This is probably my favorite studio in the metroplex... I am SO thankful they are on classpass! I usually come to TruFusion when I need a serious detox (ie, the day after I ate pizza, lol). I take the hot classes... the hot boot camp is not for the faint of heart but my goodness I feel incredible after I sweat in that class! My favorite class, though, is hot barre. I prefer to do more strength exercises in the heat than cardio, and hot barre does it for me. You get such an incredible sweat and feel like a million bucks afterward. Your first free class will cost you money whether it ends up with you contracting a STAPH INFECTION AND OR TOENAIL FUNGUS AND dealing with the worst managing partner EVER Danae Skiba. She use to be at the Trufusion Houston location and brought her garbage toxicity with her. Go to that Yelp page and check out those reviews. You'll be fighting to get your autopay back when she won't refund your money. They wouldn't return my phone calls and then when Danae left a VM, she told me to never return to the studio that I made her staff uncomfortable. LAUGHABLE. And please don't put yourself in a situation where major HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS are lingering waiting to disrupt your health in the way a STAPH INFECTION does. All the phenomenal instructors left the studio because they are being treated with the utmost disrespect. Review coming from a long distance/ marathon runner and weightlifter, so take that into consideration. I decided to try something new and saw this location has a bootcamp class, so Registered for it. The location is BEAUTIFUL! very upscale, modern, cool, clean! Top notch for sure. The class was packed! We were instructed to get different equipment. The instructor was excited, energetic, and motivating! The music was good, and loud. My issue with everything was that it was a "sweat" Class so the temperature was at 92, cool, I'm ok with that, i take plenty of bikram/hot yoga classes. But what i found myself doing was using my smaller weights to do the exercise to prevent me from passing out. Lol. I wanted to use heavy weights but couldn't. There were a few times where i was like " Yeah, you are about to pass out". The other issue i had was, because it was so hot, i was sweating hardcore, that it made it hard to even lift the weights because it became slippery. I was trying really hard to keep them in my hands but they slipped out many times. I understand that the heat is for cardiovascular health, which was fine. Overall, i don't think i got a good workout for me personally. I decreased my weight usage and felt like I was sweating from the heat not from the actual exercise. I will stick to running at white rock lake and lifting weights at my home gym. read more

They have a large variety in classes, and the instructors are perfectly fine for the most part. The only experience I had that was less positive was the pilates class. I participated in a yelp elite event here and got to try out the hip hop yoga class with instructor Allison! I really enjoyed this class as it combined the principal of flow yoga but with a more Pilates feel? I think that's probably the best way to describe it. I've practiced yoga several times before, and I still had trouble following along with what we were doing at times... I would look around the room and see the majority not having moved to the next position etc too, so I think this was a common feeling among the class. I still absolutely loved the class and would go again, didn't make me feel like a star deduction either. Please note, this class is set in a room 85-90 degrees, so plan your clothing choices accordingly. As for the studio, it's wonderful and has great amenities. Showers and essentially everything you'd need to prepare after a class. Free lockers are available for use, just set your own code and go. And the different types of classes are in their own hallways. read more

Love TruFusion! One thing I like is the variety of options they provide for their members, from HIIT to Yoga to cycling. I don't think I've ever worked out as hard as I did at TruFusion. They truly challenge you to push yourself. One of my favorite classes is Barefoot bootcamp (95 degree 45% humidity room) and for a more mellow, but still challenging, atmosphere, Power Vinyasa (85 degrees no humidity). First class is free, so I strongly suggest these two classes. Another plus is their bathrooom hahah. They have many spacious, clean lockers (that are user friendly) and showers too. There's also an area where you can freshen up (portable fan, dry shampoo, pony tails, makeup removers, etc.). Tip: you have to bring your own mat. They provide towels for members. And there's a place to fill your water bottles. Also, a suggestion for TruFusion is to provide members with a way to clean their yoga mats after working out. :) read more

I'm so impressed with TruFusion! This studio has an incredible variety of class options, including cycling, yoga, Pilates, and circuit training. The facilities are so clean and have a sleek modern design. They offer heated pilates and a hot yoga room as well. I took the heated Pilates class and WOW what a work out! It was my first Pilates class ever, but Colleen did a great job explaining all the moves and pumping us up. I don't think I've ever sweat that much before! Big fat NO. I was turned away from the class I signed up for because I was 4 minutes late. I came straight from work (I work nights in the ER) and scheduled the only class that worked for me. They acted like I was insane when I asked why I couldn't go in at 7:19. I understand when places have policies in place but this one was not listed (and is very strict compared to every other boutique fitness studios I have been to) and the staff was extremely rude about it. I would have brushed it off as a loss and not bothered to review had the staff just been kind. Do not recommend, there are thousands of better options in Dallas. read more

I came here this morning on a complimentary pass. I took the spinning class with Clayton. It was a great class. He was very friendly and helped me set up my bike as I had only taken spinning once before. Great music selection and he had high energy throughout the class. The girl at the front desk, Lexi, was very kind and knowledgeable of the membership options and gave me a nice tour of the studio. It was so clean and a very welcoming environment, which I feel in Fitness is very important. I'll definitely be back and will be purchasing a membership soon. read more

I am only rating one particular class. The 9:30 Pilates class on Friday is a sick joke. Think the instructor probably took a bump of coke before because she was bouncing off the walls and not in a good way. Workouts were all over the place and she bumped around so much you never had a chance to feel any burn. I even started laughing at one point it was so dumb. Punching the floor while running in place? Looked like a damn ape. I really like their Pilates, barefoot bootcamp, barre and HIIT classes but this particular instructor was an absolute no go. Never again. Warning against it. read more

This place literally sucks. I was there at 6:05 and they would not let me in the class. When you work all day and have one hour to work out and then get denied after driving 35 minutes as quickly as possible in rush hour that is ridiculous. Give some grace when I got there as quickly as humanly possible. Not to mention one of the instructors never even showed up to a class cause she was stuck in traffic but that's okay. NOT worth the money and NOT good staffing. Extremely disappointing because the instructors are awesome and I always look forward to the work out. But the business itself is no good, hire better staff and learn when to cut someone a break when I was in the parking lot at 6:03 running to the door. read more

So, I've been meaning to try this place out for MONTHS upon others' recommendations and finally decided to give it a shot and got a 30-day unlimited class pass. I'm so glad I did! I've tried the hot yoga and cycle class which were both really great. The hot yoga room gets up to 102 degrees and they have a second yoga room, as well, which is very nice and welcoming. The instructors are all super nice and the amenities are top-notch. I'm a class person when I go to the gym so the way it's set up is great 'cuz you can get in and out quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're on the fence. read more

TruFusion is definitely a studio to try. I did the Hot Pilates class and it was definitely a workout, but very fun! The instructor was great and motivating. The studio is really nice and they have a wide variety of classes. The style is very hip and retro. I signed up to do the $30 for 30 days so I can try more classes and see if a membership would be good for me. I love that they have that option so you can get a feel for it. I also love how they have the healthy food options available for post workout just in case you're too tired to go home and cook. Definitely would recommend trying them out! read more

First class was today and it was amazing! The teachers are very good (Lisa) and the staff was so patient. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into signing up for a membership like I have felt at other places. I am a consultant and travel around the country for work and I need flexibility. Brian and Jimmie took the time to explain every option that would work best for me and that is rare. You feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in the door and everyone is smiling! The studio is spotless and gorgeous! If you are on the fence about TruFusion, come check it out, it's worth it! I'm very passionate about fitness and health so I'm excited to share my review of my experience with Trufusion thus far. I also can't deny that I am a huge fan of Trufusion so prepare for a lengthy review. I used to do Classpass because I wasn't sure what kind of workouts worked for me and was able to try different workouts throughout the week but I realized I personally needed a bit more consistency with my workouts without limiting the number of times I worked out due to my credit amount. However, at Trufusion, I get the best of both worlds - all the classes I want to take under one roof with the ability to take HIIT, Bootcamp, TRX, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing and Spin classes. With that being said, my favorite classes are HIITribe and Barefoot Bootcamp. During the HIIT class, there are 6 stations you rotate between, each 5 minutes long. I've done functional HIIT training but something about HIITribe I burn over 500-600 calories each class which is a lot for me. As for the Barefoot Bootcamp class, it's heated which gives you the outdoor sweaty feel without having to workout outside (which I personally can't do). I love a good sweat sesh and can count on both of these classes to sweat all my toxins out. I also love Trufusion's concept of having basically five studios under one roof. It allowed me to try spin for the first time and hot yoga which both were also amazing workouts. Trufusion promotes members to go out of your comfort zone and try different classes. You can even do back to back if your schedule (and your body) permits with the many different times to choose from. One big tip, the classes are first come first serve so there is no cancellation fee or a late fee if Dallas traffic holds you back. I do recommend coming in early if you're set on working out a specific class but if you end up coming in late they'll have another class either 15-30min after start time so you're not completely missing out. Overall, I recommend Trufusion. From the trainers, the workouts, nice and clean environment and unlimited flexibility, I can't even compare this to anything Dallas has to offer. Your first class is free so if you're still unsure, just try a class and see for yourself. read more

When I moved to Dallas I was looking for a hot yoga studio. What I found is Tru Fusion, which is a whole lot more! Not only is this gym CLEAN, but everyone from the staff and instructors to the other members is very friendly. This gym is constantly adding new instructors and class times based on feedback. And I particularly enjoy it when they do theme classes, like "Beyonce Bare", which makes the classes extra fun. With many of the classes being heated, they definitely cater more towards the 20-something crowd. However, you can always find a variety of ages, body types, and genders sweating it out. I take at least 4 classes a week that range from yoga to bare to kettlebell strength classes. I highly recommend everyone give it a try! read more

Do not go here!!! Especially, don't get a membership! I'm not one to write Yelp reviews but WOW. My experience with the employees was nothing shy of AWFUL. I loved the classes I did and all of the instructors were great, but the employees were terrible and they have the worst customer service. Don't show up on time to your class-- if you show up ON TIME they won't let you in the doors. Show up at least 15 minutes early. I learned this the hard way when I drove 30 minutes to my class at 7:15am, arrived right at 7:15 and the man at the front said I was not allowed in. I left furious, but even more mad because he said "I'll make sure not to charge you a no-show fee" That was the first time I had heard of any no show/late fees since I became a member 30 days before. Not one person ever told me. No show fees were $30 and late fees (even if one minute late were $15) I have tried talking to someone to cancel and no one will reply. They keep charging me and when I call to talk to a manager, whoever answers the phone says they are in a meeting.... EVERY-TIME. Ridiculous. Save your time and money and go elsewhere....it is not worth it. read more

I honestly had no expectations this evening other than to breath and move on my yoga mat.. And HOLY $#!T, let's just say that I got a more than I bargained for! For starters, I appreciated the quick check-in and tour even though my @$s was running behind just 1-2 minutes before class was supposed to start! But I enjoyed their mindfulness and timing in keeping it short and sweet, with no high pressure sales to buy into a membership right away. Instead it felt like a warm welcome, and I was even more surprised to learn about their complimentary pass for first time visits!! Secondly, 5:45pm on a Tuesday Evening with Kayo Setnan TOTALLY ROCKED. I honestly got my @$s handed back to me this evening, and am literally laying in my bed as we speak still hurting as I type and put together this stupid review.. It's been quite some time that I've felt challenged in my own asana practice, and TONIGHT Kayo pushed me to the edge as I struggled at times to catch my 2nd wind and breath.. I literally wanted to tap out at times but she wouldn't let me with her voice of reason and constant encouraging words. And lastly, it was such a treat to finish that workout with their beautiful washroom which had a spa like ambiance. There's nothing I appreciate more than being able to walk into a washroom that was clean, and smelt amazing like a zen den.. I spent a good few minutes showering off and their complimentary body wash was pure bliss for me. I almost forgot where I was literally as I was caught in a trance by the fresh aroma from their body wash. This is a nice facility with several classes offered including cycling, boxing, TRX, kettlebell, yoga and Pilates. They are known for heated classes. I like the variety. The drawback is that classes can be quite large, over 30 on average days and there would only be one instructor. Therefore if you are not well-versed in your form then you're screwed because often time there is no one there to correct you. I've taken four different classes and I'm cancelling. Also if you show up and classes are full, you'll have to wait for another class because you cannot sign up ahead of time. I've sent my feedback to the instructor lead and I have yet to hear back. read more
