Absolutely terrible service. I went to this place to get tuneup for my car. I explain to him clearly this is for my daughter. I want her to be safe and I want all the fluids to be changed. Today I ran into the problem I found out there was not a single fluid this place changed on my car,, they just lied to me.all the job that did was worth nothing and they charge extraordinary price for that. they didn't even check the air filter or the AC filter, which is basic for tuneup. Honestly, I don't even remember what the major repair was that I needed this summer (forgive me, I have been on auto-pilot for a while now) but they were the cheapest option. Oh, that's right. I think it was the water pump. In my older model Lexus RX. Anyway, when I left and drove about 20 miles the engine started shaking. Holy $hit, I was thinking! Luckily I made it back, he tightened up the spark plugs and actually replaced a few small items for me for free. Though that stressed me the-F out, it was nice to have it be one little fix and then a little icing on the cake. I can say I trust them!! I appreciated the manager (owners?) personable nature and how friendly he was. Customer service is so important to me! I've only had good experiences. Usually it doesn't take them any longer than a day to resolve my issue. I gave them my car at 4 pm with a few different issues and they called me at 4 the next day to explain what was causing it and how much it was going to cost. Finished everything by 5 for a good price. Was even nice enough to let me leave my car there overnight so I didn't have to drive far out the next morning again. read more

Came here for an inspection for my vehicle... my timing belt was a little wonky. I knew that. They couldn't give me the inspection. But they offered to fix the vehicle and THEN pass the inspection. Fair... I went home and did some research on issue my car had. These guys had offered to fix my car for $1k LESS!!!! Than everyone else!!!! And they did it!!! My husband just had the oil changed and the mechanic really knew how to change,what oil to use,& how much. Went great. Good people,great business when it comes to knowledgeable workmanship. And believe me I called around to about 20 other places that do oil changes,& more than half couldn't even tell me from jump how much oil our motor used. This mechanic did. I'm very attentive to any service that I have to pay for,so it better be on target the first time. This business is straight up& professional. Oh,& our motor is a Mercedes,takes 8 1/2 qts. Last place that changed my oil didn't know that. Tried to change our oil out of a barrel of oil they use for every other motor. Then,they put too much,& our oil light came on. read more

I was there within 45 min of my call, and they did not disappoint !! Very friendly, fast, courteous, easy to talk to... I was there less than 30 minutes, inspection paperwork in hand to register my car. I will be making an appointment soon to have a tune up done. I went there for the oil change 4 months ago, and the guy broke the engine oil tank by kept tightening the screw in the wrong direction, but he didn't tell me. He covered it by silicon (to stop the leaking). He should've let me know about this problem, but he didn't! I hadn't known about it until I brought my car to Sears Auto Parts to do the oil change yesterday. They called me to come to the garage and showed me this problem. I was surprise because my car has never had this problem before. So I brought my vehicle to Century Automotive Repair and told the owner about this problem. He did agree to fix it and do the oil change for free (because when he fix it, he needs to let oil come out), and asked me to leave the car until the next day. :::::::Today I came there to pick my car, the owner told me that I have to pay $40 for the fixing AND the oil change which are said by him that he would do them for free yesterday! I was surprised that he didn't ask me about accepting to pay for the fixing fee and how much does it cost before fixing my car!. I had no idea with his responsibility and I had to go to school so I did upset-ly pay $40 for the nonsense fee. I was really angry and regret because of bringing my car to his business yesterday and in February. ::::::I won't recommend this business to anyone! read more
