He did excellent work installing a new one and an axle. I highly recommend DMS Motors to anyone. Dmitri is knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done correctly. On the drive home--late at night, with a packed car and four kids--we suddenly began fishtailing. We pulled over and discovered that the shop had not properly tightened the lug nuts. It was terrifying. The shop in NC recommended that I take my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive, assuring me they would cover the cost of the inspection and any repairs if there was damage. From the moment I arrived, Christian Brothers was phenomenal. They performed a quick but extremely thorough inspection and confirmed there was no damage from the loose lug nuts. However, they found another issue: my rear brakes were severely worn and needed replacement. This shocked me, because I had supposedly had those brakes replaced in February at Tires Choice. Christian Brothers provided a full inspection report with measurements and photos showing the brakes were down to 1mm--even though less than 15,000 miles had been driven since the alleged service. When I contacted Tires Choice, they told me they "don't know" if they actually performed the service in February, but they "should have." They could not explain the severe brake wear. I called Christian Brothers again and spoke with Ray, who had helped me during the NC tire situation. He took the time to walk me through exactly how brakes work, what normal wear looks like, and why it was extremely unlikely that Tires Choice had actually replaced them at all. Not only did Christian Brothers potentially save my family and other drivers by catching the brake issue, but their honesty, transparency, and willingness to explain everything gave me total peace of mind. I can confidently say I will be bringing my vehicle to Christian Brothers for ANY future repairs. They have earned my trust completely.

Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. Overall: Very disappointing, do not recommend.
