She searched all aspects of pool with professionalism and care another Pool Leak company came out and wanted to tear out a large portion of our deck. Angelica is arranging to come back and perform the repair by opening a smaller hole in our finished Pool Deck to repair the pipe. Angelica was friendly and courteous of our property and belongings. My pool in Sarasota had a leak from a pvc pipe under the pool deck near the hot tub. I was concerned about tearing up the deck in order to make the repair. After corresponding with Aadvanced Leak Detection they said they might be able to make the repair without having to excavate through the deck which would be the only other option. Unfortunately they did have to go through the deck. Troy made the repair. I found him to be very professional, hard-working, and in the end restored the deck to near perfect. Took me several weeks to get a person (they were fully schedule for more than a month). They had to come few times trying to fix several small leaks always with positive attitude from customer service rep (on the phone) as well as spa technician (Angelica) but at the end they fixed it. I received a referral from Crystal Clear pool services . I had a pool leak. Mike suggested I use Aadvanced Leak Detection, what a mistake. The amount of stress and unprofessionalism I would rather blown the 325.00 at the track. I set up an appointment on 3/27/17. Their technician arrived and troubleshot the pool, he concluded there was no leak in the pool and informed my roommate the leak if coming from the solar panels. I could have simply forked out another couple of hundred bucks to have the panels inspected from a company but I decided to look at them myself. There was no leak from the panels. I called the company and spoke to Stephanie, right off of the bat she was defensive, I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Finally I was able to have the technician rescheduled. He called and made an appointment for Monday...no call no show...I called him back on Tuesday, he said he will definitely be there on Wednesday.. no call no show. I called Stephanie back and explained the circumstance, she claimed she was unaware of what was going on. She said she will sent another technician on Friday. He showed up and deturmined there was no solar panel leak. He determined there was a pool leak. He said he would call me on Monday with the test results..no call on Monday.. I called him and he told me that he didn't have my contact information, the first technician had it so he couldn't call me. So far so good, very professional Stephanie on the phone and via text and the Tech Initials TVB. My pool man met with them on site and was impressed with the new technology sparing the pool deck any demolition while finding and repairing the leak below the skimmer. Not only came on time but they moved up my scheduled appointment a week, which made all the logistics of scheduling from out of state easier. Might change this to a 5 star after sometime when I see if the repair holds, but for now a solid 4 stars. read more
