They work great for kids who don't weigh much, but it is much harder for adults. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows pretty comfortable. The hotel in general and the rooms could use some updating/refresh. The furniture is pretty outdated in the rooms. Hooks on the wall would be a nice addition to hang items on. The cookies they put out in the afternoon for free are hard and not fresh. We did use their laundry facilities which were great! Bring quarters and your own soap if you can, but if you can't they do have soap to purchase and can give you quarters if you have cash. WiFi is terrible. An employee working the breakfast area had poor customer service skills and needs more training. When approached about putting more food out that was out, he said "why does everyone come down at 9?"

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. They had a continental breakfast in the morning. It has the usual good stuff where you make your own waffles and have sausage, scrambled egg and fruit. They also suggested a couple of nearby restaurants for both breakfast and supper. I have to say I was very pleased that the attention the staff made to making sure breakfast food was hot, plentiful and available.I always tip the breakfast person and housekeeping, It's an old school way of thinking and I hope you as travelers will consider adopting it. The room had all the space I needed and in a Mini refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Everything was working just fine and very clean as I said, I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that they could. The hotel was great and made for relaxing two night stay. They also have laundry machines on every floor.

There is only one elevator, so it's not unusual to spend a few minutes waiting for it. The fitness room is very basic, with just a treadmill and a small selection of weights. The pool, however, has finally been updated. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, check-in and check-out are quick and easy, and service requests are handled promptly. I stayed here for three months, so I had a few requests during that time, and they were always addressed quickly and professionally. The complimentary breakfast is another highlight. There is a good variety of options, including fresh coffee, cheese omelets, pancakes, fruit, and other breakfast favorites.
