When I called for an estimate, they picked up right away even though it was after hours. The owner, Lynette, went to the property the next day and e-mailed me a detailed estimate complete with pictures. This was a house that was a foreclosure so it needed a lot of work. They told me the job would be done in 3-5 days and they had it completed in two. I used them again when I needed a home ready for tenant move-in on Monday and I called Lotus on Friday. The house was spotless and they even changed all the light bulbs for and put in air fresheners at no charge. I'll definitely use them again for my vacant properties as well as recommend them to my buyers.

I emailed requesting OUTSIDE service and the next service date for the community and for my house to be addressed. I had to email 3 times to get a response - a photo was attached. I then was ignored for an additional 12 days to which I emailed AGAIN - which only got a response because I said I was withholding payment until they did their job. I still have not received a response on my request of a date the pest control would be onsite. They JUST submitted a work order yesterday for the issue - 16 days after initial contact. (Per my last review - we know how their work order system is doing) Paul has yet to respond to an email chain since April, nor has Yolanda.
