I made changes and additions and he was very patient with all of them. The facility is always super clean and well lit. It is very secure with multiple checkpoints to get to your unit which I love. All paperwork was complete and pricing agreed upon but when I went to moved into the site the people there tried to change the monthly rental cost. Good I had copies of the emails from Corporate. Got it straightened out but it was a hassle. Flash forward 4 months and I received a postcard (mass mailing type of thing) from Corporate jacking the rate up $90 a month. Rental went from $125 to $210. Ridiculous!!

Than we found out that the cameras were not working. And 2 months ago they jacked up their price almost $40 a month on us stating the greater cost of electricity and upkeep. Funny how an outside unit that does not have electricity. Than they also said that we were not paying the going rate for the unit. No warning or letter was given. I was just told when I went in to pay that month that the rate was increased. I did get a letter a month later though.
