We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. My complaint with these guys is not their product, it's their very poor customer care. After they got my deposit I was pretty much ignored by Jesus and the office. After the blinds were installed I wanted to add 2 motors to my blinds and wanted an additional blind for our office. I emailed Barry and Jesus and have gotten crickets. I also called their 888 number and spoke with Javier, who told me to contact Jesus. When I told him Jesus and Barry have been unresponsive he said he would have someone call me back. ... guess I'll see if anyone does????? ‍
