Linda Bernstein was my agent for my home purchase in Clairemont and she far exceeded all expectations.

Communication has been one of the biggest issues. Messages and concerns often go unanswered, and when responses are received, they can take weeks. Homeowners should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information or updates regarding concerns affecting their community. When I finally do get it, it's usually condescending. Yes. I have also found interactions with management to be less than helpful. On several occasions, I felt that legitimate homeowner concerns were dismissed rather than addressed in a professional and constructive manner. What is most concerning is the overall condition of the community. In my opinion, the neighborhood looks worse today than it did when I first moved in. There are ongoing issues with property maintenance, landscaping, common area appearance, and enforcement of community standards. These concerns have been raised repeatedly, yet meaningful improvements have been difficult to see. I have reviewed the Association's financial reports, and as a homeowner, I struggle to reconcile the level of spending with the condition of the community. Thank you Homeowners pay significant dues and deserve to see those investments reflected in the appearance, maintenance, safety, and overall quality of the neighborhood. There have also been long-standing concerns regarding speeding, stop-sign violations, security effectiveness, and unauthorized use of community amenities. While these issues have been discussed over time, communication regarding solutions and progress has been limited. I believe homeowners deserve responsive management, transparency, accountability, and a clear commitment to maintaining and improving the community. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.. they need to do better but I'm not sure they have the ability to do so and looking at the reviews on this page I don't think they seem to care

We interviewed three other potential agents and all were well qualified but Nancy's personality and market insight separated her from the others. She knew things about the marketplace that the other agents didn't giving us the extra edge in determining many facets of the listing process. As they say, it's in the details, the little print, those little subtleties that separate the best from the others. Nancy's very hands on, handling all her open houses so she can be there should a potential buyer be ready to submit an offer. She has a transaction team that's well versed in the sales process and is on top of all the pertinent deadlines and procedures. That frees up Nancy's time for marketing the property, handling showings and ultimately negotiating a bona fide offer and eventual closing. You won't go wrong having Nancy represent your interests. She'll be with you every step of the way. In this highly unconventional marketplace, having a well experienced agent is an understatement, it's required and Nancy Beck should at least be on your short list. If it's selling your property for top dollar or to negotiate a complex sales process full of obstacles, please remember the name, Nancy Beck.....you won't go wrong! Bryan Ohira
