I just had my carpets cleaned today by Pure Solutions. I called on Monday and they were able to get me scheduled for this morning. The tech was on time and very professional. He did a walk through of my home and pointed out certain imperfections and damage that was irreversible due to age and sun damage. He recommended different packages and different levels of cleanings. I decided to go with the whole house standard cleaning just to give it a shot and see what these guys could to with the advertised price. I spent less then 200 dollars for 2,000 square feet of carpet along with my stairs. When the job was completed I was very pleased with the results, it came out much better then I thought it would and it really dried in 2 hours like the tech said it would. The best part about the whole experience was that the tech did not put any sales pressure on me. He was happy to complete the job at the advertised price and I was very happy about that. I've had big name companies come out in the past and spent well over 500 dollars to clean my carpet and the results were pretty much the same to me. Joe is amazing! He was able to come to my house in just two days (all the other carpet cleaners were very slow in returning my calls). His prices are far reduced compared to the other carpet cleaners I contacted. Our carpet has not been professionally cleaned in ten years, we thought we'd have to replace it. He works alone, very efficiently. First he vacuumed the downstairs, then he used a water-efficient system and cleaned the whole house using just 10 gallons of water! This is a nice perk considering the drought. He also brings all his own water and supplies, so he's not using the house water at all. We got the entire house deep cleaned and sanitized for about $900 (upstairs, downstairs, loft, 4 bedrooms, about 2800 square feet in total). If instead we got the down stairs to be deep cleaned and the upstairs to be the standard cleaning it would be about $400. He will look around and give you quotes and suggestions based on what you need. For the high traffic areas it will take about 8 hours to fully dry, but for the rest it should dry in about 4 hours. Chose Pure Solutions several months ago to stretch the carpet in my dad's house in Riverside. Joseph and his crew came over with very short notice and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Based on their performance I hired them again this time to clean the Travertine flooring in my new house in Corona.
