Unfortunately, my dog suffered from some type of food poisoning or perhaps, diarrhea, which resulted in a crazy-stinky-mess in my studio apartment. What made matter worse, 90% of my apartment is carpeted, so you can probably imagine how much of it were covered in poo/urine/vomit stain. Basically, my whole studio looked like a trashed brown and yellow camouflage. Thankfully, I thought of yelp and found Pure Solutions. I immediately contacted them and was actually surprised at how quick the respond was. Joe phoned me and was immediately set for an appointment in the same week. The day of my appointment came and I totally forgot about it. Good thing Joe called a few minutes before he got to my place. He then got to assessing the stain and offered options. He wasn't at all pushy about his other services, but rather, offered only what I really needed. He even gave me a discount! The whole cleaning process probably took only about an hour. I didn't even have to do anything, well aside from taking my dog out while he cleans away. After cleaning my carpet, he explained to me some of the reason why a particular spot wasn't 100% removed, which is pretty much understandable. I love the fact that the drying time was quicker than I expected. (But, of course, having my doors/windows open helped.) And based on other yelp reviews, he also does upholstery on furniture and stuff. Overall, I highly recommend Joe over at Pure Solutions to anyone/family that needs their carpet cleaned. This place was awesome . Decided to check them out because I had a Halloween coupon from them. I called and let them know how much I wanted to spend and they were willing to work with me on prices . For the little amount I paid I got incredible service . I usually have to pay extra $20 for pet stains but I didn't have to with them and they did a better job ! Joe called to let me know he was on his way and was very friendly. He asked if there were any other things that needed to be cleaned like carpet or rugs. I happened to need a rug cleaned that I had been putting off. I felt the price was good to get that cleaned so I had it done. Joe was not here very long and had the chair and ottoman cleaned and the rug looks great. I would definitely call them again in the future if I need something else cleaned. I like the price, only thing was I was not aware of service charge. It would have been nice to know about that before but either way I am happy and price was still great! Love this company! Being a landlord myself, when I had to rent a house a couple years back, it was imperative that I leave the home in immaculate condition. I called Pure Solutions and they did an amazing job. For some reason, Eastvale has a black dust that accumulates in the homes.
