Centre Realty Group is ubiquitous! I'll admit they have the largest inventory of apartments compared to the competitors. However, they should seriously consider working on the client experience! We found a listing on Zillows with their CRG watermark and contacted them to schedule a viewing. Our first impression of the realtor Nathaniel could be summed up by completely unnecessary political tirades. He professed that would NEVER work with anyone who supported Trump. Alright, we confirmed that we weren't supporters attempting to move onto the actual property showing. It's very off putting to land on that polarizing topic unprompted... Why should it matter if we are paying clients? We set up a time on Saturday to view the place and we were there a few minutes early, and we didn't see his car around. Several minutes past the appointment time still no sign of him and we hop back in the car to hide from the elements. We messaged him and moments later he messages us he's on the way. All the other realtors we worked with were either EARLY or at least on time. 15 minutes after the appointment he saunters by completely disorganized. He needed to make calls to figure out how to access the first location! We weren't terribly impressed by any of the 3 places he showed us. He gave us the application anyway to look over, and to contact him if we wanted to apply. Of course, there was an application fee of a whopping $50/person. (For the privilege to even apply for consideration.) This was the highest amount out of any of the other agencies! Do they really need $100 to run 2 background checks? Let's be honest the only reason we were even there was because of the ridiculous market and Realty Groups are unfortunately the gatekeepers for these properties. We contacted him to let us know if there were any other similar properties within our criteria. Radio silence. Guess he's moved onward to other clients to disappoint. Needless to say we did not continue to use CRG nor can we recommend them to anyone. For comparison we also worked with Think Real Estate and Marc Roos Realty. read more

My apartment was being shown and realtors from this company decided they could come and go inside my apartment as they please. Do not ever work with Nabil as he is a rude disrespectful person. He has no care for the occupants of homes and thinks that when he says he'll show up at 11:45 that actually means he can show up at 11am or 4pm or whenever he wants. Despite kind requests to come another time there is no respect for the people actively living in the apartments he's showing. If this organization hires people with such low levels of sympathy and respect, I can't imagine any other venture of their business is good. read more

Filled out an application for an apartment I was interested in. Was told to send 4x rent plus a few random fees via Zelle in order to see next steps. I asked to see the lease before sending all that money and was instead offered a tour. I asked about the tour but was not able to get a tour scheduled. They requested my passport and said they'd send the lease, and I complied. Then they sent a blank template lease from the city of Boston. I asked again about seeing the apartment and an actual lease with proper terms, apartment name, landlord, etc and was told that I missed the 5 pm deadline to get them 1 months rent (a deadline I wasn't told about) and someone else would get the unit. I was never asked to send a deposit of one month's rent, only the $7000+ via Zelle. I'm pretty sure I barely dodged a scam. Take my advice and work with someone else. read more

I had a great experience with CRG! My roommates and I were moving from different states into Boston and were having a hard time finding a place online. We somehow became connected w/ Emily Schwartz from CRG. She listened to our needs and found us a place (which would be literally impossible to find in Boston w/ our budget) that met 100% of our needs. It suited the # bed/bath, close to work, close to a T stop, etc. She was on the phone w/ us at any time (of the day or night) to help us meet our needs. Prior to landing the spot that we were in, she went above and beyond to connect us with the other locations that we were interested in, facilitating conversations, the photo/video tours, and so much. On top of that, she is SO nice! Had a great experience w/ them and will actually be working w/ her again this year. Thank you Emily! you literally helped us find our perfect spot! read more

This company uses bait and switch tactics! Jeff Grande-Pierre realtor of Center Realty as well as Angela Service of Jack Conway repeatedly asked us to send via wire (after back and forth they agreed to a check) ahead of being given a lease, but was advised the lease would come over with the terms etc. We were advised after they received this money that it would be HELD IN ESCROW at Center Realty, yet Jack Foster stated the money was released to the landlord ahead of a lease. He pointed out the landlord Jagtri Patel is a realtor of Premium Realty Inc and knows the rules and how this was illegal. He pointed out what she knew but he's a broker, so let's point out what he knows. They all know there was no lease, yet our fund were not held in escrow and and ethics on all if these realtors went right out the window! read more

My husband and I worked with Kim Clark who helped us find a two bedroom apartment in Brighton. We really can't say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. When we liked the apartment, she asked the tenants so that we could see it twice. She negotiated our rent and other move in costs with the realty. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. I have had a lot of bad experience with brokers here in the Boston market but working with Kim made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her. read more

We worked with Sean to get a lease in September of last year. We signed the lease to the new apartment and thought we were all set to live there. A couple weeks before our move-in date, I asked Sean how we would be getting the keys, and he informed me that he had never given the lease to the landlord for him to sign, and the landlord had already rented that apartment. We had to find an apartment right before we moved, and we ended up finding one that was slightly more expensive. We asked that the brokers fee be reduced to what it would have been with the original apartment, and CRG basically told us to pay the fee or find a new apartment. I had a great experience working with agent Ms. Karrysen Smith to rent an apartment in Boston. Karrysen was always on top with her timely communication with each step of the application process. I only viewed the apartment virtually being from out of state, and had a lot of questions. Karrysen responded all of my questions and served as an liaison between client and landlord. She was replying my emails/text on the weekend too. The process was as smooth as it could be and it's not easy to find a place in Boston that would accept 3 pets. One month after I moved in, the management company of my apartment tried to charge me last month's rent upfront (which was not originally agreed upon with the landlord), and the security deposit was not received. I reached out to Karrysen for help. She contacted the landlord directly for me and the apartment management removed the last month's rent. The security deposit I paid to CRG did not get sent to the landlord, upon discovery, the money was refunded back to me so I can pay directly to the apartment management. All these issues were resolved in a timely manner with Karrysen's help. read more

I had a great experience working with agent Rachel Cohen when I visited Boston from out of state to find an apartment rental. I did most of my listing research on an aggregator site, which led me to contact a variety of agents. Many of those agents, including Rachel, offered to send me a list of other listings that might suit my needs. What set Rachel apart off the bat is that the list she sent me was of the highest quality, and appeared to be more thoughtfully put together, than any other I received. Rachel then acted expeditiously to get me tours of the available places I liked most, and overall she was extremely helpful, diligent, and responsive for most of the week I was in Boston. She really went above and beyond to make an inherently difficult process much less so. I highly recommend giving Rachel a chance to help you find a home! read more

I cannot believe this is still in business. My experience with them in the past as a landlord was so horrible and nightmarish, i did not even want to review to avoid recall. However, I had to repeat every year for the past 8 years not to contact me ever again. Every year several of their agents kept calling me to rent apartment which makes me sick to my stomach. CRG lied to out-of-state tenants about my property and the deal fall through. CRG brought ATM receipt with no account number or name as income verification for person who was not employed. CRG insisted on my meeting tenants with problematic backgrounds including no income saying they were 'nice' and I will like them once i meet them. CRG gave tenants keys to the apartment way before the lease start. CRG kept making demands what's not offered. CGR falsely claimed tenants make sizable income but never produced verification and let them moved in despite my cancellation of the lease. You know what tenants with no income verification do, they sue landlord to discrimination court, report to city, sue to small claims court to avoid paying rent. No attorneys would represent landlords. There is no ethics in this company and they should no longer in business. read more

A total nightmare!! If you are selling your home and get an offer with Edna Feigenbaum as the buyers agent, DO NOT accept the offer!! Seriously, no matter how much the offer, save yourself from a months long nightmare with this woman. You will end up losing money!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state licensing board against this agent. She lied repeatedly to her clients and my agent stating there were signed agreements on certain things when there really wasn't. She never could produce "the signed agreement" and breached the P&S contract on several points. She forced me out of my home before the closing date so her clients could "see the house empty" (beach of contract, I had until closing date to vacate) and cost me $1,100 in storage and hotel fees and then had the nerve to say she was going to hold back funds at closing because "the microwave was dirty"! That's just a short example of the horrible things she did to us, this review would be far too long if I listed them all. read more

Been living in the city of Boston for 13 years now...I've moved 10 times, so let's just say I have a little experience with realtors in this town. Generally, they are unattentive, and pushy. I have one guy whom I trust here, but I decided to step outside of that bubble because I am in a "need to move NOW" situation. Well, here we go again. I found an ad on Craigslist and Hotpads, and emailed the address listed on both ads (they were different). 3 days later I get a very nice email asking when I would like to see it. We email back and forth (always very fast responses actually) and set up a time to see this unit in Dedham on Saturday morning. I take the half hour drive to the unit Saturday morning, and show up 15 minutes early just like always, because I like to take a look around the property by myself before the realtor gets there, so I can catch things that might be odd before they have time to formulate some cookie cutter response on how "oh it'll get fixed" or "that'll get dealt with before you move in!" The property was misrepresented in the ad first of all. This was a "row house" in which this was the center unit. It was labelled as a split house. Ok, I can get by that. During my walk-around I was not super impressed with the property, but this isn't a fault of the realtor, so again, I can move on. Well, our meeting time comes and passes by a half hour (I am classically late to EVERYTHING, so I give people 30 minutes because that seems reasonable). I call the cell number that the guy gives me, nothing. I call the office number. Nothing. I send him 2 text messages. Nothing. I write him 2 cordial emails. Nothing. This guy NO-SHOWS me on a Saturday morning, a half hour out of my way. This is now my second sub-1-star experience with this company. I just couldn't ever imagine paying this guy a full months rent to come show me an apartment once. CRG, you SUCK AGAIN. read more

Beware of using or trusting Centre Realty in Newton! John, one of their supposedly experienced realtors, hurt us more than helped us find a new rental. He told us that it was 99.9% sure that we had this house we wanted. We were happily making plans to move, and then the next day he said we didn't have it after all! Also, he was not upfront about the fees and avoided giving us a straight answer every time I asked him what his fee was. Do not use their services to make appointments for viewing apartments! This is just a total waste of money, and you can do a better job than he can! You are better off with just calling up the listing agent or owner and dealing directly with them. Right now we're stuck without the house we wanted and he's in Italy on vacation and his manager won't return my calls.... read more

I'm sure other people have had fantastic experiences with the CRG Newton office, but I wanted to warn against it based on my experience. If you are a PERFECT tenant, go ahead and call ... but if you have any funky circumstances, skip them entirely. In my case, my roommate was moving from out-of-town (Illinois) so didn't have local employment. My roommate & I found CRG through craigslist ads. We called both their Newton Centre office and the cell phone of an agent based on a specific ad we were interested in. The agent (let's call her "K" from Watertown) answered & said that she would call back to make an appointment with us. She didn't call back for EIGHT HOURS, by which point we'd made an appointment with a realtor from Newton (our viewing timeline was short). "K" then insulted my roommate and badmouthed the other agent, which is totally classy and professional. *rolls eyes* We met up with the agent on a Saturday morning and she had two apartments to show us in Newton. We absolutely fell in love with the first one, which we were told was a no-fee right in Newton Centre. We filled out all the paperwork & wrote deposit checks before the agent "discovered" that it was actually full-fee, and advised that we offer the landlord a lower rent given the full-fee status. We re-wrote our checks, high-fived about our new apartment and went for JP Licks to celebrate. Fast forward an hour - agent called to say that the landlord probably wouldn't take the lower rent offer - moreover, he probably wouldn't rent to us because of my roommate's status of not being employed in Boston. So we went back to the office, went back out with the agent, looked at another place and fell in love with THAT apartment. Wrote checks, high-fived, went home. Got a call from the agent Sunday morning that the landlord was concerned about my roommate's employment and wanted to meet with us that week. The roommate flew back to Illinois & I met with the landlady on Wednesday, who had absolutely NO intentions of renting to a tenant without a job (even with great credit and a co-signer), and I believe the agent had known for days that the deal wasn't going to go through but really wanted it to work and therefore didn't want to be the bearer of bad news. In other words, in a matter of 5 days, I had my heart broken TWICE and still ended up without an apartment. Save yourself the time & don't bother with CRG - their apartments are GORGEOUS (thus the 2nd star), but their agents don't know how to deal with the high-maintenance request of their rental clients. read more

What a terrible company to work for. Pocket listings, agents screwing over other agents in the office, managers competing with agents and the list goes on. I was in the in the Cleveland Circle office and the manager there (Andres Vizoso) is useless. He will not have your backs if anything comes up. When something came up his reply would always be "I'm not the owner, take it up with "so-so", what a great answer from management. Or if I needed his help with something, it would take him up to a week to reply back to me. The office started deducting $20 from my checks and at first it wasn't that noticeable until they deducted $500 from one of my checks. I asked what this was for and I was told "application fees" and they gave me a breakdown. Some of these "application fees" had previously been deducted from previous checks sometimes double and even triple dipping on the same transaction. When I brought this up to them and showed them, they tried to come with another list of transactions that they could deduct for and the problem was that they had already deducted for them once already. Talk about "cooking the books!" There was no policy in the handbook saying that they could do this either. This is something that they made up on the fly for extra revenue for their pockets (sailboats and luxury cars are expensive!). Last, I won a contest for most transactions in the office and was supposed to receive a $100 gift card and never received it. The useless manager told me to speak to someone who no longer worked at the company to get it and the owner of the company refused to give it to me as well. If this is how they treat their agents, imagine how they treat their clients/customers?! read more

Just had a very bad experience with Hossein Mobtaker at Centre Realty. I was very clear with him about what my criteria were for a place, and he ended up showing me 5 places, none of which met that criteria. He either doesn't know that inventory at all, or he doesn't know how to listen. So, I thought I should give him a second chance, and I told him we needed to sit down and really go through the listings so that we only saw things that could possible work for me. Well, at that point he started complaining about how he was on commission, and that I wanted to see "everything" (actually, my whole point was that I didn't want to see random crap). He is a moron. Can't speak about the company as a whole, but definitely don't waste your time with this guy. read more

We worked with Kim Clark while finding an apartment to rent. Kim got to know our taste fairly quickly and helped us find us our next home in a matter of a couple of weeks of working with her. She's extremely friendly, patient and did not show any disappointment or frustration if we did not like an apartment she thought was good for us. In the end (and soon after we started working with her) she found us our ideal apartment in Somerville. She also helped with negotiating our move-in to suit our convenience and was very diligent in following up with us to make sure all the steps in us signing our new lease were smooth and without any glitches. Kim definitely knows the real-estate market very well and I would highly recommend her for anyone in the need of a place to rent or buy in the Boston/Greater Boston area. read more

This place is a total mixed bag with some people being really great and others being not so great. I will say, however, that if you're looking in Newton, CRG has the largest database in the area. While you may not want to deal with many of their brokers, you may have to because this place simply has listings that others don't. 1. Lena Haslam (watertown branch): This woman needs ADHD meds and sedatives. She's one of the most disorganized individuals with whom I've ever had the displeasure of dealing. In order to deal with her disorganization, she puts a lot back onto the prospective tenant to do, such as emailing her reminders, resending contact info to her, etc. When she shows places, she just talks very fast about absolutely nothing and can't answer questions about the property because she forgot, didn't bring the listing sheet, didn't do her research beforehand. I wanted to punch her within the first 10 minutes of meeting her as did my friend who was with me. Do. Not. Contact. Her. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but man..did she suck. 2. Peter Erickson: Here's where the review gets good and why CRG gets two stars. Peter is a kind, soft spoken, and ethical broker. If he gives you his word on something, you can trust that he isn't just feeding you lines of shit to get a commission. He worked very hard to get me an apartment that I wanted and, when I had to back out of it last minute because my roommate didn't want to go for it, he was very understanding and wrote me a kind email. He was never pushy or aggressive. I never felt pressured and he's just a likable guy. He also listens very well to what your needs are and will only send you listings that meet that criteria. 3. Tracy Johnson: She's the person you want if you're in a hurry, need a place, and need a deal done quickly. She wants her commission, will schedule last minute showings, and will push things through. I wouldn't call her nice; she's got a bit of a sassy attitude that can rub you the wrong way, BUT...these are precisely the qualities that make things happen quickly and I think she can persuade landlords to take you if you're a less than ideal tenant (I have dogs). She's a no nonsense broker who doesn't try to chit chat with you during showings and make nice. She wants money. I prefer this approach but I think people new to the rental scene may be slightly put off by her. So, the reader's digest version is: Ignore Lena Haslam. I'd rather drive bolts through my skull. I wish I could give CRG zero stars.... This review is for Patty and Amy at CRG. We recently found an apartment we really liked, contacted them and we were very close to signing the offer to purchase and putting the deposit down. Then when I talked to a management of the building, we found out that major construction was about to start in a few weeks, which is supposed to go on for about a year and a half (!), plus we would be out of heat for the entire winter (!!). What makes it worse is that we would have been subjected to an immediate increase in our monthly maintenance fee, AND we were gonna have to pay almost 30k at the completion of the construction (!!!!). We were shocked when we found out about this. In fact, Patty, who was representing us, told us absolutely nothing about any of these things. I would NOT recommend anyone to work with Patty. She came off nice at first, but then she became really pushy by using her pressure sale tactics and tried to force us to close the deal as soon as possible (without telling us anything, of course). DO NOT GAMBLE WITH YOUR MONEY! read more

I was looking for a studio apartment in the Boston area. I found a posting on Craigslist and inquired about it. I was immediately contacted by Adam. After going back and forth on a Friday night over e-mail, we set up an appointment for me to see the place. By the next day, I was able to get approved and put down a deposit on my new apartment. I highly recommend Adam if you are looking for an apartment. He is extremely hardworking and will immediately get back to you when you contact him. I will not bore you with the details except to say that Jack Foster and Adam Taffel are arrogant and dishonest to the core. Any affiliation with this agency is very risky. When I read reviews about other people's experiences with realtors from Centre Realty Group, I wondered how proactive of a potential tenant they were being themselves. While I understand it is the realtors job to help you find a place to live, it is also your own responsibility as well. You get as much as you put in. I worked with Gilon Levert and I enjoyed every second of it. As soon as I saw the listing, I called him directly and had the reference number readily available. As a result, he was able to provide me all the information I needed. Seeing as I'm securing the unit from afar and would need to move forward as site-unseen, he was able to provide me as much information as I needed to feel comfortable securing the unit. I told him I wanted it and sent him all my information that same morning (application forms, credit checks, etc). Seeing as I'm not new to renting units, I already knew what kind of documentation he would need and I knew it'd be in my best interest to have it ready (seeing as the market in Boston moves quite fast). As a result of my proactive measures, I was able to provide a deposit that afternoon. The lease was sent to me in a few days, signed, and now all we need are the keys when we arrive. I was looking for a pet-friendly unit for an August 1st start. As many people know, August 1st is not an ideal time to start a lease (as rentals are based on the academic calendar) and pet-friendly on top of that amplified the difficulty. Gilon's ability to work with me quickly and professionally afforded me the opportunity to get the apartment I really wanted. Success is when preparation meets opportunity. My preparation and the opportunity of a great place led to my own success. I recommend other potential renters consider adopting these principles as they too will lead to success. I myself am not in an ideal situation as I will be moving there for school with someone who (at the time of application) didn't have a job lined up just yet. If you know what you're doing, I'm sure realtors won't have a problem working with you and supporting you when dealing with landlords. read more

I never got the impression he was only out to make a buck (like most realtors) - he is genuinely passionate about his work and dedicated to his customers. He was very willing to work around our very busy schedule and was planning our nightly viewings (which went on for a couple of weeks) throughout the different towns in the area. Wow! My boyfriend and I had the best experience that we had with realtors! I was dreading to start apartment hunting, and was procrastinating since where my boyfriend and I live had no lease, so no need to get out immediately, but our apartment was expensive on a monthly basis. We looked on Craigslist and the apartments that we were interested were being shown by Centre Realty Group. We contacted Adam Taffell from Centre Realty Group. Adam was unbelievable! Within the minute I met him, I know it was going to be a good experience, and not stressful! His witty personality, assertiveness, and knowledge made this apartment hunting fun and not stressful!. Because of Adam, my boyfrend did find a beautiful apartment, and Addam finaized the deal after completing paerwork, phone calls, and check exchange. I, too, am surprised by the negative reviews of CRG. Granted, maybe the kind of experience you have is dependent on who you work with. My fiance and I worked with Adam, and we loved him. We're getting married and moving in together in April, so we were looking for an apartment during a much less common time of the year. We found an apartment on Craigslist that we were interested in, and Adam was who we contacted. He was quick to respond to my phone call and quick to set up a time to show us the place. While we were viewing the property, he answered all of our questions--even the ones we didn't think to ask. We loved the apartment, so a few days later we told Adam we'd take it. He promptly sent us all of the forms and made the entire process very easy and painless. He is always easy to get a hold of, and he's even a nice, fun guy. I always feel like realtors are schmoozing me, but Adam tells it like it is and seems to actually care about his clients. Long story short, I have no complaints about CRG. All I know about them is Adam, and I'm a fan. read more

JUDY SULLIVAN rocks! I was dead-set against using a realtor to find my next apartment. I knew I wanted to move back to Newton (Newtonville specifically) and limited my search to "by owner" rentals only. Unfortunately I was living near the NH border and it was nearly impossible to schedule consecutive apartment views. So I spent several days driving 45 min each way to spend 5 min looking a single by owner apartments -- this got ridiculous pretty quickly. After about the fifth day of ad hoc apartment viewing, I returned home and spied the perfect listing complete with photos. Only thing is that there was a realtor involved. I have NEVER used a realtor in 10 years of living in the Boston area but this place looked super-awesome so I decided to give it a shot. Judy got back to me right away and set up an appointment to show me that apartment the next morning. Within the span of about an hour we also looked at three other nearby properties, all of which were also very nice and in my price range. After seeing the first apartment I was pretty sure I wanted to put in an application but the opportunity to look at some other apartments really sealed the deal. I filled out an application for the first property at the end of the hour and HAPPILY handed her a realtor fee check -- she totally earned it. She got back to me that afternoon to let me know that she had been in contact with the landlady and the next day let me know that my application had been approved. This all happened over 1.5 years ago and I am still living in the same apartment and don't see myself moving anytime soon. Emily Schwartz of Centre Realty was not only the worst real estate agent I've ever met, but truly one of the worst people. We never met her in person and yet she made thousands of dollars off of us? Despite asking several times for showings. Our questions were never answered, and all business was done through her lackey Bryn (who, although very sweet, was also incompetent). Majority of us in the house were transgender, and despite being corrected several times Emily never used correct names or pronouns. She also never communicated with several of us, despite several calls and voicemails. I cannot discourage you enough from using this agency. Upon being confronted with her behavior, Emily GHOSTED us and never answered a call again. Luckily we were still able to live in our apartment, but we had several safety concerns that were never addressed. Emily Schwartz was so f@?!ing traumatizing that I may never move again in an effort to avoid dealing with her. She ONLY answered questions when she needed a payment to us, and both her and Bryn bailed on several appointments due to conflicts and "vacations". Completely unprofessional and appalling behavior, and we have full proof of everything because we were afraid that this was an elaborate scheme. Avoid at all costs. read more

Contacted Kathleen numerous times regarding rentals and never once got a response. Not only rude, but probably discrimination. But then, upon reading the reviews others have left here, I may have dodged a bullet. I would never contact, use or refer anyone to Kathleen Marotta or CRG. Just awful! read more

Nice realtor but terribly hard to get a hold of. Slow responses. All communication was initiated by myself. We were lucky if we heard back from him 3-5 days later after multiple attempts and/or rescheduling issues. The experience on the whole felt unprofessional, insecure and I don't think I would go back or recommend to anyone I know. Not worth the hefty deposit/application fees or the hassle of chasing around an aloof realtor. Moving is crappy enough already. 3/10 read more

They do a fine job - if they'll call you back. I've used Centre Realty twice to get an apartment - and I've tried to use them two additional times, with no luck. I've found that as a renter, you are considered small potatoes and passed off to the newest person, who will not bother to call/email you back if your price range isn't interesting to them or if they might have a house sale they can follow up on instead. The good luck I had with them was when we were apartment hunting in the "off season" (Oct-April) - then they can show you some lovely spots that you might not find otherwise. During the summer, beware. This most recent round, I've tried calling 3 different agents to show me a listing on their website, and all of them said they'd call me back, but none of them did. I found Kim Clark through a co-broke listing which ice since moved into. Kim was simply wonderful. Because I moved into a condo building, there were some last minute issues coming from the condo association, but Kim made a few calls immediately upon hearing and fixed everything. Since I've been here a week, I've heard from Kim several times just checking in and making sure that everything was going well. Kim wasn't even my realtor, but since my condo is owned by her client she treated me like I was her own client. And, next time I move, I will absolutely be her client. She's so kind, caring, and really goes above and beyond to help. She made what could have been a disastrous move in day easy. Definitely give her a call! read more

This company poaches listings. If you find an apartment with CRG, please look for the address on other websites. It is likely listed directly by the landlord who has NOT hired CRG and will NOT charge you a broker fee. My experience with CRG was terrible. There were issues with the payment that they would accept, with no regard as to what the landlord would accept. I was moving from out of state so this was truly terrible. The documents were not sent in an organized manner but spread over time and we were often given very little time to sign them. The lease was incorrect the first time we signed it and we were forced to sign it again. The only "service" they provided was to open the door to the apartment so that my friend could see the place. Otherwise, they played an annoying and erroneous middle man. When I complained to them, they got angry and wrote aggressive e-mails, trying especially to make me look bad to my landlord. read more
