This past year one of the windows began to bubble and got worse over time. I finally decided to make an appointment to get it fixed. I was told that the shop has no obligation to honor the lifetime guarantee because they have since purchased the shop from the old owners. It ended up costing me almost 200 dollars to get 1 window replaced! They even went as far as upcharging me from their cheaper line of tint to the same tint (or similar) to the original tint I had installed. So don't count on them honoring your warranty when your tint fails. All they have to do is change ownership and there goes your life time guarantee, for all I know this is their strategy to avoid having to honor their lifetime guarantee.

He communicates well and did a bunch of extras for me for a very reasonable price. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and got an appointment to replace my front windshield the very next…read moreday. For a 2011 Hyundai, it cost $265. The employees were all very nice. They let me know I had a small car part missing (that i didnt notice was missing), and they even helped me with a spot of rust before I get it fixed permanently. I can tell they are genuinely kind people and care about their work. I also forgot my jacket when I left and they call me back right away to let me know! I was able to come get it back a few minutes after leaving. Thank you so much to the whole team! I will be back in the future, and I will refer other people here!
