I honestly can't speak highly enough about this place. I went to Century to get a relatively small number of t-shirts printed. Karen was extraordinarily helpful in walking me through every step of the process and ensuring that I was able to find just the right t-shirts and print colors. I then worked with Ruby to get the designs printed and she was extremely accommodating with a close attention to detail and commitment to quality. Again, considering how small my order was, I was amazed at how much time and consideration everyone put into helping me. Reviewing a company is not something I typically do however, Century Graphics exceeded my expectations on their customer service and quality of the products I ordered. I had a last minute idea to order promotional products for a trade show I attended last week, back East. Already rushing around, I called Century Graphics who promptly helped me find the products I envisioned, gave suggestions outside of my printing design idea (which I went with), and shipped my order right to my hotel. It was honestly the easiest, most efficient experience. I did call around for other quotes from other companies and not one could come close to Century Graphics pricing. A couple of quotes from the calls were, "There is no way we could come close to that price!" and "It would be impossible to get that to you in such a short amount of time." I had a crazy project with art that was drawn by 3rd graders and all the little bits of art that each child had done, had to be combined into one design - with a big title and some kind of look to tie it all together. Well, I heard good things about CG so I talked to my group and we tried them out ( and the prices were really competitive.) I came in and talked to their graphics dept. They got all the art, and the info and what was supposed to be done and the deadline - like 1 week, and they put it all together and emailed me. Lisa and Ruby were really great to work with and with a few changes in the art ( we had more kids added at the last minute - so it was all on us) - we approved our great design and the shirts were printed and ready on time on Friday. In time for out big event on Saturday. Oh and I forgot to ad - this was a 2 color job on colored tees - with Adults and youth sizes -- everything came out perfect, all the sizes, all the printing. The boxes were clearly marked as to what was in it - so getting it all sorted out for the group was easier than I thought it was going to be. We also ordered flyers ( frisbees) and sports bottles for a later event and those were shipped to us - so convenient. They really know their stuff. I highly recommend this company!!!! CH read more

Love, love, LOVE this place! I have used them a few times on different projects for my business apparel (shirts, hoodies, aprons), and most recently they SAVED me on a project for my kid's school. At the last minute I came to them with a complicated order that required multiple design changes and touch-ups on fine-lined kids illustrations. They had less than 5 days to order these special tie-dyed shirts, make the artwork print-ready, go back and forth with me on design adjustments, and print them out and box them up. I passed out these shirts/hoodies to the kids literally still hot off the press! I worked with Evelyn and Lisa and they were wonderful and made everything easy and efficient. I had initially called them with a slight twinge of desperation to my voice on the off-chance they could pull off this order, and I'm so glad I did! They weren't phased in the least bit and worked with me on the limited school budget. I get stopped at school asking about these great shirts, and now all the parents want one for themselves. I was extremely happy and relieved to discover Century Graphics when I first started my doggie-shirt business as I wanted to have a "go-to" company that I could deal with on a long-term basis. I was ideally looking for a company that had a) reasonable prices, b) high-quality silk-screening that would last and c) customer service that was friendly and patient as I was new to the business. I didn't think I could possibly get all three, but amazingly, Century had it. I have mostly worked with Karen who is incredibly helpful, friendly, down-to-earth, and extremely customer-service oriented. I have dealt only very briefly with a few of the other employees but they seemed excellent as well.
