He also told me I needed new filters, which I went out and purchased, and he installed them. He was very friendly, so I felt confident that everything had been taken care of. Since it was winter, we only used the heating portion of the system, and it worked fine. We had no need to turn on the air conditioning until two days ago. When we finally turned on the cooling system, we discovered that it was not cooling at all. I contacted the company because it appeared that either the cooling maintenance had not been performed properly or it failed to identify an issue that already existed. If the cooling system had been inspected as part of the maintenance package I paid for, I would have expected any needed repairs or replacement parts to have been identified at that time, especially since the technician had no problem recommending and selling additional items during the original visit. When I called, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $99 service fee just for someone to come out and look at the unit. I explained that I had already paid over $200 for a heating and cooling maintenance package and wanted to understand why I was being charged another fee when the cooling side of the service had not resolved or identified the problem. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative raised her voice and repeatedly told me that the only way the company would come out was if I paid the $99 dispatch fee. Based on my experience, this company's business model seems heavily focused on upselling and generating additional service charges. I would not recommend this company and believe customers should be cautious before purchasing their maintenance packages.

I spent $800 additional to order the shock-pack version of this rack so that the shippers would not damage the rack and all three delivery attempts were damaged. The original order for this rack was placed on September 9, 2020 and on December 24, 2020, we still have not received a rack without damage. I met a sales person that has taken care of both my personal account and business account very well. Her name is Tess and she is on her game every time I need help with our plan or phones. I would recommend both this store and Tess as a sales person. I know most people that are trying to get you to buy a phone really pressure you into something but she really answered all my questions without making me feel like I needed to walk out with a phone. I was torn between the droid options and the iPhone 4. she helped me with all the issues I had and helped me figure a way to save money with our account also. When I went back to my boss I had a real list of positive reasons to add my line and move to a different account. I will be upset if she ever transfers or leaves Verizon. It is hard to find someone that actually looks out for you and gets you what you need.
