We have a right to end contract based upon the inflicted change and the belief that the addendum is illegal based on the Consumer Affairs Protection Act and the vague writings of their "code of contract." Thank goodness our renters notified us. They will not sign this and we completely agree with them. We would lose a responsible, good tenant based upon this unfair addendum. They are wanting to hold us responsible for the remaining fees to our property agreement. We have so much evidence of company neglect and failure to respond in emergencies. I am including this unlawful addendum for everyone to see. Do not accept this! Now we will move forward with a lawyer!

Pricing was $600 if no monument would be affected by the work and $2,000 if a new monument needed installation. For my project, a new monument was ultimately not needed. Lotus Property Preservation was recommended to me by a property manager that uses them for maintenance on an apartment complex.. When I called for an estimate, they picked up right away even though it was after hours. The owner, Lynette, went to the property the next day and e-mailed me a detailed estimate complete with pictures. This was a house that was a foreclosure so it needed a lot of work. They told me the job would be done in 3-5 days and they had it completed in two. I used them again when I needed a home ready for tenant move-in on Monday and I called Lotus on Friday. The house was spotless and they even changed all the light bulbs for and put in air fresheners at no charge. I'll definitely use them again for my vacant properties as well as recommend them to my buyers.

Communication has been one of the biggest issues. Messages and concerns often go unanswered, and when responses are received, they can take weeks. Homeowners should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information or updates regarding concerns affecting their community. When I finally do get it, it's usually condescending. Yes. I have also found interactions with management to be less than helpful. On several occasions, I felt that legitimate homeowner concerns were dismissed rather than addressed in a professional and constructive manner. What is most concerning is the overall condition of the community. In my opinion, the neighborhood looks worse today than it did when I first moved in. There are ongoing issues with property maintenance, landscaping, common area appearance, and enforcement of community standards. These concerns have been raised repeatedly, yet meaningful improvements have been difficult to see. I have reviewed the Association's financial reports, and as a homeowner, I struggle to reconcile the level of spending with the condition of the community. Thank you Homeowners pay significant dues and deserve to see those investments reflected in the appearance, maintenance, safety, and overall quality of the neighborhood. There have also been long-standing concerns regarding speeding, stop-sign violations, security effectiveness, and unauthorized use of community amenities. While these issues have been discussed over time, communication regarding solutions and progress has been limited. I believe homeowners deserve responsive management, transparency, accountability, and a clear commitment to maintaining and improving the community. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.. they need to do better but I'm not sure they have the ability to do so and looking at the reviews on this page I don't think they seem to care
