Terry is the new Manager of this establishment. I brought my car to get fixed. It was randomly shutting down on the road and not accelerating. I paid $3,500 for the same problem to persist. I brought the car back multiple times for the service and maintenance shop to fix other things that did not cure the issue of my car shutting down. Fast forward to present day after months of bringing the car back. Chevrolet's negligence caused the actual engine to get worst, the engine was not fixed which caused the other issues. Now I can't drive my car. Terry seeing the past process refused to pay me back my $3,500 for not solving the actual issue and would not remedy the issue worsened by his company's negligence. Service personnel tried their best to be helpful. Still, take your money and business to another place that value its customers. Won't spend my money here ever again. read more

Our "sales person" who was inexperienced and didn't say a word to us during the test drive sent over another guy to try to up-sale us on a brand new car that we didn't come there for. I will start by saying the saleswoman, Victoria was very great, got the car we needed and truly the only reason we didn't straight up leave this disgrace of a dealership. There were many red flags in the purchasing stage, once we decided on a car. Unfortunately the financing took over 3 hours- should have been 20 min max, but they tried to talk us into every warranty and insurance that they could and sort of intimidate you into one. Yet, proceed to make you sign a paper that you weren't "forced" to get one. Ha ... just wait To begin, the financing "management" refused to write anything down. It was all hearsay, come to find out it was all entirely incorrect once we went to sign on a loan. Normally dealers give you a pricing matrix with different loan terms and down payments. Felt very scammed by this to begin with, then they gaslight you as if the way they conduct business is normal. Not to mention they did FIVE hard credit inquires, most dealerships let you prequalify to avoid this major credit hit, but just wait- this was all for nothing. Also if you have anything less than an 850, GOODLUCK. I started out with an 842 on the first inquiry and by the time they were done it went down to 827, this is incredibly strange as I've bought multiple vehicles and never had this happen. We actually ended up getting my own financing from my personal credit union (which I should've done from the jump but never had a car dealer be this horrible). This dealership is an absolute nightmare and incredibly unprofessional, when the finance manager is complaining about how tragic his own finances and credit are, we should've left. As an added bonus they incorrectly submitted our financing and two weeks later we're blowing up our phones demanding we come back in to resign the paper work. I live over an hour and a half away, a little late for this kind of thing. This is what really sent me over the edge to get my own financing. Blessing in disguise because now we don't have to tolerate this place for the next 84 months and can go to a different dealership for any work. Once I let the financing manager know that I was getting my own financing through my credit union, and to remove all warranties (over $4500 ) he threw an absolute tantrum, told me I couldn't do that and that I had to agree to the same terms and purchase agreement. Yes, this is a grown adult man throwing a tantrum on a 25 year old woman. When we had to go hand deliver the check he was slamming things around on his desk, trying to talk us into a different contract, trying to GUILT us into financing with the original bank, we could see the pitiful desperation ... but atleast this big tantrum only took 15 minutes the second time! My advice is to go to any other dealership and avoid this obscene excuse for a business at all costs. I have a 2023 Lexus that I bought at Rohrich, go there instead and get a Toyota. They are a great dealership and don't try to scam or intimidate you into adding anything on. Also, secure your own financing. The century 3 Chevy had interest at over 10.5% for 84 months and Clearview credit union is 6.5% for 75 months, over $8000 in interest savings over the term of the loan. Do not get the extended warranty through the dealership, and certainly not this one, they are milking you for every dollar they can. Instead, credit unions offer their own warranties and gap insurance for thousands less. Chevys was $3250 for 80000 miles bumper to bumper, credit union was $2000 for 100000 miles and you don't have to go to the dealer you bought it from. Car was brought in for annual inspection, technician that serviced my vehicle removed the battery prior to running emission test which resulted in me being unable to get my stickers that day. Dealer stated I wasn't going to be charged for the inspection or emissions, wow a savings of $60 because my inspection is included yearly and has been as was included with my vehicle purchase. Wasted half my day off, then additional time contacting the dealership and Chevrolet attempting to get resolution, which was not acknowledged or made right. Now I am stuck driving an illegal vehicle trying to put the 150 miles on it required to be able to get the inspection, the only thing the dealership has done to try to make it right is tell me they will pick up the car and drop it off once I put 150 miles on it, which yes saves me from driving it out there and back, but honestly I am nervous about even doing that as the dealership doesn't seem to value it's customers or their time, who knows when my car will be returned if I let them take it. I have absolutely no trust in this dealership anymore which is a shame because my last 3 vehicles have been purchased here, but I am not even a mechanic and know that you don't remove the battery prior to running the emissions test, not sure what type of technicians/mechanics are employed at this location, but perhaps refresher trainings are in order. I work from home and barely drive my vehicle so putting 150 miles on it is very difficult and honestly I shouldn't have to waste my gas and risk being pulled over and ticketed due to the negligence of Century 3 Chevrolet, as I cannot afford to have to fight a ticket and waste more of my time off from work to do so. I will never bring my car back here once this inspection situation is resolved and despite being a loyal GM customer since the age of 16, will not be purchasing another GM affiliated vehicle ever again. I called them on 1-17-22 and spoke with Cody who is super nice in the am to test drive a used equinox and a used 2022 trailblazer for Tuesday 1-18-22 since we got 9 inches on snow Monday. I was really intrested in the 2022 trailblazer but wanted new but they did not have any new trailblazer or equinox but a test drive with a used one would help me decided between the 2. I called again 4:00 pm 1-17-22 to say please have vehicles cleared off from Snow and be ready to test drive. I arrived 9:15 am and first vehicle was a 2019 equiniox and Mitch D greeted me with a Pen's Beanie hat, He was nice but I had to wait 15 minutes for him to clear the Snow off the equinoix and than I had to re clear the front seats for some left over snow. He did try and sell me the used 2019 equinox ( sales 101,) but I told him I don't want someone else's problem's. They somehow could not find the 2022 trailblazer despite them saying it was there at 4 pm yesterday, and I arrived at 9:15 am after the Amway sales, RAH RAH rally meeting. I would say they could do better and it should have been a better experience. My personal issues were the following and the reason I walked out of the dealership something i have never done before and I bought 7 new vehicles and 4 used vehicles in my life so far. 1. Wearing a Beanie hat while sitting inside waiting for an UP. (Opportunity.) 2. Not clearing off the car before I arrived and having to wait 15 minutes. 3. Not having the 2022 used Trailblazer like I was told it was there, yesterday at 4 pm. 4. Trying to sell a a junk used car, in the equinox when I want New. 5. Telling me that ordering a 2022 equinox would take over a year when today on 1-20-22 two other dealers said 3- 6 months due to backlog and chip shortgage and employee shortgage ( normally 2 months.) 6. Took my girlfriend to buy a car and they tried to sell me a BMW. They won't tell you the price of the car or even try to negotiate. They wanted $5000 over blue book when I did the math on the offer. Then you agree to a payment with the salesman he comes back with $60 over what you want to pay, then you agree to $20 over what you wanted to pay so they come back with a $1 less then the original offer but now with a higher down payment! This place will make you want to pull your hair out. I took my car in for an inspection and oil change. It was confirmed by two people here (the cashiers and staff are very unprofessional) that they changed my oil. Well they didn't. Make sure to check that they changed it before you leave. I didn't realize they didn't do it until later on when I got a code pop up on my chevy spark screen saying my oil life is under 5%. This could've really damaged my vehicle. Also be sure to read each piece of paper they have you sign and listen to what they say. They speak fast and sneak stuff into what they are saying. They took advantage of me! I have a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 4 matic Sports Package They sold it to me for over $32,000, only had it for less than a year! Car had 49,000 miles, now has 51,200 miles. Car at purchase had a lowering kit and non factory wheels. They did not put wheel hub rings on the wheels, the car bottomed out and would run against the wheel wall under cover. They told me to take the car to get the hub rings at a place they arranged, I waited for the car to be serviced, they lied. No rings were installed. I have sense purchased new wheels and tires, New special custom shocks, now the car is safe to drive. I am selling it, it's a great buy. And will make a great car if you like Mercedes Benz. Probably the worst experience I've had at a car dealership. Salesman that did not listen to my request. Could not get the vehicle, a brand new one, started due to a dead battery and then could not get it jumped to start. After I left, one of the managers called me and started to chew me out for leaving. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stay away. Run away. My vehicle was done getting the spark plugs replaced and as I pulled around the corner one of the employees that took one of their vehicles in for a wash pulled out very quickly and rear ended me on the passenger side back door with my 2 yr old daughter in the back seat nobody got hurt thank god. 3-4 years ago I was recommending everyone to this Chevy dealership, but I won't anymore. Just leased a 2019 Equinox from here and everything about the experience was horrible. Now I know why the guys I use to work with from here left to work at other dealerships. I've always been loyal to chevy, but once this lease is up I will never go back there. Salesman was typical, their factory manager was also there giving "deals". Was treated like just another sale. My sales guy had to leave, so someone else helped us finish the deal. After 2 hours of waiting, they pulled a different car up than the one I test drove (my request, I wanted another color). I was RUSHED out of there, the guy told me "sorry, I wish I had time to go over the controls with you but we are trying to get out of here", because it was closing time. I got home and lifted the back cargo panel and there was someone's stuff in the car! There were scuff marks in the back inside and on the doors. It was DIRTY. Took it back and all they did was take the stuff out. Didn't offer to detail. Just said "sorry, it came from another dealership". So they don't look in a car before selling it?! I received a postcard that my car had recalls. I immediately called t a GM dealership that was closest to my office which was this company. I explained to them that I did not buy the vehicle there however they were closest to my work. They said no problem! Asked for my VIN inwhich they looked it up and said "Actually you have 5 recalls and we can get them all taken care of!". Fantastic! They set me up with an appointment for the following week. I then gave one of my coworkers 20 bucks to take the car there while I was at work in which he had another guy follow him. My Co-worker gets there and they call me to say that Century 3 Chevrolet said they can not work on it since i did not buy it there. I called the service department and asked them if they have me on the schedule. They say "yes". I said "Well why can't they fix it" Transferred..... hold hold hold. Boom someone else picks it up. I ask them do you see my appointment and again yes! I mentioned to them that they just told the guy who iI drop it off that they can't fix it. They confirm they sell and fix Cadillac's there but they can't fix mine. I asked them why would they schedule an appointment then and they said I don't know that's weird and sometimes it s a call center who does that. Truly sad how this place goes out of their way to lie and trick people to come in! I have bad credit and little to know income due to being a graduate student, however this is something I made known 100 times and understood the hassle it may cost to get a car (which they kept using to push me into a unrealistic vechical). I did my research by going on several sites (cargurus, carfax, and carsense) including the company site all of which stated they had a vehicle I desired which met all my requirements! So I clicked the interested button and the dealership contacted me fast inregards to this specific vehicle! I was then asked to go and fill out the pre-qualification check, which I did! I later got a call and was asked to come in and even better they was willing to work with me to get me the car I desire! I went in the next morning excited to see this pre-owned vechical ! The sales person did an official run of my credit and came back with a key but it turned out it wasn't the key to the car I inquired about or what brought me in. He stated that because my credit is bad with limited income the bank is only willing to let me get a new car (mine you I've heard this before and been down this rabbit hole). To make matters worst the car I desired from the start was missing an engine (you know the most important part to a car). I honestly should have left then but said hey my credit score already took the hit lets see where this goes! I went on a ride in a Cruz which I hate cars and was looking for an SUV and once we got back I told him it was no us I DON'T WANT A CAR! So that's the second time I said no and was proceeding to leave and was stopped! They then came back with a Chevy trex but once again okay I said lets see the numbers ....I didn't like the numbers said no thanks again and proceeded to leave. Now the sales people always make it seem like there doing you a favor also not true we know you guys work off commission! The sales person got the number down to a random number I threw out 450 monthly payment and I was truly amazed at how they really try to get you and lie that they can't do nothing more I went from 548 to 450 a month! Finally I said no thanks and was finally aloud to leave. Now keep in mind the finance guy comes out to show me what he believes are important numbers and I laughed because I'm a female they perceive I'm slow lol! On top of that I asked several times about the car I came in for and was told there's no engine, then asked when will they put it in ill wait, he then said honestly even if we do the bank will not finance it to you, I then said even if I bring in 1/2-3/4 the price tag next week, he then said I don't believe we are even going to sale it lol! Also I had a co-signer with not the best credit but great military income, any where to 2-4 thousands dollars to put down on a 7-8 thousand dollar car, and to top it all off I'm a reservist in the military as well and this was how they treated me! ALL OF WHICH THEY KNEW BEFORE STARTING THE PROCESS! And continued with the bait and switch method along with 100% BS and dishonesty! They say they are here to help and welcome all service members past and present but this is far from the case avoid at all cost! I use to work there and I sold my sister a used van it had bad brakes broken latch and the air conditioning didn't work they told me it was a good vehicle to sell her well they charged her to fix the brakes even though it had a brand new inspection sticker and I offered to pay to fix the air condition they took over 800 dollars out of my check and all they did was put a can of coolant in which cost 24 dollars at most! I quit right after that! I watched them rip person after person off! They are not a good dealership to buy a car from or work there! Went in today to speak to someone about possibly leasing a vehicle for my daughter and I also wanted to test drive a used vehicle for myself. It was next to impossible to get someone to come and help, as they stated they were short staffed. Eventually someone from the used car department came to assist me regarding the leasing of a vehicle . To say that the salesman was uninformed and out of his element was an understatement. The salesman was unable to answer basic questions and would disappear for long periods of time in between questions. As of 2/5/19 I have not had any response back from this dealership about the issues that still remain with my car. 1/4/19- Scheduled an appointment to replace brake light, turn signal light and Tire Pressure Indicator (TPI) that was malfunctioning and not reading. At the appointment, parts were replaced and issues were fixed and I was "All set" The TPI issue reoccurred the following week and 2nd visit was scheduled. 1/18/19- At the 2nd appointment it was decided that the replacement parts were not "learned" correctly and the system was reset. The TPI light was not longer flashing and again I was "All set" Following week the TPI lights all turned off (all 4 tires now not reading) and then the check engine light has now turned on. A 3rd appointment was made. 1/28/19- At the 3rd appointment it was determined that 2 additional TPI parts needed to be replace and an additional charge for parts concerning the check engine light. The following week the TPI lights are still malfunctioning. I immediately followed up with the Contact Us Link on the website to explain the issue. I left a message with the service department the same day as the email. I again left a voicemail at the dealership with my contact information and the reoccurring issue. I do not trust this dealership to fix this issue, but I have paid for all these repairs already so I guess I am the one out of luck. They have not reached out to address the car issues or the sub-par service I felt I've received and every time I visit the website a salesman feels the need to reach out and sell me a car. read more

I had a very nice young salesman named Brandon help me today as I was shopping for a Chevy Equinox or Traverse. He was helpful and well-informed. Things spun out, however, when his manager Bob became incensed when i wanted more time to deliberate on a $30k cash purchase. When I said that I know that he wanted me to feel that I had to buy right now to get a "deal", I knew that I didn't. He loudly said more than once, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY A CAR HERE." This place is a joke. Once they have your sale they don't care about you. I have tried for over a month now to trade in a trax that I got for Valentine's Day. The car sucks. So after a month of trying to get someone to help us ,including the manager Bob Fox, they try telling us the car payment would be double for a car that cost only a few thousand more. They don't care they just want to rip you off and send you on your way. In fact, we are still waiting for a call back and have been for over a week. I will never buy a car here again. read more

Century 3 service was great we arrived 15 min late still took our truck right in and inspected it and washed it and was ready to drive out in 90 minutes .Now the sales dept is a real JOKE I wanted to see my salesman and they said he left the dealership and I asked to speak to the sales Mgr that sold us the truck and he went to work across the street at the Kia dealer then they told me they fired all the sales people and are starting new under new mgmt what's up with that every time you go there the a lesson people are different will never buy there again read more
