Stopped by here on a Saturday and they were supposed to be open 10am-4pm. It was around 1:30pm and…read moreno one was there. There was no sign on the door explaining the closure. It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.

I am a very indecisive person, and Ray was always patient and professional while I wavered back and forth trying to make up my mind. And he is never pushy. He seems to genuinely want you to be happy, no matter how small your tile needs are, and isn't just about making a high-dollar sale. I will definitely return when I start my next remodel. He arrived in the time frame he mentioned and was as nice in person as he was on the phone. I felt immediately at ease with him and, most importantly, trusted his expertise. He quickly identified the issue, had the replacement part required, and returned our unit to working better than it ever has. He did a great job and was very reasonable - even for a Saturday. Will definitely use Lukas in the future just because of Jake. . . . he's a great guy and does Lukas proud.

My AC unit had what I thought was a clogged line causing a water leak. Another company wanted $79 to just check the unit nothing included plus $119 for unclogging the line. Peggy at the office was pleasant to speak with when arranging the appointment. Jay the technician showed up as scheduled and even called me exactly 30min prior as agreed so that I can leave my office and meet him at the house. Jay communicated with me all that needed to be done and indeed it was a clogged line. He suggested changing the PVC piping as the way they were angled could be causing the water backup. He even made it easier to remove the filter for cleaning. Jay also checked that the unit was good on freon...thank you Jay for a job well done! In the end Lukas was a company that was honest, and a pleasure to work with! I paid less and got more done!

I like to get to know people when in my house and keep up small talk- yet he stayed working and speaking to me the entire time. He finished the job almost an hour and a half earlier than what I was originally quoted and was able to jump to another small project I had questions on. He continuously asked to use a broom to clean up but I declined (I had to deep clean the entire house anyways). Customer service goes a long way in my book- my fans look beautiful!
