Everything about them--the customer service, the website, the login process, the setup process, the cancellation process--just sucks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's like they go out of their way to make every interaction as painful as possible. Setting it up was a nightmare, and expensive too--around $140 just to get started. I figured, okay, fine, that's the cost of doing business. Within a year, my bill went up three times. I said, okay, fine, maybe that's just how it is. But now? Now they're just making up fees out of nowhere. I got an email last month saying my modem lease fee is increasing to $17 starting March 7, 2025. Why? Who knows. It's the same modem I've been using since day one. If anything, it's old and should be getting cheaper, not more expensive. Then another email comes through talking about some "Facility Relocation Cost" fee coming soon. Relocation? Who moved? Not me! Why am I paying for that? Right now, I'm paying $81 a month for the same basic internet that started at $70. I don't game, I don't stream heavy content, I don't download huge files. Just regular internet usage, and yet my bill keeps creeping up for absolutely no reason. I swear, ISPs are the biggest scam in existence. If I had any other decent options, I'd be gone yesterday. I help my brother with all his bills, I am his POA and payee. We tried to set up service with CenturyLink in Sept 2025. They told us that someone had to be there from 8am-5pm, so my husband waited for them all day. I showed up about 4:45 PM, and he said nobody ever showed up. We checked the phone line and it didn't work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We called CenturyLink right away before they closed, and sat on the phone with them for about 2 hours between different departments. They never resolved our issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We told them that the phone line was not working. I told them that it might be a faulty phone jack, and they told us to call back the next day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told them that I would not be able to call back the next day because I have work and school. My brother had no phone, so he had no way of calling them the next day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now that I'm out of school, I am trying to set up service for my brother again, so I called and made another appt for tomorrow, Jan 13, 2026. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got a text from CenturyLink today saying I had to cancel an old account before I could set up service for the new appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I called to cancel the old account and they told me I would have to pay all of the backpay for a service that was never set up. I told them I would not be doing that and asked for a supervisor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke to Russell, and he said that I would have to pay all the backpay as well for a service that they provided. I asked him, "What service?" And he sat there in silence and then told me that he'd be looking forward to me calling back for whenever I needed future service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I informed him my brother had a severe mental impairment, but that did not seem to matter to him.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told him that there would be no future service, and to cancel both the old account, and the new order.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told him I would be disputing this through any credit bureaus if they send it to collections but that we would not be paying for a service that they never provided. No Service, No Accountability, No Refund I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with CenturyLink. I've been without internet since May 13, 2025, and despite multiple calls, chats, and scheduled appointments, the issue has still not been resolved. A technician visited on May 20, confirmed the line had been cut, and said a burial crew would need to come out to fix it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have screenshot proof of several scheduled appointments for the burial company from my CenturyLink account. I personally called multiple times to confirm these appointments, and so did my husband. Still--no one ever showed up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Incredibly, on June 5, CenturyLink withdrew $101.65 from my account for a "tech visit." But that visit resulted in zero service restoration. The tech came, assessed the damage, and left without doing anything--because it required additional resources CenturyLink never followed through on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted support through chat, spent over an hour explaining everything, and was bounced between three agents.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I made it very clear: I'm not asking for a technician to come out now--I'm asking for a refund for service I never received. I was repeatedly told that the charge is "valid" just because the tech showed up, regardless of the outcome. According to CenturyLink, a technician can look at the problem, fix nothing, and you still get charged. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Eventually, a supervisor named Nicholas got involved and promised to escalate the issue and follow up with me via text within 30 minutes. That was more than a day ago, and I've received no call, no text, and no resolution.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Meanwhile, my account has now been suspended, and I've been told no one can come fix anything unless I pay more, despite not having any working service for over a month. On top of all this, I work from home--and due to this ongoing outage, I've lost billable hours and income. The lack of accountability and urgency from CenturyLink has directly impacted both my livelihood and productivity. In summary: No internet since May 13 $101.65 charged for a tech visit that resulted in no repair Multiple no-show appointments for repair crews No follow-up from supervisors despite promises Account suspended with no service provided Lost income due to inability to work from home This is unacceptable customer service by any standard. Instead the modem came by ground transportation.. Oohhhh where to start? frequent outages (with no form easily found to report outages, isn't that nice?). Inaccurate outage reports - like I get a message saying there's an outage, but I'm actively on my wifi and it's fine. I'm signing onto Yelp to review this company after not writing a review in years because I must warn you that Century Link in Des Moines is completely awful and you must avoid them. If even one person reads this and decides to go to another company instead of CenturyLink, then I will consider the time I took to write this well worth it. Absolutely terrible company and it's infuriating dealing with these people. I don't even know where to begin. The internet service being slow and blipping out all the time is the least of your worries with this company. I should have known when they signed me up that they were weirdos. The modem they gave me was screwed into the outlet on the wall and had no buttons or lights on it. I had no idea how to use it because it was just a tiny white box that was impossible to unplug. The modem was always a big issue for me. I had never seen a modem like that before and never plan to have one like that ever again. The CenturyLink app is glitchy and the website is wonky, too. The customer service is atrocious. Everything takes forever to get done. Installation - wait a few days. Internet repair - wait. Talk to a technician - there's a REALLY long wait, and they won't even know how to fix the problem, anyway. Prepare to be transferred to 5 different people when you chat with a live agent, all of whom have no idea what they're doing, and then you'll have to repeat yourself every time you speak with someone new. Prepare to be told they won't send a live technician to your home because the NEXT guy is going to be able to fix it remotely. I just dropped them entirely when they finally admitted that my modem was broken and they said it needed to be replaced. My internet service was interrupted the other day after a brief power outage and then I never regained internet service. When I tried rebooting my modem 3-4x, it failed each time. Internet was COMPLETELY out. I had to wait until 8 am when representatives were online before I could speak to someone because their virtual assistant was useless. The live human assistant wasn't any better. They told me my modem, after less than a year and a half of use, was no longer under warranty, and to replace it and ship me a new one would be $200. I said...like hell am I paying that! I told them to just cancel my service. Then I had to call ANOTHER number to cancel my service, because *that* representative didn't have the ability to cancel my service through the online chat. Then the representative on the online chat asked me what he could do to make sure I gave him a perfect score for his customer service. Excuse me, but on what planet did he think the customer service was satisfactory, let alone "perfect," because he solved absolutely nothing! I spoke to the next rep on the phone. He did cancel my service, but not until after trying to offer me a free modem in exchange for staying with them. I said no, I might have a free modem, but I'll have the same terrible spotty internet connection and horrible customer service. He said OK, well, will you stay with us if I give you a $200 account credit on top of a free modem? NO! I only became more aggravated that they were so desperate to keep me. Oh, and the modem wouldn't have arrived for like 3-7 business days, anyway. INSTEAD, I called Metronet as soon as I hung up with CenturyLink and they had a representative come to my house in TWO HOURS FLAT to set up my new service and give me a pretty new modem with buttons and lights that *isn't* screwed into the wall and was placed in a very inconspicuous spot behind my living room chair. Sure, their service costs a little more than CenturyLink, but their app is top-tier, their service people are no-nonsense, and I'm willing to pay more so I don't have to deal with the BS that CenturyLink is selling. read more

She added zero value, and her recommendation was to upgrade to Quantum Fiber.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I said that would be a great long-term solution, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]I needed a more immediate fix - like get my internet restored now. She said she couldn't do that and suggested I call 888.872.0702, which I did while still chatting with her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 15 minutes on hold, I was finally able to speak with a representative whose English-speaking skills were nil.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]His solution was the same as Nithya's - upgrade to Quantum Fiber.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I asked the question once, I asked it a dozen times. If my internet worked an hour ago, why doesn't it work now? And why can't you fix it? His response continued to be the same - you need to upgrade to Quantum Fiber. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Frustration led to yelling, which led to "can I speak with your supervisor?", which led to "no you can't".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Seeing I was getting absolutely nowhere; I scheduled an installation for Quantum Fiber. Unfortunately, it won't happen for 4 more days - leaving me without internet the entire time. If they didn't have me over a barrel, I would move to a new provider in an instant. I still might - let's see how things go next Tuesday. In any event, I would not/could not recommend CenturyLink in any way shape or form. read more

The WORST! We are running a business and have put up with internet outtages every time it rains for years. Now we have had terrible and no telephone service for months and finally have had NO INTERNET for weeks and THEY DON'T CARE! We get notices that techs will arrive and they don't show, or they show up and don't tell anyone they are here and supposedly fix the problem, but it's not fixed or is worse. I have lived in several states with many internet providers. CenturyLink has by far been the worst ever!! Their customer service is horrible. The internet, well dial would be faster if it is even working. I have lived in Iowa for 7 months now and between outages and interrupted service practically every day I might have had full service the way that it should operate, maybe a months worth and that is pushing it. If your FIBER optic is NOT up to par then I should not be paying the price for it. No adjustments on the bill unless you are able to talk to several robots for an hour or so. Here goes "Nothing", and I do mean"Nothing". I have owned a landlines service for over 40 plus years-since they were called Northwestern Bell. My father was a veteran telephone lineman that hooked me up with my 1st rotary telephone, that you turned the dial to have service!!! (He was with the company for many years after he was out of the Navy as a Sonar man off the USS Porterfield Destroyer Battleship!). I have had landlines service all these years, never had a problem, ever! Bought several telephones and had my service set. But through the years my bill kept going up and up. To be expected, Right? Here is where it gets BAD! I spent over 2 and a half hours trying to reach a representative to get help with my service. This was several weeks ago. They were to be here on July 8, 2022 between 8 am and 5 pm. I spent over 2 hours again trying to talk to a rep to see why my phone bill was going up yet again? The serviceman is still supposed to show, mind you, and we get my bill finally down to a respectable level, after cancelling a few services I didn't need. This, being actually from my computer online, since I was still on hold on the phone- going over 2 hours of them saying we apologize for the inconvenience, but someone will be with you shortly!!! Ya right!. Only took 15 minutes to speak to someone online. Got my bill finished and was waiting for a tech to arrive with my appointment from 2 weeks ago. NO TECH SHOWED!!! I then got back online from my cell phone, after finally 4 hours later, ask if the rep can call me back on my cell to discuss my bill, since I am older disabled person and its hard for me to type on a cell phone!!! Ann Rose, Rose Ann whoever that was trying to help transfered me to a person to find out why the tech wasn't here yet! Complete no-show. I am therefore told they don't know why, but they can re-schedule me for another 5 days later to get my service fixed! I said fine, what choice do I have. I loved having a landline!! They then stated would I like to have a wire maintenance plan added for more money??? Of which when I started my service over 40 years ago this was a part of my plan! My bill started at just under $20, and had blossomed to over $70, I removed unnecessary items, got my bill back to under $50, and now they are trying to make me pay more for a service that I should have already had on my phone OH HELL TO THE NO!!! I should not be charged again for a service I was to already have on my account!!!!Now let's see if they will show up with a service Tech on July 13, 2022 between 8am and 530pm Wednesday, next week! I signed up for a $65 monthly plan for 1G speeds through CeunturyLink at my new apartment. I had services installed on 05/23/2019 by Des Moines CenturyLink Technician Chris at or around 1030 hours. My speeds have not been what I signed an agreement for. I then reached out to tech support for Fiber Optic services in Des Moines. CenturyLink sent out technician Hector. After 4 hours of work on my apartment Hector left without fixing the issue and now my internet is completely unusable. Hector stated that he had to contact a supervisor and left without any further work being completed. Before leaving, Hector stated that an appointment for 05/28/2019 was scheduled for 1000 hours and that "a CenturyLink Engineer" needed to be present. On 05/28/2019, My technician was a no call no show for the entire day. When I called tech support to inquire about the tech's absence I was told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. My appointment was scheduled for 05/29/2019 with a time of 0915 hours to 1330 hours. At 1630 hours my technician was again a no call no show. I used the hotspot on my phone to gain internet access to use the tech support chat feature. After approximately 30 mins talking to a tech support person, It was deemed that I needed to once again reschedule my appointment and that a technician would not be coming out to fix my problem today. I rescheduled for Friday 05/31/2019 with a time slot of 0915 to 1145 hours. I also asked the online technician to provide me with the phone number to cancel services. The technician refused to provide me with this information. It has now been 6 days without a service that I am paying for and no accurate ETA as to when it will be addressed. I feel as if I am being taken advantage of and no one seems to care that I am paying for something that I literally cannot use. Ive been a customer for years and after the last week they will be losing me as a customer. They convinced me 1.5 years ago to change to dsl. It died on 4/12 at 1pm. After holding for 35 minutes to talk to a real person we scheduled a tech to visit my home on 4/19 as it was the only day the following week i would be home during the day. I specifically said i had an appt and wouldnt be available until 11am. Appt confirmation says theyll be there between 8am-5pm. This morning i receive a text theyll arrive betwen 8:40-12:40. I took my chances theyd arrive later going into my appt at 9. Tech arrived at 9:16 and left by 9:18. Husband was home but doesnt move very fast so not enough time for him to react depending on where he was in the house. For a phone comany they have rhe most annoying automated systems. I did their text support with Amad and he moved mountains to get a tech to come yet today. At 3:45pm i get a text that a tech will not be arriving and next available appt is 4/22. Do the text support again told rep my next day id be at home during day is 4/25 they dont read and disconnect wirh an apot scheduled 4/22. I call go thru the automated system and 10 minutea later finally talk to someone to get appt corrected. Reps have been great but for a technology company their systems are very limited and not customer friendly. Not a fan and wont be a customer much longer after 2 weeks without internet read more

My Centurylink internet has sporadic outages, all of which are related to connectivity on their end. The support has no capacity for help, only able to provide basic troubleshooting (suggesting power cycling and nothing else). Each issue requires a technician to be dispatched, the earliest available is always a week from the contact date. One of their suggested solutions was to upgrade service, which I did, and only provided me with installation fees and no issue correction. If you use Centurylink, expect frequent service outages and little support. It will be a problem if you work from home and a significant inconvenience if you depend on their internet for anything. read more

They are either really bad at their jobs or fraudulent. Haven't figured out which yet. They had my 80+ year old mother send them a cashiers check for $375.90 and only credited her account $75.90. We have had numerous conversations with them trying to resolve it. First they claimed we were confused and they didn't get a check. So we spent the money to have it tracked. Of course they got and endorsed the check when they cashed it. Called them back and the story changed to us needing to go back to Western Union to get the $300 difference refunded. Didn't sound correct and of course was not. You can't partially cash a cashiers check. So they deposited the whole amount and only credited $75.90 of the $375.90 to her account. Still trying to get it fixed but they have been extremely unhelpful and either ill informed or dishonest. Just trying to get my Mother her money credited to her account and refunded. Save yourself the hassle, Do not use Century Link or any of their sister companies like Quantum Fiber. Especially if you have elderly family members to keep them from being taken advantage of. read more

Sweet mother of pearl, what do you have to do to get good internet service in the Des Moines metro area? We had Mediacom and it was awful, so we decided to try Century Link. When you go to their site, it looks like a great deal... Fiber internet! Blazing speeds! $50 a month! Let's do it! Then when you sign up, (First of all that was an incredible ordeal in and of itself. We were without internet for a week because CL was so incompetent at getting a modem to us.), you discover that *sorry!* there is no fiber service for your address even though we let you sign up thinking that's what you would get. So, the tech came out, without ever letting us know he was here, and attached what seems to amount to a string with 2 tin cans on either end and called it internet. It's DSL, and it is so painfully slow that I could read all of War and Peace while waiting for pages to load. On top of that, we still get charged $50 a month for this ridiculously slow internet. There may be method to their madness, because I can't connect to their site online. The connection times out. If we don't hear from our customers, then they must be happy, right? Is there an agency where one can report bait and switch? Any lawyers out there interested in getting a class action lawsuit going? The bigger question is, why do we let government grant monopolies? There are small towns in Minnesota that have more than one cable company, why do we get stuck with just Mediacom? Competition is the only thing that will bring decent internet and cable service to Des Moines. read more

Wish I had checked the reviews before signing up. Took 2 weeks to get internet setup. Which was the soonest they could accommodate. internet worked for 5 days and is now down. After troubleshooting with the company over the phone they decided they need to send a technician to fix it. Soonest appointment I can get is a week from today. So 3 weeks out of internet for 5 days of it working. Not an acceptable ratio. my little hotspot is more reliable. In a world now post covid lockdown our internet providers should take outages more seriously considering the amount of work at home customers they have has multiplied compared to 2 years ago. read more

My family and I had century link for years. Terrible service. Had one employee go running out of our house after asking him to fix our Wifi, which would go out at least 2-3 times per hour. Had to schedule another appointment before they "fixed" it. They came back and did not fix it. They claimed to have fixed it, but I would still lose connection constantly. Their download speed is not what the website says. The download speed was always way lower. They offered 100mb per second. But would only get 1-5MB. I'm aware that megabits are much smaller than mega bytes, but that still isn't the promised download speed. Terrible service overall. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy, but I would recommend metronet. Very good service, quick installation, and every good connection. Never had any issues and never had to call them to fix anything. Don't even waste your time with this joke of a company. read more

CenturyLink as a whole has been an absolute horrible service. I will be discouraging everyone from using CenturyLink because they are terrible and have no idea what they are doing. My internet just randomly stopped working, only my house not the area. I could not report the problem and had to find the service number elsewhere. They could not fix my problem after several phone calls chatbots and other useless techs. They said the couldn't send a tech out until 4 days after I lost internet. This stopped my family from working and completing homework during that time. They were unable to give me any estimate when the tech would arrive and the tech never came. Another tech said the guy clocked out and he took it over when no one else was. The CenturyLink tech said this was unacceptable behavior!!! Service was not completed until after the times given. Doesn't matter because the internet stopped working again and I have to wait another week!!!! They don't care I'm not getting the service I paid for or about my experience. read more

When we moved here in 2021 CenturyLink was our only option for Internet. They provide DSL in our area. air was ok, speeds go up and down, until 2 weeks ago when the internet just stopped working. They have sent 6 service people to test and look at it and they cannot restore our internet, they keep telling me to submit another ticket. They've left 4 different routers here so now I have to mail them they said when I cancel service?? The problem with their customer service system is the online and phone help is awful. it's all overseas and they will say funny things in the chat like "rest assured we will restore your internet today, someone is on their way"...and it's 8pm here. I was on hold for online chat for 45 minutes. MetroNet just put fiber optic in our area so we are switching to them and hoping for a better experience even though it costs more. I would never recommend CenturyLink. read more

Most horrible service. I ask them to install internet and they give a date for installation for 8 days after. And on the day of installation received email and text that person would be there after 12 pm. Than after 1 hour got a text that they will be there in half hour which would be 10:30 am my wife was at home so we were fine with that. Than I received a message that technicians could not access the building so we should re schedule. He did not bother to call us even though they said he will contact us. Than we call the customer service and made a complaint and they apologized and said it says they were supposed to contact us on reaching and said the latest date they can give for internet installation is 2 weeks from now. We told them either they do it today or tomorrow otherwise we go to somewhere else. He told me he will have somebody call us in 2 hour which never happen. This tells you the standard if service they are providing. Very poor customer service. 0 star for them. read more

We waited 8 days for technician to turn on service only to discover that the "best service in our area" was horrible. Downloads and up loads caused my computer to time out, transfers didn't go through and my kids couldn't do their homework if more than one person was online. Seriously!!! We went back to Mediacom and have great internet. Mediacom couldn't give us good TV (the reason we left them) but we have fantastic TV with Direct TV. read more

Not a review of this particular branch, but of the the company in general. My internet has been going in and out the last few days. So I call and tell them this. They run their tests and say everything is OK. At the time the service rep was correct, my internet was working as I told her. She said I should call back when it wasn't working. I informed her I did start this process when it wasn't working, but it takes so long to get through their queue that it started working when I got through. But I told her it has been going in and out for three days. So maybe I should I call when it is working because by the time I get through it won't. She advised to call in when it wasn't. Oh God. Not a review of this store but CenturyLink in general. Had outage of internet service fixed the same day (which was good). Now have received a change order I didn't order lowering my speed. In order to get it corrected spent 1&1/2 hours on chat. Only way to get service back to what we had, is for a new change order which includes new modem being sent which I then have to return, pay two months in advance, and get credited part of bill after return of modem which I don't want. Totally their fault because I did not agree to change order in first place. Obviously rigid company policies in place. No way to reverse their error. I had and have to go thru their stupid hoops just to get back to where I was, oh, and wait 3 more days just to get my speed that I have paid for for years back. STUPID company. read more

CenturyLink is the worst company I have ever done business with. After loosing telephone and Internet services, it took one entire week to get my services active again. Why? According to the super-nice repair person who visited my home and corrected the issues, CenturyLink has a total of six repair people for the entire state of Iowa who are capable of doing telecommunications repairs involving the cables (the telephone lines connecting all the telephone poles). Six! He explained that when their repair personnel die off or retire, CenturyLink does not replace them. Clearly it's more profitable for CenturyLink to make customers wait for a repair than it is to hire an appropriate workforce. To add insult injury, CenturyLink customer service refused any sort of compensation for the loss of services; the days I had to take off from work; the misinformation I received along the way (the first time I called to report a issue, I was told I needed to buy a new modem from them) or the sheer frustration and inconvenience of the ordeal. The only thing CenturyLink customer service offered to do was credit my account for the days of lost service. B.F.D. - If you ever call CenturyLink, expect voicemail hell. - Expect your call to (eventually) be answered by overseas operators. - Do not expect to hear from a supervisor with an update on your repair even though you request one to call. - Do not expect that a supervisor will escalate your repair regardless of the number of days you have been without service. read more

CenturyLink has the WORST costumer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I am helping my sister move service and she scheduled a transfer service 4 weeks in advance of her move. They didn't show the first day and after two hours on the phone yesterday and then another two hours again today they promised they would be here today and once again no show. Just called back and they said we had been pushed until tomorrow and our window of service would be between 8-5!!! Who gives an eight hour window. They absolutely stink! Go with another company at all cost!!! read more

This is the worst company to do business with.. Waited for 2 hours they never showed up. Called them on the phone for 47 mins and they said oh sorry not today..Hold on for another 20 minutes or so we cant reach our dispatch..Than I asked about my order in which I was transferred to personal and that was a joke also. We can do this 1 month from now. Our service at the bar is equally as horrible as their customer service is and there supervisor George. Change to medicam better service and local and way better interenet coverages. read more

Horrible service. Only offers 1.5mbps at the most, when the demand is low. After 3 1/2 weeks of trying to get service set up. Including a tech visit and many hours on the phone trying to talk to techs to get it resolved because the internet kept being dropped. Spent $175 because they said my modem was bad, was told I had to hire an electrician to rewire my phone lines. Finally tonight we told the truth. Was trying to run a Ring spotlight camera, that's it. The tech told me there was no way that their services could not get overloaded with one wi-fi camera. That's why the internet kept in connecting. It may run when they are running at their best speed but that is all that it could service. It the demand went up or we tried to use a computer the internet would get overloaded and need rebooted. I wasted so much time and so much money!! Horrible customer service. Most the techs knew nothing or treated me like a moron. All to find out it was their inadequate network. I am sending the modem back and looking for another provider!! read more

If there was ever a company and their product/services which I had purchased and used in the past but so hate the experience of doing business with them, it would be Century Link! I have used at least 5 different internet providers across the country from Comcast to Mediacom to Cox and TimeWarner. I don't know how CL stays in business. God help ya if you need to speak with someone at the company for ANY reason, because after you wait a minimum of 20 minutes on hold during open hours that are not very consumer friendly (closes at 5 pm on Fridays and no weekend hours), you will encounter rude and snarky representatives who obviously don't have their calls monitored. After I ended my internet service 4 months prior and then CL continuing to charge me (direct bank withdrawl, so don't do that with them), I finally got a refund check in excess of $120! It took me contacting the Iowa Utilities Board in DSM to file a complaint against them for a lack of payment after being overcharged. I called CL 4 times in the course of 3 months, only to be told the "check was on its way..." I would go without WiFi if they were the only provider of internet service where I might live in the future!! read more
