The doctor and this whole check-in process thing are like they have constipation 24/7. They should eliminate making doctor appointments altogether and instead have people take a number based on their appointment order. Calculate your estimated waiting time and your distance from the clinic, add the travel time and a 5-minute heads-up, and have your phone ring when it's almost your turn, so you can travel to the clinic and arrive just a few minutes before the doctor is ready to see you. This would eliminate the huge crowds, long waits, and lack of parking. How can the CEO and doctors of this place not get fired for operating like a 4th-world country!? Treat people with no human rights--no water to wash your hands in the bathroom, plus a 1-2 hour wait long after your scheduled appointment, all while insurance costs keep getting higher. They don't deserve your insurance money. Skip this place!

Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. We got there 5 minutes after our appointment time and found the waiting room luckily with not that many people. We stood in the line to check in and we're attended to rather quickly and we're given the forms to update any necessary information. I'd say we waited about 10-15 minutes until they call my dad in.
