This is an update 5 years later after my rhinoplasty with Dr. Diaz where I still love my nose!…read more Due to the asymmetries in my face and thickness of skin, the final healed results were at about 99% of what I expected. I called Dr. Diaz's office to confirm if this was normal and if anything had happened to not achieve the perfect results expected. Dr. Diaz called and explained everything perfectly and removed all of my concerns. Dr. Diaz is truly one of the best plastic surgeons, and a rhinoplasty is like trying to do surgery on a moving target. To solve for the final 1% of my concern, I was invited to speak to him for a revision in the future if needed. This is all to say, he is truly the best and while 99.999% of his results are all home runs, sometimes very complex noses (like mine) have a slightly almost perfect result and that is OKAY! Absolutely nothing to do with his amazing expertise or the amazing team. If you have any concerns, please call the office directly rather than leave a negative review out of emotion, trust me it's a win-win and also a practice of self love!

As a Middle Aged woman, we tend to be a lil high maintenance (Not that we ever think we are) :-) and its easy to get impatient with the swelling. Listen to Nassif-it takes a while for the swelling to go down for most people and the nose to settle. He was right! His staff is impeccable. From the time I walk into his reception area, I am greeted by Miss Kamran, who is an absolute doll! So kind, down to earth, understanding, beautiful and honest. She is a gem and makes the beginning and ending of the experience! Then you have Kaitlin, who knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable and helps with the pre and post op info. She's great and responsive to your texts. Yes, beautiful too. Take her recommendation for that hyperbolic chamber! It literally heals your body. Last, but certainly not least is Rachel. Rachel is the aesthetician who not only makes you look 10 years younger with her hydra facial, but gives you an amazing therapy session. Who knew I needed one?!! When I was finally told I could schedule, I was informed that I would now be charged new 2026 rates -- a 71% increase -- as if I were a brand-new inquiry. At no point during the months-long communication was I advised that rates would increase this dramatically or that I could protect my quote by placing a deposit, which is standard practice elsewhere. Had this been communicated, I would have absolutely done so. The lack of transparency, compassion, and professionalism was shocking, especially given how emotionally and financially difficult revision surgery already is. Her skill, precision, and honesty are unmatched, and the level of empathy that she's able to maintain throughout every single appointment is something that cannot be replicated. She also has no problem with saying no, which I think is one of the greatest traits an injector can have, and always follows up with a thorough explanation of her rationale in a way that is easily digestible. I've been going to her for over 3 years now for Dysport in different parts of my face as well as my traps, have had zero complications, and have loved how natural my results have been every time. I moved up to Norcal a year ago, but still fly down every 4-5 months to see her. Furthermore, in March, after seeing Angella for my initial follow-up dose of Dsyport, I made the mistake of getting a touch-up with someone else in NorCal because I did not have time to come back down to LA within the time frame that I needed to. For context, my masseters are just extremely strong and sometimes require more units than expected, since it depends on how much teeth grinding I do both at night and throughout the day, all of which is heavily influenced by how stressed I am from school and work.
