It wasn't level, it rubbed, and there were other issues. I asked Blackrock to come assess the issues so I could go back to the contractor and have him repair the door. Blackrock did the repair. It was such a terrible installation, it never fit the tub correctly, and when they came over to try to fix it he did a real poor job to repair it. All he did was lift one end of the top bar an inch in the air and somehow stuck it in there so it would stay that way. After installation, the thing leaked like crazy on my bathroom floor because the bottom of the shower door was way too high for the opening between the tub and the glass, instead of a frameless shower door, he had to glue metal strips along the tub to keep it from draining all over the floor. He also made a slight bit of damage on my bathroom tile counter. Their doors are great, but beware of the installation service provided.

Luckily the owners were very kind and referred us here and covered the glass and tint we had installed. We had them come out to measure,placed the order, gave a deposit and two weeks later glass arrived. We got lucky as they had an opening today. The installer was great! He called to let us know he was running late and arrived at the given time. He was quick, and professional. So glad everything worked out perfect.

They had a small glitch in the morning, my service went to the delivery of his new baby. I would still be seen that day, but the tech would call when he was on his was. Christian got there in the early afternoon and went straight to work. The door was in such poor condition he thought I was going to need a new one. But he took some time, made some adjustments, and fixed everything wrong with the door.
