The front desk when asked didn't know what time the hygienist was going to arrive. The front desk should have called me at home or on my cell phone, and informed me about the wait, or rescheduled me, but they informed me when I arrived. The dentist or other staff didn't even try to do the cleaning while I was waiting. The front desk didn't try to fit me in for rescheduling due to their mistake (it was going to be a two month wait for another appointment time). I just left. I have had some long wait times in this office the past few years. I have had some other bad experiences with other employees at this dental office the past few years too. I have been a patient for about 6 years. It seems like the past two years a lot of staff turnover has happened. The sad part is I like the dentists, and the dentists that work here and own the company are very skilled and you get good quality for dental work for what they do.

I needed dental work and, as required, they had to get preauthorization from my health care provider. Unfortunately, the process was a nightmare. The dental office kept submitting requests, but apparently they weren't providing all the information my insurance needed. My health provider kept asking for more details, and Bright Dental Smiles just didn't seem able to get it right. This back-and-forth went on for over two months! Every time I called, I got vague answers and no real progress. Eventually, I just gave up out of frustration. If you're looking for an office that can efficiently handle insurance and preauthorization, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the care I needed.

At my first visit, I had a dental cleaning and Dr. Jaspreet does her assessment of your teeth and makes a plan for you. Based on my assessment, she found that I had 3 wisdom teeth (on the x-rays performed that same day) and a tiny cavity that she was able to fill on a separate visit. My previous dentist never took x-rays of my teeth when I complained about a toothache and said I didn't have any wisdom teeth. I loved that Dr. Jaspreet was honest and provided her recommendations. Her staff also have great bedside manners. I was concerned about my tooth gap that was made by my orthodontist so I could get a tooth implant where my missing tooth was supposed to be. My previous dentist suggested that I get a tooth implant or a Maryland bridge. I went to two endodontists who said that they were unable to do a tooth implant or bridge due the size being too small for an implant. Her dental hygienist suggested Invisalign to close the tooth gap, instead of an implant (too expensive) and a Maryland bridge, which destroys your natural teeth and brought it up to Dr. Jaspreet. I really appreciate that they listen to their patients and consider their preferences versus other dentists who are greedy and don't take patients' considerations/preferences when performing treatments. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of Dr. Jaspreet and her friendly staff. I have gotten dental cleanings, a cavity filling (no pain!), teeth whitening, and will be soon starting my Invisalign treatment. Thanks Bright Dental Smiles for caring about my teeth!

I've been coming to this office for years and always kept up with my six-month checkups. In January of last year, I was told I had two cavities-- one on my back right molar and one on the tooth in front of it. They only filled the tooth in front of the molar, even though I asked about both teeth. Now that back molar has progressed to the point where I need a root canal, which I'll have to pay for out of pocket. The dentist also told me I needed my wisdom tooth removed because it would interfere with the root canal. I wasn't convinced, so I got a second opinion from another dentist, who told me my wisdom tooth did not need to be removed. I also felt the price they quoted for the root canal was much higher than other offices I contacted. In addition, my sister had a root canal done at this office and continued to have severe pain afterward. She was later told by another dentist that the root canal had not been completed properly, and the tooth ultimately had to be extracted. A friend of mine had a very similar experience. After continuing to have pain following a root canal at this office, another dentist told him the root canal had not been fully completed, and he was also told the tooth now needs to be extracted. The previous owners provided much better care. Since the ownership changed, my family's experiences have been very disappointing. I would not return or recommend this office. After my family and multiple close people also had the same experience I think it's fair to say this dentist is a scam and all they care about is getting money. SAVE THE PAIN AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!! Update: They had the front desk lady Leslie write a fake review for the company. As you can see the 2nd review even says the front desk lady is Leslie plus I know her full name from when I went to the dentist. This dentist is a complete fraud!!! Requested an appointment for a chipped tooth because I am in pain and can't chew…read more I show up to my appointment and all they are asking me about is the "cleaning and exam" which I tell them I could definitely use one of those but I make it clear that the main priority is filling in the chipped tooth preventing me from eating. They go ahead and do the X-Rays, exam, and cleaning before they tell me they aren't going to be doing the filling that I made the appointment about in the first place and was repeatedly asking about because I'm literally in pain and can't eat. They also wanted about $300 or so more on top of the $129 they charged for the exam and cleaning and wouldn't be able to do it for another 2 days. Whole experience and quality of treatment was horrible and a huge waste of time I regret going here and recommend everyone avoid it.
