someone as knowledgable as these guys were. They knew every stock number, trim packages, manufacturers and gave an honest opinion/information to our questions without pushing us for a sale. No nonsense, honest information is always a win in my book. Not to mention their finance gal C, who is a wealth of information and help. Willing to examine different options and listen to our wants, better rates than even our CCU. We even went back a second time to have a hitch installed and they paid for our lunch just because of the added time AFTER entertaining our kids in the cozy area with popcorn and cartoons for a large part of the day. Without exception, best family friendly shopping experience we have had for a higher value item. HIGHLY recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't even stop here!!! run, run run from this place. First my wife is preapproved with a certificate that says we are preapproved for finance. She finds a trailer, and pays a "refundable" $500 deposit. The next day she is called to come down because they lost all of the paperwork that ran thru their website and needed her to fill out another credit app. Finance clerk says no problem with your credit score just let us know when you want the trailer delivered. Monday (2 days later) hits and a new finance clerk is calling asking for more money down, etc. the salesman she dealt with is gone, finance clerk is gone and it's just a big mix up all the paperwork is gone. She goes down again and leaves crying. The finance manager we spoke to suddenly has no memory. Then the harassing text messages of "show us the certificate of preapproval will start. We asked for a refund of our deposit and are told they will only refund if I come down and meet with the general manager so he can see my debit card he took the deposit on. Their credit card machine will not process a refund? His name is Jason and is the biggest jerk of them all. He called me and then decided to argue about the refund while on speaker phone in my truck in front of three passengers. I would not have answered if I knew it was him. He laughed when I told him I would dispute it with my bank and his reply "good then I don't have to pay for credit card fees". If they treat you like this before the sale or during the sale...imagine when you try to get warranty work done. No wonder we were warned and should of listened. Will never ever do business with them for any reason. read more

Finding a good RV Service Team is difficult. I have a new Thor Tuscany which has had a lot of problems (another story). I initially went to Paulsbo RV in Everett and had a horrible experience(another story). In looking for options I came across Central RV in Yakima. There was a Review about them where somebody just trashed them. The response from the Owner of Central RV said they'd been asked to lie about something that wasn't covered by a maintenance contract to get it covered. That suggested straight shooter to me. So gave them a shot. I had them fix a large number of issues. They did a super job and keep me in the loop. There were a couple of things they couldn't handle and they were up front about it. I will be taking my RV there for service in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thanks Rob and team! read more

BEST PLACE TO BUY AN RV!!! My family and I bought a fifth wheel from Central Washing RV, and they helped us through the entire process. They made sure we were well taken care of, from the moment we walked in the door, they treated us like family. They made the buying process as easy as it could possibly be and helped us get a fifth wheel we loved!! Jason and Christine are wonderful to buy from. I am full time in my 5th wheel I purchased from these folks back in November. We are having record cold temps below 0 and last night my furnace stopped igniting. This morning I called and spoke with Troy. He got a tech out within an hour. The control board and igniter were toast. They took my furnace back to the shop and replaced the broken components then returned and reinstalled it and my furnace was back up and running within hours. Just another one of the many reasons I only buy here. This type of service just simply does not exist elsewhere. There is no other RV store like them. I purchased a used 5th wheel rv from these guys. And man what a pleasure. They were very accommodating and made the process very easy, being that I live about 2 1/2 hours away. And the service department is very knowledgeable. I was having issues with installing a power inverter. Gave them a call and they were able to answer my question and saved me a ton of time and got rid of the headache I already had from this issue.
