We decided to give this service another try and were reminded of why we left. Terrible customer…read moreservice, when you can understand them. They also ran new optical cable from the road. In doing so, they left app. 15 yards of the cable exposed, while only burying the rest maybe 2" below the dirt. We tried to tell them about the problem to no avail. Now the cable is comepletely ucovered, and seperated from the house. No change in service, which leads me to believe we haven't had actual fiber internet for the entire time, which would explain the terrible bandwidth. We can't hardly stream on more than 2 tv's at once. Just a garbage monopoly of a company. We're going back to T-Mobile.

Xfinity Mobile did a bait-and-switch on my mobile pricing! I…read morewas only looking at their 5 year internet plan when a chat agent told me they could get me 1 year of mobile service Free if I signed up for the 5 year internet plan and I switched from my current mobile provider. So I did but every month they charge me for mobile. I go online and get them to reverse the charge and after an hour or so they do. Today I went to their store to get them to Stop billing me so I don't have to waste my time each month getting it reversed. They denied me and said that the agent should have never made me that offer and I'm SOL!! I saved the chat transcript for the offer and still I have to pay for Xfinity's mistake! I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.
