The sales person was very nice and had very good customer service skills however, the way the house would be painted was not discussed. For instance, there was no primer put on the house. Since the paint color was so different I thought there should be. They spray painted the house but didn't stand away from the house to look at it, so I had to point out place where paint was missing. There were two people for the first 2 days. A senior painter and a junior painter. The senior painter went on vacation in the middle of the job and the junior painter went on wasn't quite sure what to do. They had to come back twice to repaint the places they missed. And they only repainted what I pointed out.They didn't actively look around the house. read more

So here is a company that apparently doesn't want a 20K plus job in their own neighborhood. Gabriel came out last Wednesday and did a full walk-around of our property, measuring and taking pictures of our exterior, interior and a shed that needed painting. He promised we would see an estimate that afternoon. Nothing came. Friday morning I sent him a text asking when we might see an estimate. No response. Saturday I get an email asking how likely we were to recommend them to friends based on our "experience so far." I gave them a 0 out of 10. No reach out, no explanation, no phone call saying someone was sick or they were behind. Just got blanked. Since we have owned our home, it's been two different colors along with having some peeling paint and wood near the eaves exposed. It needed a paint job. My husband and I decided to go with CertaPro painters. They had done a small interior job earlier in the year, and we were very happy with the results. I can't tell you how happy we are with the exterior job they just completed. From start to finish they were efficient, thorough, and professional. The general manager, Jason, came out and assessed what needed to be done. He took pictures and sent an estimate in a timely manner. We set a date, the team came on said date, and the process began.
