    Exceptional Woman and Top-Notch Movie!
    Vilma S.

Came here with a friend to watch the movie, Cabrini and the premiere happened on International Women's Day. This is based on the real life of Mother Cabrini, the first U.S. citizen to be canonized a saint by the Catholic Church, on July 7, 1946. What an amazingly strong woman that accomplished so much in helping people all around the world-even though she was small and weak as a child and remained in delicate health throughout her life. To me this is a must see movie that showcases how just one individual can accomplish so much with sheer tenacity and a will to give to others! Colorado also has a Mother Cabrini Shrine located in the foothills of Golden, close to the Buffalo Bill Museum.

Movie time! We wanted to watch Bullet Train and they have matinee prices so we headed over. Plenty of parking. We were so early. Not many people in the theatre. The associates in the theatre were friendly and welcoming. Lots of previews and advertisements before the movie started. The reclining seats were comfy. And the aisles wide and the back wall separating the rows high. Made it more private. We didn't realize the seats could recline so much that it felt like we were almost laying down. It was nice. And the seat warmer was nice too. Has two temp levels. It got pretty warm on my lower back. It was a comfortable experience. Easy to order food through the app. Restrooms clean and smelled good. I do like this theatre. We will be back.

The 1st theater I've watched a movie at in Denver, Colorado. It has the recliner seats, which I like. And they also have a button on the chair to heat the seat too. Very comfortable seats. And because the movie was full, I sat the 2nd row from the back and still had a great view!

Decent. But lately idk ... where are the snack and No free refills ?! This is my go to because free tickets and it's been pretty low key despite what the locals say !

I used to love this theater and go here often. Even joined their movie club. However ever since COVID it's going downhill. Only open on the weekends, kettle corn is broken and has been for weeks. The management really doesn't care about customers and if you ask questions they just shrug. I had my backpack with after work and they wouldn't let me in with it. I offered they could look in it, but they refused and told me I had to leave it or couldn't go to the movie. I didn't want to leave my computer in my car in this area. I don't want it stolen. I've brought my backpack in other theaters, they just look in it and don't have a problem. If going to a Cinemark theater, I'd suggest Belmar Cinemark . It's much cleaner, has kettle corn and also is open 7 days a week. Sadly, I doubt I will be returning to Aurora Cinemark.

This was my first time at this theater and I am quite impressed. The movie theaters were clean, the luxury loungers were comfy and they have a heating option! My friend actually fell asleep because he was so comfortable. The concessions stand was a little different as you had the option to grab the popcorn, nachos and drink yourself. But it was well organized and quick. Definitely, will be coming back.

It has been a long while since I've gone to this movie theater, they have done a huge renovation and the staff are super nice. Considering what this theater has gone through, happy to see the the business is doing well. They have a seating area for chaperoning parentals, big kudos!

One of the…read morethings that made this place feel special was being able to press the button at your seat to order food and drinks. It added to the whole experience, and it's disappointing that they got rid of it. The food has also taken a huge step backward. I can't think of a single menu item that still tastes good, and whenever I do eat here, I end up with a stomachache afterward. The theater itself is starting to show its age too. The screen feels small compared to other theaters, and many of the seats are cracked and worn. The worst experience, though, was when my partner and I came to watch a movie and there was a mouse running around on and between our seats. We immediately went to management, explained what happened, and requested a refund. They refused, saying there was nothing they could do. That response was honestly more upsetting than seeing the mouse itself. As someone who came here often and is even a Magical Movie Rewards member, I expected much better customer service. That experience completely changed my opinion of this theater. I haven't been back since, and I can't recommend it to others. If management isn't willing to address cleanliness issues or take care of loyal customers, there are much better theaters to spend your money at.

The other "IMAX" theaters around town use a digital laser projector which is bright, but only has 20% of the resolution of the film system and a cropped aspect ratio. There is also a dual-laser system that at least supports the taller aspect ratio of 70mm. Trying to figure out which theater has which system is difficult, but--trust me--this is the only 70mm auditorium in Colorado, outside of Colorado Springs. The theater complex was built in 1999 and is really in need of a comprehensive remodel. It's very dated, particularly the seating. Concessions are pretty basic. The 70mm projector failed a few days into the release of The Odyssey (July 2026) and caused an uproar as Regal did a poor job of notifying customers about the problem. I read in the media that the projector had been fixed, so we booked tickets. We had a mostly smooth experience. Although we arrived early for our showing at 11:20 a.m., we only found a few spaces left on the top level of the parking garage. Parking is definitely a problem here if there's a major film event. I'd suggest anything but driving. There is a very convenient light rail/bus station directly adjacent to the Colorado Center complex. Our tickets were scanned and we zipped up the escalator to the main lobby on the second floor. Concessions were moderately busy, but the line kept moving. The seats in the big IMAX auditorium certainly don't meet the standard for modern movie theater seating, particularly for such a premium experience. There would be a space issue with fancier seats, though, as the auditorium is narrow (IMAX is best viewed straight-on). Our seats were a bit to the side in the fifth row. I thought the viewing experience was great. The seats were not uncomfortable. What annoyed me was that the vinyl floor in the seating area was very sticky. Apparently mopping at the end of the day has gone out of style. Anyway, the popcorn tasted fresh and the projection quality was superb--that's the most important thing. We enjoyed the movie.

Not only is it small, dirty, and broken down, but the customer service is just terrible as well. The first time we went we decided to buy tickets to a PG-13 movie. The woman selling the tickets began to ask how old the children were and explained that a PG-13 movie wasn't appropriate. That's really a judgement call for a parent and I don't really need the ticket seller to weigh in on such matters. We had already seen the movie and decided it was fine for the kids. She didn't just state her opinion, but went on and on about it, even going so far as to state that she couldn't be responsible for selling PG 13 tickets to us. The next time we returned, we asked for four tickets to the movie. Not kid tickets, not adult tickets, just four tickets. Apparently, we were sold two kids tickets and two adult tickets. At that point, no one asked us the age of the children or anything like that. After buying refreshments we waited in a long line to have our tickets taken and enter the theater. One we got to the front of the line, the ticket taker, who happens to be the same lady who bothered us with her behavior the first time we came, she began to ask my partner's oldest girl her age. I was confused at this point because we were coming in to see a PG movie. She then told us that she was too old to have a children's ticket and we needed to go all the way back to the box office line and get her an adult ticket. At this point I refused, stating that we did not ask for any children's tickets, and had no idea about any age cut offs for said tickets which we didn't even know we were getting. There was no way we were going back to the first line. She runs off to get her manager. Then comes back and lets us in without a word. We have never bothered to go back, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I have never given such a low review to any place in my life. Stay away!!!!

Some of the toddlers were especially excited to see The World's Largest Dinosaurs exhibit (a separate ticket is required), which explores the biology and amazing anatomy of sauropods, the largest land animals ever to walk the Earth. We also enjoyed Discovering Teen Rex, which featured interactive exhibits for the kids. The fossil preparation lab was on display as well, showcasing Triceratops and Edmontosaurus fossils along with the tools used by paleontologists. Both exhibits were listed as temporary. The biggest surprise was the Wildlife Halls on the second and third floors. These 90-plus wildlife and habitat dioramas are beautifully detailed, many featuring enormous and exotic animals within realistic ecosystem settings. Everyone was impressed by how clean and vibrant they looked, especially compared to the classic dioramas at the American Museum of Natural History, which we still greatly enjoy. The Discovery Zone on the second floor was the biggest hit with the children. Designed for kids up to age eight, it offers a variety of hands-on exhibits. From uncovering buried bones in the sand to designing custom bug badges and experimenting with the force of moving water, it was difficult to pull the kids away. Outside the museum, there are additional attractions including animal statues, a playground, and a splash fountain. The museum is located within the expansive Central Park area, providing plenty of room to explore before or after your visit. We found the Denver Museum of Nature & Science to be well worth the visit and highly recommend it for adults and children of all ages.
