I called this place this morning and spoke with someone over the phone a man who was very rude and hung up on me all I was requesting was information on how to get my weed certification in Maui I called back over five times back to back he refused to answer the phone I've never met someone so rude in my life. So unwilling to want to help another human being. Great way to treat people who are visiting the island And a guaranteed way to make sure you don't get my business. Learn how to conduct business properly and treat your customers with appreciation and respect. In response to the still rude blaming me for your unprofessionalism. Do you know what you get when you assume? You make an ass out of you and me. I am eligible I did get certified and got quality flower on the island. I recommend people go see Dr. Irving Brown in Kihei, Hi they will answer all of your questions and point you in the right direction to get the help you need. Just reading your response saying that you're actually trying to blame me for your rudeness. I'm glad people really get to see your business ethics and practices cause you lack them. I'm sorry that you wouldn't take the time to listen to me instead you're playing higher than thou sometimes you have to swallow that pride and admit when you're wrong. What an amazing stress free experience. I read good reviews and they did not disappoint. First you schedule the appointment and a gentleman name Robert calls you and talks you through the whole process. Then he fills out the state registry over the phone with information you provide him to make sure no errors. Very kind and thorough. The day of the apt Nurse Ivy calls you while you wait in your car outside the door for a proper covid screening. After allowed in you have your certification apt with Nurse Ivy. She's very kind and thoughtful through the interview understanding your medical condition. She gave me all the information I needed to care for myself with past and current health issues. I seen certicann listed on the internet that had a address in Wahiawa which is near to my home. I set an appt on their website only to have a man call me back to confirm my appt with them and he then wanted me to text me a picture of my driv license to him to expedite the process which I was skeptical to do. I told him that I`d prefer to just come in to their office to do everything and he told me that they don`t have an office ,so I told the man that I`ll cancel my appt for now. I then called Ivy Lou H to see if this was a legitimate business practice and ivy said that she can do a facetime over the phone to conduct my medical card evaluation. so I told ivy that I need to research more on this and that I`ll get back to her if I decide to use her services. so after researching the company I had set up another appt 3 days after talking to ivy on certicann website and the same man called me back to confirm my appt and he remembered me cancelling the first appt with them to do some research on my own first. so he told me that ivy is no longer taking patients on Oahu because she doesn`t fly to Oahu anymore and that she works on the outer island. so I told the man that ivy told me that she doesn`t need to be on Oahu and that she can do a facetime for clients. I also ask the man on the phone when did ivy stop doing clients on Oahu and he paused and told me it stopped as of today. which didn`t make sense if ivy does facetime interviews. so I called ivy on her phone and asked her if she`s taking clients on Oahu and she paused and didn`t know what to say and then I told her what the man had told me when he called me and ivy was mumbling and couldn`t give me an explanation on if she does clients on Oahu or not. I also told ivy that she told me a few days ago that she does not need to be here on Oahu and that she does facetime over the phone to service clients and why did her asst tell me that she doesn`t fly to Oahu anymore and that`s why she`s not taking clients anymore. ivy couldn`t answer my question on that and ivy was backsliding in her words and making excuses that I couldn`t understand, it was obvious that she was lying also. in my opinion they both were lying or holding a grudge against me since I didn`t want to proceed the first time with them and would you blame me? I fordot to mention that they told me to make a payment through my email when they send me a link which made me more skeptical. I guess they took it personal when I wanted to cancel the first time. I wouldn't trust this kind of service and people. I would recommend going to a real docter in his office to get your card. read more
