The receptionist was dismissive, refused to listen or understand the seriousness of my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me. And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong.
