Although that was a red flag, I decided to give a try since they guaranteed at least eighty percent of the spots to be removed. However, even the dirt from the pool floor wasn't removed, which makes me question whether it was properly vacuumed. That was discussed prior to the start of work, and I was assured this would be completely taken care of. Brittany is super nice, however I found the labor insufficient unfortunately. My advice is to please go with a different company to avoid the negative experience.
