I've had an account with the Les Schwab on Harrison for quite a few years and they're always such a great place to bring your vehicle for break and tire needs. They also just help out so much by fixing things of no charge when it's not a big laborious task. I had just got new breaks a few months ago my husband put on and they were squeaking a lot and I brought in my car and Juan was really nice and helpful and communicative and fixed the problem thankfully he said everything looked great in there! Absolute nightmare. Both Centralia and Chehalis. Faulty brakes, seized calipers. Brake job done several times and still isn't right. Caused damage to my vehicle. Corporate refused to make it right. Highly recommend! Right back tire of Camper tire blew out just outside Centralia. We changed to the spare and limped the camper/truck to this Les Schwab. It was a Monday afternoon - really hot day - but we were in the shop in minutes! Sorry to say I didn't get the persons name who helped us, but he was awesome! Apparently we let the trailer set too long and both tires were bad. In fact, he showed us the left tire was just about the blow too! God was watching out for us! I asked him how he felt saving people's lives. We were out of there in no time with 2 new tires and feeling MUCH safer! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!! read more

$60+ dollars for wheel balancing, just to drive off back onto I-5 with it driving the exact same way as it did when I entered? I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a larger issue with my car that wasn't related to the wheels needing balanced. That was until I took it to my mechanic in SW WA just to be told that the only issues I was having was that the WHEELS WERE EXTREMELY UNBALANCED. They corrected this issue, and sent me on my way with my car now driving perfectly with the issue rectified. Did you even do the work? To top it off, I was told by you guys that I had a nail in my tire. That was factual, I did. What you guys told me was that I needed a new tire, and that it would cost me $155 to replace said tire, and that it was the quote "the only option you guys had for me". I declined, obviously. My shop was able to repair my tire without any complications. It's really disappointing to me how a tire specialty shop claimed that the tire wasn't fixable, yet a hole in the wall mechanic in SW WA that actually has something to lose was able to rectify my issues without any complications or doubts. Preying upon what you thought was ignorance and bullshitting customers isn't cute. You're lucky that the majority of your customers don't know any better. Hopefully this doesn't get lost in all the good customer reviews. Apparently you guys treat locals better than travelers, from what I read on here. read more

I took my car in to have the tires rotated. I bought the tires there, so the rotation is free. It ended up costing me over $40 for that free tire rotation. The person who worked on my car, broke the sensor on the front driver's side tire. I was told it was broken but not who broke it. It worked before you worked on it. I checked my tire pressure before I left home that morning. I was initially told it was going to cost $82 to fix the sensor, but when I took it back to have that fixed, they charged me $40 plus to fix something that they broke. There shouldn't have been a charge to me. I am thinking about buying my tires elsewhere next time I need to replace them. Ever since Les Schwab passed, his business isn't run the same. They no longer run out to your car when you pull in, instead they scatter and attempt to look busy. read more

Every tire shop busy this time of year but Les Schwab, especially the Centralia store, makes the time to at least go over any questions you have instead of making you wait indefinitely for the next salesperson to talk to you, then allowing 3 to 4 new customers coming in to get serviced. Had an unrepairable flat, got the attitude from another brand shop so got online, found full set of what I needed, then able to schedule them installed very next day, which they did while I waited just one hour as estimated. This not in stock or have to order & schedule appointment later stuff don't fly when one of your tires is unrepairable & running on the spare with no spare anymore. Nervous I call the shop early to make sure & a very nice lady confirmed my appointment & my tires were in stock & set aside with my name on them, all ready to go just scheduling the night before, spent more than I planned but the All Terrain Open Range A/T's look like they will handle all seasons just fine. read more

I inadvertently ran over some debris on the road and punched a hole through the middle of my tire. I'm pretty new to the area but saw Les Schwab on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They squeezed me in on a busy day and had the tire repaired and remounted in a couple of hours. Even put the spare tire and tools back in their storage area in the car. Best part is they didn't charge anything for the repair. I think I found my new tire shop! read more

I had a trip to Eastern Washington planned (over snowy Snoqualmie Pass) and I was concerned about my SUV's wheel alignment. To me, it was slightly pulling to the right, and I didn't want to take any changes while driving over ice. I called around to several auto shops in the Lacey area where I live, but they were all to busy to help. I called the Les Schwab store in Centralia and they were able to fit me in at 5 pm. When I arrived the staff were very friendly, the waiting area was comfortable/clean, and the mechanic completed a courtesy inspection with nothing irregular to report. Thanks Mike! Superb customer service! Was on a road trip with my partner, and felt some weird vibrations. It was 15 minutes before they closed and every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful! They checked steering alignment etc and turned out we just were experiencing some tread wiggle and there wasn't anything seriously wrong with the van. They also helped a woman minutes before closing with a flat. Probably the best service I've ever received from that type of business. Very nice staff I will give them that. I spent almost $2,500 on a rim and tire set up with new sensors. Their staff and store manager is unable too figure out why my tire pressure sensor light won't shut off. Very frustrating too have the light on my dash. 5 trips later and the light is still on. Don't really have anymore time too sit around and wait while they figure it out. Will be taking my truck elsewhere for future work. Also they tried telling me stock rims on my daily vehicle where worn out and rusted, and continued too try and sell me on rims. My machanic checked into it last time I serviced it and they where wrong. read more

I went in to get my flat tire fixed. Turned out my tire was still under warranty but they don't make that tire anymore. They replaced both front tires as part of warranty and sent me on my way. My wife and I were driving back to Seattle after having spent a week in Sunriver, Oregon with our family when the tire pressure gauge came on. We stopped in Centralia for coffee and noticed the right front tire was low. Luckily, Les Schwab was nearby. I had an appointment to fix a front wheel bearing for my girlfriends car. I work nights and the guy made an appointment for Monday at 2 pm as he said it would take about 2 hours and that would give me enough time before work. I live about 40 minutes away and got up Monday and left my house about 3 hours earlier than I normally do and when I get there the lady at the front desk says I do not have an appointment and they wouldn't be able to fit me in. I had the quote he gave me for the bearing and had the appointment time written down on the paper. Wasted 3 hours of my time, not going back there. read more

A Pacific Northwest standard for tire sales, don't let all the well kept service men fool you. The tires are grossly overpriced. You can get essentially the same tires anywhere else for at least $50 to $100 less. All the money I think goes into their advertising. The real pet peave of mine is when you do not have a brand new vehicle off the lot, they just happen to find all these things wrong with your vehicle & they will not let you have your vehicle back unless they made the repairs. I understand the fear of litigation, but this has happened to me every time I have been to a Les Schwab store, in addition to personally seeing it happen at least a dozen times more. You know, if you want to rob me, at least use a gun. From now on, I am getting my tires somewhere else, most likely at Costco. read more

We always shop at Les Schwab for years now and in 7 different states never had issues. We stopped at the one in Centralia WA to have our tires balanced and rotated. They very politely told us a few of our lug nuts needed to be replaced we asked them to replace all 5 of them on the one tire and take off my hub caps because the did not have the lug nuts that would allow my hub cap to go back on. We also asked for the other 3 lug nuts to be put in the bag with the hub caps because the guy told us they were between 5 and 10 dollars a piece (expensive). We were told all of our tires were out of balance one by 5 ounces and anytime we wanted we could get some tires that were all weather ours are snow tires. (We bought all weather tires from Les Schwab in Utah that were on the van and they were still in great shape) They were told we were leaving on a 15 hour over night trip for our anniversary that night they even said "happy anniversary". We drove across the street home and finished packing left a few hours later about 9pm. When I got on the freeway my van started to vibrate very badly and we had to go home and wait till morning to go back. I was least to say unhappy I was suppose to be hours from my destination. They had to rebalanced my tires rotate them the way I asked them to by putting the best two on front and almost all of my lug nuts were loose and had to find all 20 of my lug nuts. (It should have only been 5 and we were told they pulled them out of the garbage and yes we paid for all 20 lugs not realizing they had done it had other things on our mind's that was our own fault). We got on the road at 9am and at 910am my van started to vibrate again but we had family and friends to meet and were already going to be very late for our own party. Our van has never vibrated like that. At 3pm when I was supposed to be at my anniversary party I was still on the road and 6 hours from my destination. We made it by 930pm (our time 1030pm at our destination) missing most of my friends and family. This is the reason We were leaving the night before and to miss the 100 degree weather we drove in. We are staying for the week and I am broken hearted that they did this to us that we missed my own party and people we have not seen in years and will not see for years again. Not sure I will ever go back and we have been costumers for more than 25 years. read more

After I left work and walked to my car, I discovered a flat tire. Having a car with no spare, I filled it up with the fix a flat and the air pump the manufacturer so graciously supplied, I headed out to find someone to fix it. I ended up here at Les Schwab after no one else was open. The service was great. Isaiah was fast in getting my tire repaired, and helped me get a price on getting a spare. I will go back again for my next set of tires. The warranty they offer on new tires and the service are worth a little more to me. read more

drove my car into their shop with no problems just to get new tires, and my car comes out with a problem. I work full time and go to school full time, my baby goes to daycare in a different town. my car is my only transportation. when addressing my concern about my vehicle. I was told by the manager they can't do nothing, that I did the damage to my car. both of my inner control arms are bent, I got my ball joint fixed and alignment done at OK tires. plus an employee at the same store different location, confirmed that my car didn't have a problem before. the manager said he would print a copy of the video so that my husband and I could see that they didn't do anything wrong to my car. I never got a call like the manager said he do, which he said he call me right back. Now my car is constantly pulling to the side when driven, and my alignment is really bad. I've heard more than 20 different people older and middle aged who also had a problem that was so bad it could have killed them. these mechanics don't realize that put lives in danger when damaging a car, for what reason I don't know. I have a baby to think about, I don't want money or anything free. I just want les schwab to fix their mistake. I even called corporate, and now I have to file an incident report that wont even get my car fixed. after my husband posted about this issue to social media to warn others, he got 72 comments from people who had a horrible experience. Its really shocking how many complained about les schwab, even teachers and students at centralia college said that my husband and I shouldn't have took our car there. I've gotten my tires from les schwab for a couple of years and never had a problem till now, they do not value their customers. the manager at chehalis and this location need to work on their interpersonal skills, and remember when you work in a business that their is no need for profanity and that you are representing your company when you wear that uniform. read more

My experience with these people was really bad they ripped me off charge they charged me hundred dollars more for the tire. guy named Chris tricked me he took the tire off the trailer and then told me the price he did not leave me any choice he was going charge me for the service regardless. He had a really bad attitude when I talked to him about the price. He said you cannot leave because I already took the tire off. My suggestion to truckers before you go to this shop talk to someone bought the price and see if that's something you can afford it. read more
