Both of my parents have been told they have "high blood pressure" and told they can't be seen. Neither of my parents actually have elevated blood pressure and confirmed when they got home with their home monitor that their blood pressure was in their normal range. (We're a family of medical professionals so keeping up with our bp readings is a norm for us. ) It's even more interesting is that this dentist was able to provide my dad an entire diagnosis without ever looking in his mouth. That being the case, we will be calling the insurance company to make sure that what is being billed is correct because given the fact that the dentist never even looked into my dad's mouth, I find it unethical to provide a diagnosis and bill for an exam that never actually happened. I kind of hope they try and bill for a service that didn't happen so I can have the insurance start an investigation. read more

My husband and I had cleaning done by Dr.Kim and his assistant Jessica. My husband had deep cleaning and I had regular. We both said that this was the most professional and gentle dentist team that we have ever been to. This was also the first time that my husband had it done without anesthesia (and it did not hurt him at all) I also had sensitive tooth that would hurt if I bite into hard or cold food for the past 6 months. Ever since I had filling done somewhere else. Dr.Kim showed interest in taking care of it for me and did a little touch up at no charge and saved me all that trouble that previous dentist couldn't fix even that I went back multiple times. We were so amazed that we brought our toddler for the first dentist visit on the same day. All recommendations!!! Each one of us also got a goodie bag with promo tooth brush, paste and floss. Last Monday, 2/3/20, I had an appointment for teeth cleaning and exam. An upper right hand tooth hurts from biting on something hard many months ago. I left paperwork as new patient; was quoted $79 and told it was a real cleaning that cleaned the plaque. I arrived on time at 3:30. Only the one tooth was examined and was told "'you're done". I said I still have other(27)teeth that don't hurt and need cleaning. I was shocked that no cleaning was done and I was charged some other fee. There is also a video on a screen that shows 30% off if one has no current insurance. This is amazing that it could happen. Now I'm searching for a dental office that actually cleans the teeth. I don't really think it is the gentle dentist's fault. It's the employees behind the desk read more
