I called and spoke with Mitchell, he was very pleasant and gave me all the information on the packages and answered all my questions. I loved that he didn't try and sell the you most expensive package, instead gave his opinion on what would be the best package, since it was my first time getting my car done with Ceramic Pro Elite. Mitchell set me up with Arturo, who was very professional, pleasant, accommodating, patient and gave great advice on what tint would work best for my car, along with other great advice! I had my car windows tinted and ceramic coated done first, then came back to have the PPF done on my car to protect from rock chips. Got PPF done on my tesla. Got the performance package which includes full front plus the rockers and more but I can't recall all the parts. I was able to pick up my car the next day. There were some bubbles and yellow stains which they took care of. They assured me that I have 12 year warranty on it so just stop by whenever I see an issue and they definitely took care of all the issues I had so far. DON'T GET PPF HERE. I have taken my car in 3 times and every time my quick check up turns into replacing PPF. Pics below show messages of repairs. Dave also never did an inspection when I picked up my 2021 Tesla Model S because he wasn't working on the days it was ready for pickup. And I spent nearly $5k. 1st visit was drop off Monday. Got to pick it up Sunday as not ready that Saturday. 2nd visit-10 day follow-up. 6" long scratch on a quarter panel, imperfections on the hood, wrap on handles coming off, 2 visible seams on bumper, PPF lifting on mirrors, dots on windshield. 3rd visit- 2 day estimate to repair above. They removed part of the bumper, the hood, both quarter panels, both mirrors. And of course they had to re-wrap the door handles . Isn't that pretty much all the PPF they did. Hmm. Bad sign. Pic attached. That meant the car was ready on a Weds. v Tues. Dave doesn't work on Wednesdays. No inspection again. Jessica is there to hand me my key, point out all the bubbles will settle. Come back 10 days. 4th time- 30 min check up. Yep, once again there is more to do then they can complete in 30 minutes. Mirrors are lifting really badly again, Dave says he can see a bunch of imperfections in the windshield. 3 new white dots on the hood in a triangular shape... But after he takes it back for 30 mins he says he's not repairing anything. I'm like, what. He says I power washed my mirrors. Mind you I have no idea what that even means except when you clean a sidewalk. Not how I'd wash a high end car. And 3 white dots in PPF. According to Dave, after 30 minutes, those are now in original paint and car would need to be stripped and repainted. The only good news is that I refused to leave until he repaired my car or gave me my money back. He got so frustrated with me sitting in the lobby that he didn't know what to do so he called Joanne his director who authorized a refund. I was able to find a great shop who removed all the PPF and replaced it without a problem. Minor trimming on PPF is normal but replacing pieces multiple times is not. These guys are not ok just cranking through your car and getting you out the door. They treat your vehicle like their own - from the number of times they go over their own work doing quality assurance, or from their INCREDIBLE wealth of knowledge about auto detailing - these guys do not skimp on labor. My car (10 year old Honda) was right next to a brand new BMW M series, and they treated both cars with the same degree of utmost respect, care, and precision. I honestly have to say that I'm just stunned at how flat out professional these guys are. Of note, I got the full exterior wash/clay/polish/wax. Looks awesome. I saw them doing the interior of another car, and again, ULTRA detail oriented. This shop specializes in Opticoat and Ceramic Pro permanent protective paint coatings - a bit expensive, but an investment for those w/ new-ish cars and nicer paint jobs, and the few cars they were working on were slick and gorgeous. Leo makes a point never to upsell any service, but really takes the time to educate you on what's available and what would be your best options so you can choose how to proceed. Fantastic! Ceramic Pro was recommended to me by someone who knows cars and her referral was spot on. I brought not one but two cars here on her recommendation and both came back fantastic. First I brought in my Radiant Red 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams for a paint correction and the silver level 5 year ceramic coating. I cannot express how beautiful they made my FJ. It was in great shape when I took it in and it came back better than the day I bought it new from Toyota of El Cajon. It looks fabulous. Second I dropped off my brand new 2022 Blue Tesla Model X. It has the white interior so not only did I have the paint correction and silver level 5 year ceramic coating on the exterior but also the interior coating as well. The car is stunning. Yes Ceramic Pro Kearny Mesa took a brand new car with less than 1,000 miles on it and took it to stunning. It's finish is now a mirror. Long story short: If you're deciding on a place with great customer service and auto detailing/paint protection skills, this is the place! They are very detailed-oriented! If you read through all the reviews, Adam and his crew does go above and beyond. If it was a bad day and they didn't deliver, he will make it right! (I saw both today in the shop) Long review for paint protection: First, I would like to thank all the yelpers who reviewed 5 point especially Jill. Her review persuaded me to consider 5 Point for a ceramic coating. I am also an auto detailing nerd. I considered doing the prep work and application myself but I do not have the time! I work and I go to school which is why I considered getting coated in the first place. I simply do not have the time to spend hours and hours on my car each week even though I enjoy doing it! Maintenance will not be as bad. Water and dirt should repel better than traditional waxes and sealants. The car had Carpro's Hydro2 and it kicks ass in the hydrophobic department as far as spray on sealants go. I initially emailed Adam for an estimate for the Opti-Coat Pro service. Turns out, among other authorized installers, are opting out of this service. I believe their chemicals and pricing have changed as of 2014. He did have some back stock and offered to install it on my Lexus for a fair price. He offered the Ceramic Pro 9H package but I was hesitant because I have not researched it. It was between Opti-Coat Pro v. Cquartz Finest. About a month later of contemplating, I've decided to take Adam's offer on the last batch of Opti-Coat Pro. I really wanted to do Cquartz Finest but it was out of my budget. I did have other projects for the car after all! I thought about doing Cquartz UK because I like Carpro products but Ultimately I chose Opti-Coat Pro because of the deal and I still use Optimum Polymer Technology Products. We made the appointment and I brought the car over. Leo inspected the car and it did not need major paint correction. I took care of the paint the past few months. He made sure I wanted to go along with the Opti-Coat service instead of the Ceramic Pro. He offered me a good deal but I was set on Opti-Coat. Six hours later, my car was finished! About 1-2hrs before my expected time! He also vacuumed the car!! Chris did the installation and went over the car with me. I was really impressed! I never got the rims to look like this! After seeing the quality of work that they did on my mom and dad's vehicles as well as my brother's vehicle, I decided to try them out. I was going to a last minute car show and needed someone to detail my customized 2005 Ford Mustang. Since they only do mobile service Monday thru Friday and this was a Sunday, I decided that a drive to the Westfield Mission Valley Mall would be okay since it was close to my residence in La Jolla. I drove by the place a couple of times as I was looking for a storefront. I looked closer and noticed that they had a small cart and a few parking spaces in the mall garage where they do the detailing work. I was a little hesitant but still decided to give them a chance and I am glad that I did. They did a SUPER job on my car! I did not see one flaw on the car when they finished. They detailed the inside and outside of the car, the engine compartment, and even cleaned the inside of my chrome wheels along the outside of them. The whole car looked brand new when they finished. I had my Tesla Model 3 get the full front PPF and windows tinted. I spoke to Ryan on the phone who was able to get me an appointment for the following week. And when I came in Dave didn't hesitate to get to work. Very friendly and helpful workers. I'm happy about the windows because they came out perfect I didn't notice any issues with them and they look fantastic. The full front PPF however did have some issues like a couple air bubbles and a rock or something small underneath. The PPF on the door handles and rear view mirrors are very noticeable which ruins the look of it and I'm not sure what it is but there is this white stain on my right rear view mirror now. Another thing I noticed was some minor scratches on the left side of the vehicle however it was not very noticeable so I didn't bother. The hood PPF looked great as well as the headlights. Overall I'm pleased but it could've been slightly better. read more

I have never owned a "nice" car until recently, so when I ordered my Tesla Model Y I started doing a lot more investigating into services that might help keep her pretty! I reached out to Ceramic Pro San Diego a few months ago, Jessica was very professional, quick to answer all my questions and even made some budget friendly recommendations for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything which made my decision making process much easier! Everything went great, I drove my Model Y straight to their San Diego location and they applied a "Performance Package", which gets the full front covered while adding the rocker panels and splash guards (a must have for new Model Y owners), and IR tint on my roof, all sides and back window + windshield in clear. I also got the silver package by Ceramic Pro. My car is very glossy and my friends and family keep commenting on how clean my car looks even when I'm not washing it often ;) Call and ask for Jessica directly, she will take care of you! read more

This is long read and an ongoing process. This is my first review on google so forgive me if it's to long. I contacted this business after seeing the owner's youtube videos. Adam sounded to be as OCD about the fine details as I was and figured I would have no issues here. I went to this location because of the locality to my home and was excited to have my car done. After talking to the shop lead and determining what would look best I went with a full body PPF. I have a white 2021 Mustang Mach-E that i had for about a month before turning it over to this shop. I chose the stealth white matte PPF and black gloss PPF for the trim work. I also did the full body ceramic pro 5 year package, wheels off ceramic package, front two windows tinted and the front windshield tinted. I was told 7 days but got a call asking for a few extra days. I had no problem with this, I just wanted my car taken care of. After waiting 10 total days I went to pick up my car only to find out that they did the whole thing in gloss PPF. (to note, i looked great and if they would have said there would be no charge since they messed, I would have been happy to take it). Since this is not what I paid for the offered to fix it. Two days into the fix they texted me to say that while peeling off the gloss PPF it pulled the paint off the hatchback (right away they blamed ford for skimping on the paint). The one week fix ended up being 2.5 weeks (I was reimbursed rental fees to go towards what I owed but this was a fight to where at one point I was told they would reimburse the full amount I was asking for If I signed a release a liability form and parted ways with Ceramic Pro). When I went to pick my car up I noticed on the walk around that the hatchback seal looked funny. When I touched it the whole right side fell off. When I asked the shop guy what happened he called his supervisor. He told my wife and I that the supervisor had ordered the part. When I talked to the supervisor later he said he didn't know about it and that Caylee would order the part. I was upset that nobody brought it to my attention until I found it. When I got home noticed that when I was backing up my rear camera had blurring. (this was due to the lens being scratched) While waiting for the parts to come in I took the car back to get looked. Bubbling of the PPF (to be expected), Particles on the windshield and moonroof, some molding issues (fixed), camera (replaced later), rear spoiler PPF ripples (fixed), hatchback seal (they ordered the part but wrong side). The shop did end up finally getting the parts but made me go to Ford to have the fix it. This is where we discovered that the shop used two sided tape and glue to hide the fact that they busted the clips on the seal of the hatchback. Got a text from the shop supervisor said that everything was taken care of and the particles were just lint and that it was good. (it was not, the particles were under the ceramic and still there, the shop refused to look at after this) The shop sup also said that the water spots on the door windows would not come out. Note: This was not something I complained about. I asked what I do now again they went straight to blaming the dealership and to take it up with ford. He said they tried multiple methods to included steel wool (can be used if .0000). When I got home and the car was in the sun light you could see the water spots and micro abrasions all over the glass). When I asked about that the shop sup said it's to be to much and that we was hands off. With Ceramic coating the the warranty info says that the first 2-3 weeks are the most susceptible for water spotting and not to park near sprinklers. The entire 2.5 weeks they had my car it was moved around a few times and parked behind there shop near sprinklers. My car is garage kept at my condo by HOA rule and has never been close to sprinklers. There more to this but I have run out of room. I'm hoping the owner reaches out to me. read more

I dropped off my car right after getting some repair done at Tesla service center and Chris + team did an amazing job keeping it clean. I had the PPF Wrapping + Ceramic Pro done on my Model 3. Wow!!! This is the place to go. Just got my brand new Championship White Honda Civic Type R ceramic coated Gold Package and Suntek PPF with 5Point Detail. The ceramic coating added a glossy effect on the paint, Suntek PPF for extra protection from foreign objects and it made my car look extremely insane better than when i bought my car off the lot. I am glad that i went to this shop and i will give them two thumbs up for an outstanding job. Shout to Kristy for an amazing through the roof customer service. Happened to stop by 5 Point when I was picking up my wife's car from another business to ask about ceramic coating and saw them putting the XPEL Stealth wrap on Jack H's Tesla and NEW I needed that for my Focus RS. I'd always wanted that matte finish for my car and Arman took the time to let me watch the guys putting on Jack's wrap and I knew this was the place to do this. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I started working with Kristy on getting dates set up, pricing etc. She's been awesome to work with on the entire project. Always very responsive to all my questions/concerns. The car looks AWESOME! I'll add before/after pics so you can see for yourself. Their attention to detail is top notch. I brought my Model 3 for Ceramic Pro Gold and Xpel wrap for my hood, fenders and side mirrors. I worked with Chris, Kristy, and Lucas. They were awesome to work with. They answered all my questions and was just easy to talk to. The day I picked up my car it was a little gloomy and actually sprinkled a little bit but the car looked really good. When looking up close it looked better then the first day I got it. The Xpel wrap looked awesome. You can't tell it's there unless you look really close. Fast forward a couple days or week later when the weather got better and the sun finally came out and wow the car looked amazing. The car just shined every where and any angle you looked. Also cleaning the car is a breeze. I just do rinse-less wash and takes about 30 mins. These guys know what they are doing and shows by all the great yelp reviews. Did the paint correction and partial clear bra rewrap here. They offer reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. If you're interested in car detail but didn't know what you need, go ask the stuff in 5 point detail. They're professional and extremely helpful. I would like say thanks to Cody (if I spell his name right) and other guys. For the job done, I will give 9 out of 10 for the clear bra job. The customized cutting is phenomenal. There're some bubbles on the rocker panel and I believe will go away very soon. Another 8 out of 10 for the paint correction.
